A forgotten scroll x Message

A grumbling man sat in the chair as he started to go through some of the paperwork, he had completely ignored the bedrest part. There was a crutch standing to the side of the desk, not to forget to see the man sitting with a bandaid covering his cheek, his arm in bandages and a foul mood was looming over him. He had grown a little bitter over the last encounter and he just finished up the report for it... That was when he noticed the scroll from a small while back. "Oh.. right.." He muttered as he would move to grab it... First he would lean, already lost in thought of he could have made that encounter any better... But eventually just trying to give it a place in his mind he would open up the message he had in front of him.

Then he placed it back down and started a mocking tune about how he had been addressed earlier by the personnel downstairs before. "Nao-0sensai, please take it easy! Sennin-sama blah blah blah... Oh right..." He would lean back before taking one more deep breath, he had to focus, he was an adult, a high-ranking person, they always knew and should know better... And then he really did open up the scroll.

Lord Takeshi,

Due to the disappearance of Uchiha Asuka, the Title of Sennin of Education has been revoked from the previous Hokage. Her actions do not speak on behalf of the will of Sunagakure no Sato and to ensure that communications will continue between these, our great nations, the Sennin of Homeland Security, Tanatsu Neko, has been appointed the liason between our villages. Through the rough estimations of communications that happened between the 11th Kazekage, Sennin Nanjirou Soku, and Hokage Uchiha Asuka, Sunagakure has become aware of the attempted mending of bonds.

At this time, Sunagakure accepts the apologies that have been extended from Konohagakure due to the incorrect conclusions your ANBU came to from previous attacks. Sunagakure does ask that Konohagakure becomes aware of the archaic entities that are known as "The Ancients". These foes of Sunagakure have been hunting and consuming Humans for millennia. There is no tie between the Ancients and Sunagakure and they are our nation's longest standing rival, though actions are being made to eradicate the threat as we speak.

If anyone comes to your village and identifies as an Ancient or an Ancient Hybrid, treat them as an S-Rank threat to your village and her people.

He would lean back as he started to read the scroll... It seemed that Asuka once more had disappeared from the earth. "Why does this not surprise me... The fire got too hot and she disappeared..." He would sigh out loud, he lost all respect for this person now. He wasn't even angry after everything that happened but just plain disappointed. The lowest bottom someone could reach in his mind when a person lost all respect there was to give. Yet as he started to read further... He noticed something worth the frown that started to appear on his forehead.
"Ancients..?" He questioned and held his chin. Now... he was going to write back if they had to be this wary of something or rather someone. He would like to have more information.

Dear Kazekage Chikamatsu Shin,

My apologies if this letter gets late to your side. We thank you for accepting our apologies. We have since edited our Bingo book entry, which you will find a copy of attached to this letter. While I heed your warning for these ancients, I would like to learn more from them. Are there perhaps history entries that we could read and learn from? This context is yet unfamiliar to us.

We will await your Sennin and make sure to make them feel at home. If they have yet to depart, please give them the little piece of paper attached to the scroll.
