Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Appearance:
Kikai’s appearance carried her deviant confidence just as much as her personality, with varying layers of quiet colors and leathers she was easily attributed to a type that carried herself for combat as much as social functionality. Her hair was just passed shoulder length, however more often was found pulled up to a single pony-tail in the back with a fashion-centric fringe combed to the side of her face. Her deep violet eyes were sparked with an energy of intrigue, ambition and the attitude to drive through whatever obstacle and challenge she was faced.

Personality:
Kikai’s personality was best described in simple form of ‘powerful’. She drove forward through every challenge and obstacle with the pride and strength to overcome whatever adversity she ended up having to face; carrying herself all the same, she kept her chin up, back straight and developed a sense of militaristic patriotism in everything she had done, even her voice carried a sharp connotation of conviction behind every word.

History:
Kikai’s history is nothing short from reveling in every moment with a degree of energy and strength. With both her parents being shinobi of moderate worth, they were more than capable of raising her with sufficient funds, tools and otherwise was able to provide her with all the luxuries a little girl could ever want or need. Most would figure with an upbringing such as that, she would be something of a spoiled brat; to their surprise she grew to accept and acknowledge that what she had was never considered the norm, or an expectation; and developed an attitude of humility for the most part, and a greater respect for the life of a shinobi. Despite knowing of its hardships and the risks involved both in health but in mind too.

Throughout her career from the time she graduated the Academy was full of missions that lead her throughout the land of Lightning and only minorly beyond the borders of her home-country. While fortuitous in each mission, with only a few failures it left her in favorable odds by becoming a Chūnin at an early age. Given her conviction in attributing everything with all of her energy and effort, the role of Chūnin has quickly become something burdensome to her. While it expanded the opportunities for her to pursue, there was always room for more.
It was at the age of fourteen when the Merces Letifer reached out to her, a simple offer letter left in her family mailbox, it was otherwise unassuming much like the division painted itself to be. Why? Well, Kikai during these times had begun making a name for herself being… Extra particular on how she handled the deaths of her enemies. A Chūnin needed to be skilled certainly in handling the deaths of enemies, be it shinobi, mercenaries, missing ninja or chakraless individuals. Given the circumstances of how a mission may pan out, she had carefully executed every mission with a strange detail to the deaths of her foes. That is to say, nearly nothing was left- and everything was used. To her at least, it was something akin to a challenge. To prying eyes, they struggled to find anything to do with the marks; aside from the parts of the body she would severe as simple proof that the target was eliminated; this could range from ears, fingers, toes, or other extremities that made sense for the job.

The obvious choice followed suit for Kikai, she agreed to the opportunity. While little was known about the Merces Letifer, what was known had left her plenty intrigued by their actions and purpose in the village. Where the ANBU were the village’s assassins, subterfuge specialists and recon. The Merces Letifer were the… Silencers.

A year past into Kikai’s ventures with the task-force and she had quickly found her place. Comfort wasn’t a part of the job, but understanding one’s position and their role helped them associate their actions as a sense of ‘comfort’. They had a job and as long as their job was done, everything went smoothly. If it failed to go through according to plan, they simply had to act with a bit more aggressiveness until it did- Or fail at the cost of their lives and any remains to be traced.
As such, every member acted as if their mission was to be their last; and their days were long spent and that this one could be it. One could assume it left a rather dreary air about them- but a lot of her squad were left it quite high spirits. They all had what they needed, food, homes, friends and accepted that they came into this role with the responsibility that came with it.
However, a rather fateful night befall the fifteen year-old during a mission with her regular squad. They were performing a stakeout on a mid-profile politician in Bear Country, and like any other mission they needed to understand his routines. What he liked, what he avoided and worked towards coming to a conclusion to make his planned death- look like any other, an accident. During this, Kikai was stationed with a relatively senior member; he was overall rather unassuming. Appearances were bleak, his voice was crass and grinded like metal to metal. But in general he seemed like a fairly rudimentary man with a job that made his ends meet. The key difference from this night, and many others before- were he and she were alone without the others nearby; having them all stationed around the facilities to surveil the scenario.

It was then, that the man inquired. “Have you ever heard of the god Jashin?” his tone carried to ill-will, nor did it bode any malevolence too it either; for all she knew, it was mostly just a conversation to pass the time.
“Jashin? Afraid not no.” Kikai replied with idled interest in her tone. “I see, you seem the sort that might resound with his ideals. Is all.” From their branch, he sat down and let his legs dangle. Observing his surroundings and keeping his focus on the job. “Oh?” Kikai crouched down, her feet planted to the branch and ready to maneuver when and if she needed, “I never thought myself much of a religious sort- Or that any God or Goddess would care about me.” Sniffing from the brisk air, they were shinobi; and had chakra to help stabilize their temperatures. But in some cases, it was safer to simply let their natural bodies do the work.
“I think you would be surprised. He actually quite likes folk like us in Merces Letifer; think of him as the sort that admires the reality that people come and go.” The comment settled in the still air for some moments. Kikai wasn’t dense, but she was certainly curious.
“So he values the act of murder, then?” Kikai cast her companion a curious gaze with an arched brow. “Well. He doesn’t so much care for how one’s passing comes to be. Which is why, he tends to favor us folk.” The man motioned to the complex before them. “After-all, we are doing it anyways. And he can grant some unique … Skills; unlike so many other gods- He actually.. Befits his worshipers with power.” The man’s tone remained with his careful poise. It wasn’t much in terms of trying to convince Kikai, the young girl was quite sure he didn’t care one way or another. As far as she could tell, this god didn’t bless those who converted more people. Just the act of continuing the cycle of death.

