Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Abilities said:
0. Combat Medic/Medical Knowledge
- The user gains access to Medical Jutsu.
- If the user is in the same battle as a person who has been killed, they may heal the player back to KO status at the end of the battle.
- Once per round, the user may use a Medical jutsu up to B rank reflexively.

0. Shinobi 101 - Genjutsu -- Fire
- Upon gaining this ability, the user is to specify a single base element and is now able to cast this element via their Genjutsu Difficulty instead of using Ninjutsu Accuracy. This element may be unlearned after three months and in which the user is able to apply for a new element, able to transfer these ranks to another Advanced Element or Ninjutsu of their choice.


1. Jutsu Expansion
- Allows the user to increase the rank of a Jutsu and all associated effects with it. Jutsu AP cost is increased by .5AP.

The new OOC rank jutsu (ex: E to D) gain the following values in order of D/C/B/A.

Offensive Jutsu - Damage gains 630/650/2400/2950
Barrier Jutsu - Barrier health gains 565/585/2160/2655
Clone Jutsu - Hp/Cp % increase 10/5/5/10, Increased accuracy of 2/1/3/3

For all the above:
Chakra cost gains 200/280/1470/2000
Secondary Effect % chance gains 6/3/15/27

2. Called Shot
- Called Shots only take half the usual accuracy Penalties.
- +5% Called Shot chance.
- User can inflict Broken rank debuffs.

3. Quickdraw
- Drawing/Sheathing weapons and Drawing items are modded as if costing 0ap. (Normal AP costs are paid).

4. Quick Reaction
- If the user dodges an attack, the user may declare a jutsu to be used as a counterattack against the attacker at +1 Accuracy/DC. The user pays all costs normally.

Strategist
-Required for certain jutsu/item effects. Also allows the following:
- Grants the user 5 Prep slots. Prep slots are not extra inventory slots, but allow for up to 5 special effects.
- May prep a weapon to have 1 free basic strike that is counted as a Sneak Attack. If used while in stealth the user has a 25% chance to remain in Stealth. May be used multiple times on a single weapon costing a Prep slot each time.
- May prep a weapon to be poisoned by an injury type Poison.
- May attach items to other items (see the items themselves for details) for 0 AP and can be prepared prior to battle.

6. Initiative
- The user is capable of prioritizing 1 AP worth of actions per round which are modded as 0 AP but all costs are paid as normal.

7. Elemental Illusion
- The user may choose to have their Genjutsu take on properties of a single Base Element they have a Major Affinity in.
- The user may only have a single effect active at once upon the target.

Fire: While effected by the Genjutsu, the target takes +10% Damage. The additional damage is considered illusionary.
Wind: While effected by the Genjutsu, bleeding damage is increased by 50%, the bonus damage is considered illusionary, unable to be reduced.
Lightning: While effected by the Genjutsu, the victims actions cost +10% Ap
Earth: While effected by the Genjutsu, the victim has a 50% chance of having reflexive Jutsu fail. Only one may fail per round, this causes the jutsu to cost ap and not cp.
Water: While effected by the Genjutsu, the victims actions cost +15% Cp.

8. DeflectionAbilities Card Purchase
- Partial hits upon the user are treated as misses. This does not overwrite effects which state partial hits are treated as full hits.
- Attacks which initially miss the user have a 10% chance of being deflected to a different target (does not stack with the previous note).
- Deflected attacks that target another victim are chosen at random and use the attacker's accuracy type with the user's accuracy secondary.

Special Action: For 1 AP, the user may choose to have a deflected attack target a victim of their choosing. This is done reflexively.

9. Human Anatomy
- The user gains +1 Critical Range to all attacks.
- All critical hits deal 2.25x Damage. Additional Critical Damage does not stack with any other Critical attack damage buffs

Physical and mental. Tangible and intangible. Durability and Resistance. Akechi sought balance in all of his techniques. He was the caricature of balance, and his discipline as a shinobi was no different. The man was keen on the arts of Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and even majored in Genjutsu. He sought to win battles and massacre his enemies with a balanced assault that blended all three disciplines. His ocular abilities were absolute, and he was able to avoid enemy attacks quite effectively. However, he felt underdeveloped in one particular area of Genjutsu. Resistance. The man had dabbled in resistance before, but this time he desired to be proficient in it. If Genjutsu were to be his greatest weapon, then it should’ve been his greatest defense. He was to be a double-edged sword, a warrior that destroyed defense as well as cripple offense.

