Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

As per the rules, here, you need to select which effect you want. Chance for bleeding or suppression. Also, augments must be bought over your training topic, did you buy that one there?

0. Shinobi 101 - Metal: Melee Accuracy
Working with various tools and hardware all his life as the son of a merchant. Akagi found himself rather akin to metal, it was reliable and sturdy. It was a type of loyal that was hard to find these days. Not that any of that concerned Akagi, he just liked its strength and versatility. Soon after his studies began at the Academy, Akagi saw major progression in his ability to manipulate this strange release. Soon after he learned to manipulate it, he began to master his control and output of the low-level release. Not long after his training began with metal manipulation, his techniques in other areas like taijutsu would begin to intermingle with his metal techniques. This intermingling Akagi came to realize was a type of channeling that he could course through his body and reflexively use his metal jutsu in combination with his taijutsu. Flooding the student with ideas Akagi became overjoyed with his discovery that fueled his further training of the metal release.

1. Combat Instinct:
Throughout his life so far, Akagi has grown accustomed to battle, fighting at such an early age had developed his primal instincts fueling a change inside the young boy. In the heat of battle, while some may have their fear displayed on their face or in their actions, Akagi would simply flow through a fight as if it were a daily routine with a smile on his face. He always enjoyed fighting and felt most at home while in the heat of combat, letting his body take over. His motions under pressure were calculated not by his brain but by his body, having grown so used to small to large scale fighting, Akagi had developed a sense of awareness that guided him through each and every fight based on his own reactionary movements that only grew stronger as the enemy dwindled.

2. Healing Factor:
Having been in battle so often and having to get patched up so often along with it, Akagi began to notice changes to his recovery process. Akagi's training in the academy usually consisted of physical training that rendered him completely drained. His training's were brutal but were usually specifically tailored for Akagi to improve his main focus which at the time was taijutsu. As Akagi progressed through his training he began to realize his recovery times were getting shorter and shorter. He was able to get up with less effort after getting knocked down, this new found recover helped Akagi keep pushing until the job was done. This began to prove a beyond invaluable tool for Akagi as he used it for so many applications whether it regard battle or not.

3. Defensive Technique:
Training for Akagi was always the highlight of his day. He loved to push himself as hard as he could and see improvement. When it came to weapons training and agility, Akagi would put forth an exuberant amount of effort in order to maximize his capabilities. Along with his training Akagi learned how to attack and defend more efficiently. This was proactive in the development of his own defensive styles. Becoming more agile and flexible to maneuver throughout the battlefield, what Akagi lacked in accuracy he made up for in speed. This technique would allow Akagi to spice up his routine and add a defensive flavor to his offensive style.

4. Duelist:
Studying more and more into combat as his days of a student started coming to an end, Akagi had sparred and fought enough battles to know his way around a one versus one fight.
He knew the stakes, he knew how things played out. The outside variables became predictable in his mind. Which means adapting to situations became a strong suit for Akagi, and a single opponent meant all the cards were in Akagi's favor. The development of this ability continued to build up as his days at the academy dwindled, as he was taking part in more and more spars.

5. Deflection:
Akagi's father had always spoken to him about the importance of quick reactions, except when his father spoke about it, he was referring to the general goods market. This advice played into Akagis training as he worked with his weapon of choice. Realizing not to far into his training that attacks that were dodged could be manipulated, or attacks that barely hit could be even further negated. Using a sword, Akagi would often practice throwing kunai in one direction, warping to the destination, and testing out his ability to have the precision to reflect an attack, or deflect it another direction. This training opened up even more doors to his arsenal, having already been quick on his feet, and now the precision to rediret attacks.

6. Weapon Mastery:
The majority of Akagi's taijutsu training was spent practicing with a variety of slashing weapons. Swords were the predominant category when it came to using a weapon for Akagi. Having developed a special attachment to his sword, Suna Tsume, Akagi practiced with it day in and day out. Perfecting his strikes to hit their mark with precision and power. Akagi while training and sparring came to realize that his overall control with his weapon had improved tremendously and that each time he would get off a good cut or gash it would leave an open wound, further fatiguing the opponent. With this knowledge Akagi began to use sequential strikes in order to wear out the opponent rather than just hit hard.

7. Slashing Style:
Throughout his time as a student, Akagi had focused most of his training on taijutsu, particularly his swordsmanship. Having developed his speed, and power, all Akagi lacked was grace and finesse. To complete his technique Akagi would seek out tutors and teachers willing to show him their capabilities and control over their weapons. More often than not Akagi would come across small-time tutors that would teach one lesson and never be seen again. This was proactive for Akagi since it gave him different perspectives of swordsmanship from many different swordsman. All of this information culminated in Akagi developing his gracefulness, where no weights or obstacles would be placed for Akagi to overcome with speed or strength. He would simply wield his sword and make simple strikes, stringing them together to make a symphony of metal flashes, as light would reflect off the sword. This training was not grueling but required full focus and repetition which is something Akagi didn't mind doing. Short stints of time would pass in between strength and speed trainings where Akagi would solely focus on his control and technique, which in the long run helped him develop a habit of being graceful to the point that not to long after, Akagi had completed his technique.

As D rank you get 5 abilities sans the 0 ability.

Which two would you like to knock off?

Also do you want to use metal at this moment for the 101? You do need to unlock it by having a major in earth and a minor in non elemental.