Some twenty minutes passed in comfortable silence, they both knew neither had expectations of the other- aside from their job. Which was going swimmingly up to this point. “Hmh… And how does an aspirant become a part of this… Jashinism?” Kikai inquired, her palm angled to hold up her head at this point as time passed in idle-breaths.
At the sound of jingling, Kikai’s attention cast carefully to her ally. Whom held an amulet by a chain, from it resided a circular formation with an upside-down triangle. “Simply by acting through his name. Some believe you need to be a part of some greater group- But you’ll find he doesn’t care quite so much.” The young-Kikai casually swiped the chain and amulet from his grip and peered at the metallic formation with half-lidded eyes. “That’s it? Just… Do what I usually do and say whatever in the name of Jashin? Sounds sketchy.” She retorted with a logical counter. “No one said you had to, but if you do. You’ll find that he’s quite a giving God if you do.”
Her eyes returned to the amulet, and huffed. “Well. Not like it could hurt to try.” And she slung the necklace over her head. Eyes returning to the job. As the squad had come to a conclusion of how to enact the silencing. She was tasked with the final blow; raising her ninja-to overhead she heard a lingering voice. Crawling from the back of her neck, it caressed the canals of her ears with an eerie closeness.
“καλωσορίζω το παιδί μου”

Ten years later

Leaning against the spine of a chair, Kikai’s feet were propped up atop a desk, and a book carefully nuzzled between the palm of her left hand. Her attention was primarily entranced into the text; though there was hustling and bustling around the room the was occupying. After-all, the Merces Letifer had any number of members, not all sharing squads, identities or even on speaking terms.
This was a rest-area of sorts between missions, or if they simply wanted somewhere to kick back and read. Such as Kikai was undergoing, the novel in hand was unmarked; with no author, no title or otherwise, for any passerbys it could look like she was simply reading a diary of sorts.
However such was not the full truth, it was a text passed onto her from the same man that first introduced her to the concept of Jashin, and the act of performing the means of a person’s death under his name. That man she later affirmed his name to be ‘Nanashi’ it carried a bit of ironic connotation to it; but she never let it bother her. No what was important was before he eventually vanished, she was to inherit this text. One which detailed the next stages into becoming closer to the grasps of Jashin; throughout the decade of her service she had become a bit attached to the concept of her God; it wasn’t some unhealthy obsession like some cults. And the voice she assumed was Jashin’s; stopped talking to her shortly after the first words were spoken. Admittedly, she quite liked it that way; she knew he aided her in her operations and abilities. It was more than obvious to her as she developed powers that were considered otherworldly.
Soon enough, it became not enough. The powers he gave people were albeit addicting, they surpassed mortal limits, and rumor had it that some people achieved immortality through him. Why not her?
Well when Nanashi forever-departed, he explained that the text would help her achieve such aspirations, to become a true disciple to Jashin. It was interesting, and certainly a path that would improve herself and her connection to him. If only for power.

At the beginning of the text it was titled. ‘Jashin’s Embrace’.
“Hm… Well, it’s a start.” Kikai muttered, after some hours studying the book she had closed it. And departed, as the text explained a specific location in Kaminari no Kuni. A birthplace, is what it was denoted; it didn’t quite make sense; beyond directions, landmarks and some hastily scratched notes. So she needed to ascertain the truth herself.

Some uneventful days had past, Kikai had found herself at the foot of a dwarfed mountain; given the area was strewn with all shapes and sizes of the same natural occurrence. If the book hadn’t detailed the exact location, one would have a bit of trouble having found it. The mountain itself in close proximity was surrounded by a thick bog, that had trees quite massive in size- all of which obscured the formation with a heavy-set fog into the air.
It was naturally hidden quite well, and otherwise a person may just pass the area off as unassuming.

Ascending some few hundred diagonal feet, Kikai was met with a mine-shaft entrance; at the top was chiseled and scorched in ancient Kumogakurian; while her language fluency wasn’t masterful by any stretch, she read it aloud “γάντι της συγχώρεσης… Strange name.” Nevertheless, the stoic warrior had made her entrance.
In moments, the depths were coalesced in darkness; with no torched, sconces or other lighting to be seen. While she ran her hand along the walls of the pathway; it quickly became clear how abnormal this shaft was- it was winding, and for the most part broke into several paths. Presumably to misdirect those unwelcome- in-spite the darkness, Kikai had the luxury of formerly studying a text all about this place. And knew with a rule of thumb how to proceed in the shadows.

