Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Description: A team of shinobi have been caught in an awkward situation. They got a message out to Kumogakure letting the village council know that they are held up in a cave, the directions given. At the time of the message this cave hadn't been found by their hunters, but it was only a period of time. One of them was badly injured and moving him any further was near impossible.

The council have requested Kushin assemble a team. Their primary mission detail was to retrieve the statute that was in the teams possession. Secondary objective was to heal the wounded shinobi and bring the team home if possible.

Kushin has decided to take a trainee alone in this mission. If they're lost then at least it's minimal damage to the village. At least that's the reason he gave the council.

Combat: Likely, if there isn't it'll be due to good management than anything else.

Leader: Kushin
Members: Keiji

They arrived at the gates. Kushin pulled out his passport and hoped that Keiji had brought his along as well. He had both of the missions passes but still, Keiji would need his passport.

While they waited Kushin looked at Keiji.

You have ability. That's why you're here. You will be useful, not your bloodline. You. Your bloodline is simply part of what makes you you. Never forget that. Now, do you have any questions?

His face was serious, he had no time for fun and games. What he said he said because that was what he believed, it wasn't said to motivate the boy, it wasn't said out of any nicety, it was said because he felt that the boy didn't know the difference between a weapon and an ability.

Keiji had grown a serious face on their way, his determination towards the goal, and the reasoning behind Kushin's choice, and trust in his abilities had settled in his mind.

Taking note that Kushin took out his passport, as did Keiji. He had already packed all the necessities he did usually whenever he left the tavern. All his bags were stocked up with Kunai, medicinal herbs and more. He even had Kunai in the holsters strapped around his left forearm. He pulled out the Passport from his shoulder bag strapped around his shoulder. He readied himself for the checkup.

Kushin words felt a hammer hitting on his self esteem and at the same time a sense of being proud of his previous achievements and him being himself filled his mind, and made him straighten his back, and gave a slight smile on lips. Very memorable quote there Kushin-senpai, I'll be sure to take a mental note!

He looked up at Kushin as he asked if he had any questions. His face turned serious again and with a slight self affirming smile on the side of his lips he said loudly.
"Sure, where do I direct this fist?!" He lifted his hand in a fist so the back of the hand faced Kushin. As he looked at him with a serious glare in his eyes.

His other hand held the passport readily.

Jeno squinted and stubbed out his cigarette. The med-nin sennin again? He sure is busy out there. He stood up and approached the two serious men with serious faces, donning an equivalently serious mien of his own.

"Good day, passports please? Hello, sensei-sama..." He accepted their paperwork and reviewed it quickly. "Everything is in order... Thank you for your hard work..." He was getting pretty good at this gig, if he said so himself. Letting people in, letting people out, looking at their terrible photographs, enjoying the holograms etched into the booklets... If only he could get a date.

This man again... perhaps he'd have to find out who this guy was as he seemed to be the only person watching the gates.

Hello Kushin replied to the greeting. It was more than he gave most people, though he wasn't to know that.

They handed the man their passports, and the mission, the man checked them off and sent them on their way with a thank you Thank you for your hard work. Kushin said, a moment of pause before they headed off.

What happened to the gate watchers Kumogakure was famous for?

They left.

Keiji followed along swiftly, curiously enough he hadn't left the village in years, a strange sensation stepping out of the village.

As he stood by the gates he turned his head, looking back.

A deep sigh escaped his mouth.

I'm not one for long goodbyes.. But.. He turned his body facing the gate, and bowed quickly. I'll be back soon!

Getting up he quickly turned around and ran up beside Kushin-senpai.
And followed along.
