Roku was walking through the back alleys trying to find a moment of relief. It seemed that ever since he awoke from his coma he was always in some sort of constant action. His meals and sleep schedules both suffered, and concern for his health should have been heightened. The cause for his coma was still a mystery and he had just survived a poisoning, his good luck couldn't last much longer. The fact he was alive, after reading the letter from the Kage, gave him more to worry about. Right now, however, he just wanted to rest his head.
Slugging through the darkened corridor, he found himself an area covered by an awning. The added shadow coverage would make him harder to notice until the artificial lights picked up for morning. To assist with his small break he would gather up some loose debris and surround himself. It would take a trained eye to see his covered body, although his mask was exposed a bit. Again, it was time to rest.
As he laid there, propped against the wall and blanketed in more filth there was a moment to really reflect on the current state of affairs. He needed to find The Kage, he needed to find answers to his past, he needed to find his brother and he needed to cut a couple of heads off this Cabal beast that was still slithering around his village. And with all of that on his mind his body could only do two things; let out a small, exhausted sigh and start to slip into slumber. Tomorrow, after a little breather, he would start the grind again.
He was also hungry...