Hours into the descent; the air started to grow with a lingering weight. In the endless darkness came a lofting air of tinted red. “Is this… Mist? Down here?” Ushered out a hushed voice from Kikai, she figured that in this venture was isolation from others- thus her tone wasn’t stifled much.
Perhaps airing more confusion. As she continued, the mist thickened and grew hot- incredibly hot, one without adequate endurance could find themselves passing out, or burning up in the sheer temperature. Furthermore, it started to smell of iron. “... Blood?” Came her voice reaffirming her thoughts to herself, as the taste hit her tongue. “I must be close then…” Kikai’s mind referencing indicators back to the text. It spoke of an altar in the birthplace, where one could finally become close to Jashin, an embodiment of his will.

“καλωσορίζω το παιδί μου”

Came the sound of a disheveled voice once more, disjointed from reality and seemingly from all directions. It bombarded her mind and every nerve of her body; she recognized it- The same words, the same voice from ten years prior. “You again.” Her voice content in an unspoken closure.
Within’ sight, the darkness and reddened mist broke into a slighted light. Just at the end of the current path she inhabited. It took a ninety degree turn, so she was unable to discern the visuals immediately. Having closed the distance, an aired sound of a thousand whispers- each meshed within’ themselves; all seemingly unintelligible came from the room. Turning the corner came the sight a bit unsettling, even for herself.

The chamber that lay before her was significant in size. The walls were completely smoothed out the roof high, and the rest of the room oval in all directions except for a pathway. Along the path was smoothed stone, and a few feet wide. Leading up to the center of this chamber were a number of steps at the end of the path. Mantled at the top was what could be described as a bowl with a small platform- it looked marble if one guessed. Normally one would dismiss a room like this as simply artistic- However, coming from the bowl was an overflow of boiling blood. The room was swathed in layers of blood, it was splattered on the walls, walkway, and even up to the rounded ceiling.

“... It now makes sense as to why it’s called an altar then.” Her throat held a lump- she was used to blood. Her entire life in work and in religion was centered on it. But this-- was a lot, and to be boiled by some unseen force could convince many to flee.
But, Kikai had narrowed her eyes, straightened her back and convinced her resolve. Stepping forwards the slosh of the blood on the walkway collided with her footwear. A layer of chakra on her soles was held to prevent any unnecessary falling. Upon arriving at the steps, she felt a gravity of sorrow and hatred. Could emotions weigh the air down like this? The thought crossed her mind, but she wasn’t about to start asking too many philosophical questions. Her goal was ahead, and no weight other than her own could stay her.

Moments later, she stood at the base of the altar. A small platform surrounded the bowl, enough for a few people to be stationed and looking within’ the sloshing, boiling mass of blood. While she struggled to put words to describe it, the blood had swirling energies of black, purple and red coursing from it’s base. As if the energy had tendrils, it was almost as if they were wrapping around her person. Calling her to enter the bowl.

“In the teachings of my Master, and in accordance to the text.” Kikai had knelt down on both knees, and drew a blade from her thigh; it wasn’t ritualistic in design, but effective for slaying people. She had angled the blade and pointed the tip to her chest. “Πατέρα, συνδέστε το όρκο με τη ροή σας.” Words spoken aloud, that she had read in the madness of notes. Afore she drove the blade through her chest. A spray of her own blood sloshed down from her hands, torso and down into the pool that stretched before her.

“Παιδί, ας δούμε αν είσαι άξιος.” Came the same voice from earlier. The ethereal tendrils of black, purple and red slithered from the air and lunged towards her newfound wound. Crashing in like a drug that seized control of her system. Kikai’s body started to spaz violently afore her vision slid into a welcomed darkness.

Re-awakening. Kikai came too while standing. She was no longer at the altar however, stretched as far as the eye could see was a molten hellscape, but lava replaced with blood- One could assume.

After turning around and examining the entire area. She had realized that the wound in her chest was replaced with what could best described as a black-mass with chalk-white markings that stretched in line with where her ribs would be internally, it filled the void where flesh and blood once reside, and dangling just in-front of it was the amulet of Jashin; undamaged.
She was ushered to look up, unsure as to why- a calling almost. And there she witnessed an eldritch creature, monolithic in human standards- But sat on a throne of skulls and blood; it was difficult to decide whether he looked more like a human, or a devil.
“You have been judged. Kikai Akame.” Boomed from the monstrosity. It aired with deigned hostility and spoke with authority beyond any mortal. “Young you are, but with the duty to Jashin- And the passing of lives as you’ve done without hesitation. I will grant you but a small fragment of my unfathomable strength.” The being stood from the throne, at fifty feet tall. It only took a few steps before closing the distance. As it stood before her, a hand reached to it’s own torso and pulled off something akin to a blood-like flesh, and dropped it towards Kikai.
Once it was in grabbing distance, it’s momentum halted. Kikai had a lingering feeling that the acceptance of this piece; was the equivalent of welcoming Jashin into her- A host of sorts. These deals were never clear, and often one-sided. His power, but likely at the cost of her soul- A life that even if hers ended- Likely would be served at his side as a servant in his hellscape.
Kikai spoke, aloud- but to herself. “To accept is to become as close to one. To refuse is to be swallowed into an eternity of death and servitude.” She stared at the hovering piece, it didn’t retain any particular form for long. But it retained the bloodied texture and color no-less.
A moment passed, she knew her answer. And looked up to the gargantuan form, all while reaching out to the piece he offered. Crushing it within’ her hand- it sloshed and melded to her skin. “I accept. Lord Jashin.” And she drove the remaining energy too her chest.

