Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

A blast of heat so powerful that it not only vaporizes the water, but anything that gets in it's way, including the target. The only problem with such a powerful jutsu is that it requires control that most shinobi don't have, making it highly inaccurate.

Information
Prerequisites: Scorch Affinity, A-rank 4 Mastered Scorch Jutsu

Rank 1: Creates a blast of heat that deals 4840 Damage at -2 Accuracy. This has a 28% chance of activating the 'Radiation' and 'Sear' effects.
Rank 2: Creates a blast of heat that deals 6050 Damage at -2 Accuracy. This has a 36% chance of activating the 'Radiation' and 'Sear' effects.

Special Action: This jutsu may be converted into an AoE, hitting up to 3 people. If so, the damage is reduced by -25% and the secondary effect chances by -8%.

Rank 1 Cost: 2640 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 3300 Cp

Notes:
- If both Radiation and Sear activate during the same use, Sear will lasts for a full round.
- The 'Radiation' effect allows this jutsu to bypass barriers and damage reduction.
- When 'Seared' the target has a 10% chance of taking critical damage to the next attack to hit them. If this is not successful, then they only take +10% damage from the attack. This does not stack.

Prerequisites: Scorch Affinity, A-rank 4 Mastered Scorch Jutsu

Rank 1: Deals 3960 damage at +2 Accuracy. This has a 36% chance to 'Stun' the target for the next 2 seconds during the round, by lifting them into the air. Once this effect ends, the target takes an additional 2% Max Hp damage.
Rank 2: Deals 4950 damage at +2 Accuracy. This has a 40% chance to 'Stun' the target for the next 3 seconds during the round, by lifting them into the air. Once this effect ends, the target takes an additional 3% Max Hp damage.

Special Action: The Combo Affinity move may be used while the target is in the air, giving it a +2 Accuracy buff. (This counts as Combo's "once per round" limit)

Rank 1 Cost: 1760 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 2200 Cp

Notes:
- Does not stack
- This Jutsu's Stun effect applies to any attacks made at the victim during the listed time.
- The 'Stun' effect lowers the victim's dodge by -2 to the next attack aimed at them as well as preventing them from auto-dodging it, as well as give the attack +1 critical chance.

Rank 1: Creates a Barrier with 3960 HP. Melee contact with this barrier has a 28% chance of causing the 'Burn' effect
Rank 2: Creates a Barrier with 4950 HP. Melee contact with this barrier has a 36% chance of causing the 'Burn' effect

Special Action: By paying +20% Cp, this may be used upon a single enemy. Using it this way gives the Jutsu a -1/0 Accuracy penalty, and requires a Nin check each round active. The victim has a 15% chance to escape for every 2.5 Ap the spend attempting to. This barrier separates the victim and those outside.

Rank 1 Cost: 2200 Cp, 1100 Cp/Rnd
Rank 2 Cost: 2750 Cp, 1380 Cp/Rnd

Notes:
- Lasts up to two rounds.
- Defends against physical, non-elemental, and elemental attacks.
- Barrier Hp may be increased with Scorch buffs.
- Melee Contact is any action using Melee Accuracy upon the barrier.
- If Burned, the target also takes 20% Backlash damage.
- The 'Burn' effect causes the target to take +5% damage for a full round. 'Burn' stacks up to three times.
- Those protected by this barrier cannot use melee accuracy without sacrificing this Jutsus protection. This does not apply is used to trap a target.

The user creates a large field of chakra above the battlefield, which focuses the light and heat from the Sun above them into a viscous, deadly beam of heat and destruction, which easily burns the fields, plants, and enemy, even melting stone in some sever cases.

Prerequisites: Scorch Affinity, A-rank 4 Mastered Scorch Jutsu, 1 Mastered Level 8 Scorch Jutsu

Rank 1: Deals 5060 Damage at -3 Accuracy. This has a 36% chance of activating the 'Flash Fire' effect.
Rank 2: Deals 6330 Damage at -3 Accuracy. This has a 44% chance of activating the 'Flash Fire' effect.

Special Action: The user may may increase this jutsus damage by +20% Base Damage for an additional .5 AP and +20% Chakra Cost, however the user takes 20% backlash damage. This Special Action may only be used during the first time the user casts this Jutsu.

Rank 1 Cost: 2860 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 3580 Cp

Notes:
- May only be used once every-other round, unless the special action is used in which case this may only be used once per battle.
- If Flashfire activates, this Jutsu ignores Damage Reduction.
- The 'Flash Fire' effect dispells barriers/clones/creation jutsu hit by this attack, and deals +25% base damage against non-barrier/clone/creation targets.
- This Jutsu always requires full handseals; regardless of any skills or abilities the user may have (Such as channeling or one handed seals).