In a blinding, suffocating moment she was thrusted from the hellscape and stood at the base of the altar; where her rite of blood initiated. Beside her foot lay the knife, and the room swelled with the same boiling blood.
Looking at her chest, the amulet of Jashin lay as it always had- However, much like the hellscape hallucination -- Was a blackened mass and same chalk-white markings, dead-center above her breast. And with it, she could sense an unnatural energy emanating from it. Her eyes closed, as a momentary prayer was spoken in a hushed tone.
“With this… We can grow closer Jashin.”

Bloodline [Derelict Jashinist]
Kaguya Reflavor - Derelict Jashinist

Derelict Jashinist (Kaguya Reflavor)

“Blood for the Blood God.”

The worshipers of Jashin are subtly vast, with his vile tendrils seated into the lives of potentially millions. Some of their worshippers are zealous, servient to every whim and motion that is preached to be his one and only voice to their yearning ears. These sorts are often regarded as heretics to the lands of Shinobi, deigned to draw blood and death for their great lord savior.

However, even among his secretive ranks are thousands that breathe in his name and service. However, they interpret his words and will differently to the general laws of the cult. Deemed as forsaken, exiled or heretical to even the disjointed ranks of Jashinism. These sorts are strange and delusional in their own ways, still interpreting his lust for the act of death and the sation of blood into their daily lives; but they yearn for a different end result- And for this, Jashin gives them only a glimmer of his glorious attention. And they fight for his acceptance, through the words and whims of their lives.
These sorts you will rarely find openly, but you can be certain when you see they adorn the amulet of Jashin, but instead of being well-taken care of. It will be stained in the blood of themselves and their enemies. And growing worn through their sacrifices.

Heresy Betrothed - Activated Passive (Reskin: Dead Bone Pulse)
“We shall share in this union.”

A sinister embodiment of their faith. The Derelict is capable of manifesting tools and weapons of their own sacrificial rite. Impaling themselves in portions of their body they can wreath the blood and a mist of hellish energy into weapons of their design.

Cost: 1 AP and 100 CP + 100/rnd

Note(s):
- Heresy Betrothed follows all of the rules for a Weapon Creation Jutsu even though it is not a jutsu.
- When using the Special Action to switch augments the newly selected augment stays active until the Special Action is used to switch to a different one.

---
Entertainment to the Blood God - Passive (Reskin: Rapid Healing)
“Witness this union of blood and allow us to be one… Jashin”

The Derelict’s ties to the perception of blood is rarely unchanged to the root religion. They see it as a show and shared bond to their dark lord. Every drop of blood is a bond that develops them closer towards Jashin. And through this, they empower themselves in a constant state of acting to make themselves and the battle they partake in to bleed.
Inherent to some level of irony, because they continue to do this; their skin, muscles and bodies harden into something akin to tough leather, making it incredibly challenging to properly make themselves or others to make them bleed.

Rank 1: Bleeding damage is reduced by -50% if they reach Bleeding Rank 4 and above. Each time the user perform a Bloodline Jutsu, they have a chance to immediately remove 1 Bleeding Rank inflicted during that round.
Rank 2: Bleeding damage is reduced by -50% if they reach Bleeding Rank 3 and above. Each time the user perform a Bloodline Jutsu, they have a chance to immediately remove 1 Bleeding Rank inflicted during that round.
Rank 3: Bleeding damage is reduced by -50% if they reach Bleeding Rank 2 and above. Each time the user perform a Bloodline Jutsu, they have a chance to immediately remove 1 Bleeding Rank inflicted during that round.

Notes:
- The chance to remove a Bleeding Rank is equal to 12% / 18% / 21% / 36% if D / C / B / A-Rank Bloodline Jutsu used.
- The user cannot remove Bleeding Ranks that were not inflicted during the current round through Entertainment to the Blood God.

---
Jashin’s Unholy Protection - Passive (Reskin: Skeletal Density)
“Revel in his brilliant presence. Jashin embrace us, in your love and lust.”

In a delight of deranged understanding of their bodies and how they bond with Jashin. The Derelicts are left with a fraction of residual energy from Jashin as a show of their unusual interpreted faith. Through this defacto energy these worshippers are often found capable of withstanding some inane forces that would typically cripple or break the average combatant.

Rank 1: Called shots have a -4% chance of affecting the Kaguya.
Rank 2: Called shots have a -6% chance of affecting the Kaguya. All damage suffered by the user is reduced by 5%.
Rank 3: Called shots have a -8% chance of affecting the Kaguya. All damage suffered by the user is reduced by 10%.

---
Heathens Row - Bloodline Fighting Style (Reskin: Dance of the Willow)
“My dearest will soak in your everything.. So sit still so we can make you bleed.”

One of the more apparent differences between standard practices is how Derelicts will often focus on beridding the life of another, before they inflict near-fatal; or true fatal damage to themselves. They understand that in order to accomplish the most blood-shed, they need to be faster and stronger than their enemy… And make them bleed; so they move with killer precision, their tools aimed true and ready to show the world their enemies innards.

Rank 1: +1 Dodge. User gains +1 Melee Accuracy for each melee attack that they make each round. This stacks up to +1.
Rank 2: +1.5 Dodge, +5% damage. User gains +1 Melee Accuracy for each melee attack that they make each round. This stacks up to +2.
Rank 3: +2 Dodge, +10% damage. User gains +1 Melee Accuracy for each Taijutsu attack that they make each round. This stacks up to +3.

Note(s):
- Heathen Row's Accuracy bonus resets to +0 at the end of each round.

---
Jashin’s Dearest Love - D-Rank Bloodline Buffing Taijutsu (Reskin: Ultimate Bone Defense)
“Drink… Drink in his favor; this shrilling surge of his love is overflowing… Come-- Taste it.”

Calling upon the eternal forces of Jashin, the Derelict can wreath themselves in a dark energy that swirls and contorts around their bodies. Sucking them dry of chakra and any chances of residual blood. Encouraging the offense and embracing the come-what-may attitude. This dense energy is certainly a malevolent force.

Rank 1: User gains 5% Damage Reduction and Bleeding has a -4% chance of success.
Rank 2: User gains 5% Damage Reduction and Bleeding has a -7% chance of success.
Rank 3: User gains 10% Damage Reduction and Bleeding has a -10% chance of success.

Costs:

- Stacks with Jashin’s Dearest Love and Jashin’s Unholy Protection

---
Bondage of Marriage - B-Rank Bloodline Taijutsu (Reskin: Dance of the Clemantis)
“Jashin be our bishop and drain us in matrimony…”

Fixated on the premise of they themselves bringing everyone to the hearth of Jashin. It is no wonder why they wish to bond with their enemies in a spree of blood. It’s a twisted love.
By extending outwards a darkness of their blood, the dark magics of Jashin and a manifestation of chains and bindings the user is capable of restraining their foes.

Rank 1: Attempts to bind opponent at -5 Accuracy.
Rank 2: Attempts to bind opponent at -4 Accuracy.
Rank 3: Attempts to bind opponent at -3 Accuracy.

Special Action - Kiss of Death(Flower): May only be used if a target is currently bound. The user strikes the bound target with a tool of Jashin’s will and their own and will automatically hit, dealing 1500 / 1875 / 2365 damage. The target is automatically freed from the bind afterward.

Costs:
Rank 1: 2.25 Ap, 560 Cp
Rank 2: 2.25 Ap, 700 Cp
Rank 3: 2.25 Ap, 840 Cp

Notes:
- Bondage of Marriage is a Physical Bind. If the opponent is attacked while bound they are released from the bind but suffer a -3 Dodge penalty against the attack which freed them with exception to Bondage of Marriage’s Special Move (see above note).
- This jutsu's damage type mirrors the damage type of the weapon it is used with. It may be used with any weapon that utilizes Melee Accuracy.
- Bound opponents have at 15% chance to escape per 2 AP they use.

---
Coagulation of the Damned - B-Rank Bloodline Non-elemental Ninjutsu (Reskin: Dance of the Seedling Fern)
“Ehe… Eheehehe… He’s here-- Can you feel him? Jashin wants us.”

A display of vile atrocities, the Derelict Jashinist is capable of unleashing a wave of detestable energy that caresses the battlefield in a stench of corpses and a blackened-red mist. In this mist obscures the sight of most combatants and each will feel tugs of the dead around them; weaponry of the damned are rumored to manifest and claw out at those who dwell too long. Draining them of their energies… If they focus enough, they might hear their lost loved ones.

Rank 1: Creates a field of evil that covers the nearby region which attacks each participant in the battle except for the user 10 times at -1 Accuracy dealing 150 Physical damage per attack. In addition the Terrain Modifier counts as "Heavy Cover" for the user and they gain an additional +1 Stealth on top of that.
Rank 2: Creates a field of evil that covers the nearby region which attacks each participant in the battle except for the user 10 times at -1 Accuracy dealing 165 Physical damage per attack. In addition the Terrain Modifier counts as "Heavy Cover" for the user and they gain an additional +1 Stealth on top of that.
Rank 3: Creates a field of evil that covers the nearby region which attacks each participant in the battle except for the user 10 times at -1 Accuracy dealing 180 Physical damage per attack. In addition the Terrain Modifier counts as "Heavy Cover" for the user and they gain an additional +2 Stealth on top of that.

Costs:
Rank 1: 2.25 AP, 650 CP to initiate, 325 CP/rnd
Rank 2: 2.25 AP, 815 CP to initiate, 410 CP/rnd
Rank 3: 2.25 AP, 975 CP to initiate, 490 CP/rnd

Notes:
- The Terrain Modifier and additional Stealth Bonus apply for as long as Coagulation of the Damned is maintained but the attack portion of the jutsu happens only once per casting.
- Damage caused by Coagulation of the Damned is Physical Damage rather than Non-elemental Damage. As such it is subject to any effects which apply to Physical damage but not Physical Attacks as it is not a weapon attack. Likewise it is affected by effects which apply to Non-elemental Ninjutsu and Ninjutsu in general but not Non-elemental damage as it is still a Non-elemental Ninjutsu but does not deal any form of elemental damage.

Final Sacrament of Jashin - A-Rank Bloodline Buffing Taijutsu (Reskin: All-Killing Ash Bones)
“Caress my flesh, great savior; hereith we stand. As a testament to your beloved embrace-- Today we bring another to your throne… Treat them with the drenched love you give us all.”

Grabbing ahold of perhaps their most prized possession. The amulet of Jashin.
Enacting a prayer to their lord, they are blessed with a tool of destruction; a stained energy fills their blood, their skin and weapons infecting it with a wretched energy that slowly deteriorates the flesh, muscle and bone of their enemies-- Assuming they can get it into them.

Rank 1: User's next Taijutsu attack causes a degenerative effect on the target it hits causing them to suffer 50% of the damage they took from it at the beginning of each round for the next two rounds.
Rank 2: User's next Taijutsu attack causes a degenerative effect on the target it hits causing them to suffer 65% of the damage they took from it at the beginning of each round for the next two rounds.
Rank 3: User's next Taijutsu attack causes a degenerative effect on the target it hits causing them to suffer 80% of the damage they took from it at the beginning of each round for the next two rounds.

Costs:
Rank 1: 2.75 AP and 2250 CP
Rank 2: 2.75 AP and 2825 CP
Rank 3: 2.75 AP and 3375 CP

Notes:
- If the attack which Final Sacrament of Jashin is affecting hits a barrier of any kind then Final Sacrament of Jashin does not apply the degenerative effect to the target.
- The damage dealt by Final Sacrament of Jashin’s effect is not directly affected by effects which increase or decrease damage. Such effects only apply to the attack which is used in conjunction with Final Sacrament of Jashin (Ex: If a Taijutsu that does 1,000 damage is used with All-Killing Ash Bones against an opponent with 25% Damage Reduction then the 1,000 damage is reduced to 750 and Final Sacrament of Jashin deals it's damage based off of that and the 25% Damage Reduction is not applied to the damage caused on subsequent turns by Final Sacrament of Jashin).
- Final Sacrament of Jashin deals 50%/65%/80% of the aggregate damage dealt by any multi-hitting jutsu it is used with.

Kinjutsu [Corrupted Magic]
Abomination Reflavor - Corrupted Magic
Abomination Original for Reference

Corrupted Magic (Reskin: Abomination)
Rooted into the culture of Jashin comes many variations and dark routes that a person, or persons can delve into. Often found amongst Derelicts of the Jashinism faith is a means to coming as close as they can to their greatest admiration; their lord Jashin. By adopting into tools, rituals and vile magic they can corrupt themselves. Too them though, it’s a wondrous way to make themselves in the image of their closest love.
Jashin.

Prerequisites: Kinjutsu Application, B-Rank, 3 Ability Slots

Effects:
- The user gains access to the Cursed Seal Ability and will not take up a slot. If the user already has the ability upon gaining Corrupted Magic, the Cursed Seal Ability will no longer take up a slot.
- The user suffers no Recovery Time after obtaining the Cursed Seal (if done through Corrupted Magic) nor after using the Cursed Seal in battle.
- CP Modifier Reduction from Cursed Seal is reduced to 4 each round active. The user slowly regains their lost CP Modifiers by 1 each round inactive.
- The user may re-activate their Cursed Seal in battle but deactivating it requires a round cooldown before it can be activated again.
- This Kinjutsu, all of its techniques, and its user are considered Cursed</COLOR><i></i>

- Corrupted Magic's active techniques (In Jashin's Image, Domain of Jashin and Jashin's Assimilation) has a unique Mutation mechanic which modifies/adds bonuses to the said technique each time it reaches a new stage of Mutation. Each technique has its own unique Mutation Condition found beneath it.
[fontsize="12"]Amperage of Corruption - Kinjutsu Ability
(Reskin: Adaptive Mutation)
As is with most vile powers that make up the world the shinobi inhabit; just as Curse Seals. Everything comes with a cost for it’s heightened power. As a wielder of Corrupted Magic slowly withers away, the corruption seizes greater control over the body. But of course, with the energy grabbing control, the addictive power that comes in tow… Is sometimes too much to resist.

Information
Prerequisites: Corrupted Magic

Effect: If the user initially loses 10% of their maximum Health, they gain +2 Custom Class Points in which they may apply to their current Custom Class at the start of the following round. Each time they lose 10% of their maximum Health after the first, they only gain +1 Custom Class Point.

Note:
- Does not take an Ability Slot
- The user -must- state what these points should be used for at this time and failure to do so will result to lost of said points for the remainder of battle.
- The user may only spend their Custom Class Points from Amperage of Corruption from bonuses of 3 Points and below (with the exception of +1 Inventory not being a valid option).
- Recovering health and receiving damage does not take away bonuses from this ability, nor does it allow the user to re-obtain Custom Class Points for Max HP thresholds they have already gotten the points for.[/fontsize]

[fontsize="12"]Jashin’s Miasma - Kinjutsu Ability
(Reskin: Viral Affliction)
Wreathed in the malevolent energy from the user’s Corrupted Magic, those within’ vicinity are often susceptible to the mutative effects of it as well; although much well received due to their bodies being ill-fit from failing to do the required rituals.
The Corrupted Magic user typically perceives this as an effort of Jashin to claim the foes into his embrace.

Information
Prerequisites: Corrupted Magic

Effect: Each round, up to two random opponents in the battle must make a check against the user, failing this check causes the target(s) to suffer from half of the opposite effects of the user's Cursed Seal for the round. If the target fails the check twice in a row and every round after, they suffer from the full opposite effects of the user's Cursed Seal for the round.

Special Action - Plague Affliction: At the end of the round, the user may choose to increase their Cursed Seal's CP Mod penalty by an additional 2 mod points for the following round; doing so grants the user +2 to their next check(s) and it will apply to all opponents in battle.

Notes:
- Does not take an Ability Slot
- Requires the user to have their Cursed Seal active.
- The user must declare which accuracy to use upon activating both their Cursed Seal and Jashin’s Miasma, either be Melee Accuracy, Ranged Accuracy, Ninjutsu Accuracy or Genjutsu Difficulty.
- If the user has "1 Free basic attack per round" for their Cursed Seal bonus, this forces a target to perform a Basic Attack at the start of each round. All costs are paid as normal. If the target is not equipped with a weapon, they will still perform a Basic Attack with Unarmed Damage at normal Damage Modifier and Accuracy.
- If the user has "+1 Inventory slot" for their Cursed Seal bonus, a random item in the target's inventory will be disabled for the round and cannot be used.
- If the user has "+5% Sneak attack chance" for their Curse Seal bonus, this causes any sneak attacks performed by the victim to be modded as normal attacks.
- If the user has the "Ignore 1 point of debuff" option, the victim suffers a random point of debuff for the round.
- If the user has any of the 4 point 'special' options from the Curse Seal ability, those are not 'reversed and transferred' by this ability. In this case, the user may choose a different penalty equal to 4 points to be used in its place.[/fontsize]

[fontsize="12"]In The Lord’s Image - B-Rank Taijutsu
(Reskin: Metamorph)
In the effort of closing the distance between themselves and Jashin, the Corrupted Magic user will begin contorting and manipulating their physical forms by using the Corruption. As they do this, it often takes an unsavory appearance in their designed image of their Lord.

Information
Prerequisites: Corrupted Magic, B-Rank

Effect: Upon use, the user chooses 1 Augment in their inventory (not in their weapon) and creates a Metamorph with it in the user's body. While the Metamorph is active, the chosen augment is applied to the user directly and affects all attacks made by the user (not just Taijutsu). The Metamorph limb is destroyed upon reaching Sprained Called Shot penalty.

Rank1: Allows access to First Mutation.
Mastered: Allows access to Second Mutation.

Mutation Condition: While Metamorph is active and is in its Base Effect or First Mutation, every next round will cause it to evolve to the next Mutation.
  • First Mutation: The Metamorph limb is destroyed upon reaching Fractured Called Shot penalty.
  • Second Mutation: The Metamorph limb is destroyed upon reaching Broken Called Shot penalty.
  • Final Mutation: May add an additional Augment for a maximum of 2 to their Metamorph limb as well ignore the first 2 successful Called Shot penalty inflicted on it.

Cost: 2.25 AP, 545 Chakra and 275 Chakra per round.

Note:
- Requires Cursed Seal active.
- If at any point a Mutated Metamorph is destroyed, it will revert back to its previous Mutation the next time it is used. This does not apply when it reaches Final Mutation nor will it apply when it is already as its First Mutation.
- The Metamorph is treated as a valid Called Shot target for all intents and purposes, and may be damaged and healed following the same rules.
- There is a 2-round cooldown if the Metamorph is destroyed through Called Shot and a round cooldown if In The Lord’s Image is no longer maintained.[/fontsize]

[fontsize="12"]Domain of Jashin - B-Rank Ninjutsu
(Reskin: Chrysallis)
Calling upon the domain of Jashin. The caster is capable of wrapping their bodies entirely in a thick blanket of corrupted energy, hissing and sizzling with sinister intent. Deep within; the swelling energy the caster’s body undergoes a sickening manipulation of their corrupted bodies into something … Greater.

Information
Prerequisites: Corruption Magic, B-Rank

Effect: The user creates a barrier around themselves with Health equal to 40% of their current Health + 10% of their current Chakra for a full round. While active, the user is considered Resting; upon successfully maintaining the barrier for a full round, the user emerges with the Health they initially had upon activating Chrysalis in addition to any health gained through Resting.

Rank 1: Grants access to First Mutation.
Mastered: Grants access to Second Mutation.

Mutation Condition: Each time Domain of Jashin is used while it is in Base or First Mutation, regardless if it was destroyed or was successful, the next time Domain of Jashin is used it will evolve to its next Mutation.
  • First Mutation: Barrier gains +15% Damage Reduction while active.
  • Second Mutation: Barrier Health is now equal to <COLOR color="red">45% of their current Health + 15% of their current Chakra
  • Final Mutation: May be used an additional time in battle.

Cost: 2.5 AP and 30% of the Barrier's Health as Chakra Cost.

Notes:
- Requires Cursed Seal active and does not require handseals.
- While Domain of Jashin is active, the user cannot perform any actions but can maintain Domain of Jashin and any other effects that has been active prior to Domain of Jashin. If the user is equipped with a weapon, it is not dropped.
- The user still receives damage from passive effects applied to them prior to using Domain of Jashin (e.g Bleeding, Burn, etc).
- May only be used once every other round and twice per battle. If used, regardless at which point Domain of Jashin is used, it will be modded as the first action of the round, overriding all priorities.
- The barrier created from Domain of Jashin cannot be affected by techniques that may automatically destroy or bypass it. It can only be destroyed if the Barrier's Health drops to 0 or if the user stops maintaining.
- If at any point the Domain of Jashin is destroyed (reducing the Barrier's Health to 0) before it completes a full round, the user does not receive any bonuses from Chrysalis and automatically receives maximum Suppression.[/fontsize]

[fontsize="12"]Jashin’s Assimilation - A-Rank Ninjutsu
(Reskin: Malevolent Annihilation)
Collapsing under the weight of their deliverance to Jashin-- Their pain. They are gifted with an unholy power. A blackened-red mist erupts from their bodies, nearly materialized from how dense the energy weighed into the world. With this savagery energy, the user is capable of unleashing a plethora of torturous weapons, energy and tools to rain down on their foes.

Information
Prerequisites: Corrupted Magic, A-Rank

Effect: Deals 3870 damage to up to 2 targets at -2 Accuracy. Upon successful hit, the target must make a check against the user, failing this check causes them to automatically receive the effects of Jashin’s Miasma and is considered a failed check for the purposes of the ability. Additionally, the user receives 5% of the damage inflicted to the target(s).

Rank 1: Grants access to First Mutation.
Mastered: Grants access to Second Mutation.

Mutation Condition: Every two uses of Jashin’s Assimilation evolves it to the next Mutation.
  • First Mutation: Jashin’s Assimilation may now target up to 3 targets.
  • Second Mutation: Increases damage to 4840 and the user no longer receives damage from Jashin’s Assimilation.
  • Final Mutation: Targets chosen for Jashin’s Assimilation must make a check against Jashin’s Miasma even if they successfully dodged the attack.

Cost: 3 AP and 2,420 Chakra

Note:
- May only be used once round.
- Requires Cursed Seal active and does not require handseals.
- Must use either Melee Accuracy, Ranged Accuracy, Ninjutsu Accuracy or Genjutsu Difficulty for the purpose of both Accuracy and Check. Does not require handseals.
- If there's only 2 possible targets, a random target that has been successfully struck must make a check twice for Jashin’s Miasma. If there's only 1 target possible, if struck, they must make a check three times for Jashin’s Miasma.[/fontsize]

[fontsize="12"]Death into Death - S-Rank Ninjutsu
(Reskin: Virulence)
Entranced in their magic, the user is capable of allowing the corruption take hold of their genetic structure and contort it with vile energy, boiling them to the brim with new-found power to unleash on their enemies. This takes on a smell of death, and is often regarded as a means of rebirth amongst the users. As it encourages surpassing limits that otherwise they couldn’t continuously do with their previous state of their bodies.

Information
Prerequisites: Corrupted Magic, S-Rank

Master Rank: Evolves all Corrupted Magic Techniques that are currently in the Second Mutation to Final Mutation. This refreshes all cooldown on the Corrupted Magic's: Jashin’s Miasma, Corrupted Magic Techniques and Jutsus. Additionally, the user may chain either In The Lord’s Image, Domain of Jashin or Jashin’s Assimilation for -0.5 AP Cost after Death into Death.

Cost: 2 AP, -4 HP Mod and and 4,620 Chakra.

Note:
- May only be used once every other round.
- This will only evolve Corrupted Magic’s Techniques that are in Second Mutation. If a Corrupted Magic Technique has reached Second Mutation after Death into Death is used, Death into Death has to be used once more to evolve the technique to its Final Mutation.
- Refresh allows Corrupted Magic Techniques and Jutsus that are usually limited to once per round or once every other round to be used once more in the given round Death into Death is used.
- Refresh also applies to Jashin’s Miasma, triggering it once more during the round.
- Refresh does not allow once per battle Jutsus to be used again nor does it apply to Death into Death itself.[/fontsize]