For this reason, the man had found an old Uchihan relic that had long since been forgotten. The Genjutsu Mirror. It had been passed down from generation to generation, making its rounds through the Fire Nation before its disappearance. Akechi had purchased it at an auction that was frequented by pirates, vagabonds, and other shady characters. You know… the black markets. It possessed the ability to reflect any Genjutsu back on the user, mirroring it in detail, and causing the user to experience its horror first hand. After all, that was the only way to become accustomed to it… to defeat the jutsu that one utilized on opponents. Sitting in front of the mirror, the Uchiha was treated to a random Genjutsu from his Sharingan arsenal. As he stared at himself in the mirror, the image’s Sharingan began to spiral, matching that of the ability of his own reddened eyes.

The man sat in front of the mirror for hours, fighting the horrors that had confronted him as he casted Genjutsu after Genjutsu on himself. After awhile, the man become accustomed to the Genjutsu that he had cast. He knew when he was under its illusion… its spell… and he knew exactly how to ward off its effects. He had become adept at controlling the illusions, reversing their effects on him, and even rebounding those effects back on them. That was power. That was the definition of power. It was what he wanted to accomplish, and just another piece in the perfection of his defense. Akechi was well on his way to become a god in his own right.

Kagemaru may have been a stalking professional, but Akechi was grooming his ability in that field as well. However, what he lacked in eyesight, he hoped to gain in the ways of his chakra sensory abilities. He focused on the different chakras of the shinobi that he had met in the past, and the Sharingan recordings of the people that he had met. They were his focal point. He closed his eyes and mediated for a bit, each passing moment representing a person that he had found as they exhausted chakra. Kagemaru, Kane, Koa, they were all located in the Earth Country. He could feel them. He could feel the ebb and flow of their chakras, even as they attempted to conceal themselves. Akechi had become a chakra sensor.

- All Jutsu cost -10% Chakra, this includes Maintains.
- All Chakra cost penalties from choosing to use 'Special Actions' are halved.

2. Combat Instinct
- When attacking a target below 50% Max Hp, the user's attack has has +2 Accuracy/Genjutsu DC.

3. Initiative
- The user is capable of prioritizing 1 AP worth of actions per round which are modded as 0 AP but all costs are paid as normal.

4. Acrobatics
- The user is capable of performing one additional Activated Auto-Dodge per round.

5. Quickdraw
- Drawing weapons costs 0 AP. In addition, the user may sheath their active weapon once per round for 0 AP.

6. Elementalist
- The user may now use a Major Affinity Move and a Minor Affinity move upon a single Jutsu (Up to B Rank) Both affinity moves must be different, and the user must have a Major Affinity in the Element.

7. Conservative Motion
- Jutsu effects that would increase Chakra Costs are negated.
- All Effects that have a chance of causing the user's action to fail are halved and all AP increasing effects are negated.

8. Weapon Attunement
- +5% Weapon Damage Modifier. +3% Suppression and/or +3% Bleeding, depending on which status the weapon is capable of inflicting. Reduces all Natural Negative Accuracy Modifiers from Custom Weapons by -1 to a minimum of 0.

9. Implacable
- Negates the first Bleeding, Suppression, Called Shot, or Secondary Effect inflicted upon the user via an enemy's attack. This applies only to the first attack to inflict any of these but will cover the entire action (if a multihit). If this action would inflict multiple of these, they would all be nulled.

- Special Action: When hit by a Critical attack while wearing Light Armor or Heavy Armor, the user may reflexively pay 1 AP to reduce the damage of a Critical Hit to that of a normal Full hit. The user pays CP equal to half the negated damage. This may be used once per round with Light Armor, but has no usage limits with Heavy Armor.

Kinjutsu: Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan
IMPORTANT: Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan is a 'Kinjutsu' available only to those with the Uchiha bloodline, and follows all Kinjutsu rules. If the user switches away from the Uchiha Bloodline, they will also lose EMS. If they swap back to Uchiha in the future (after acquiring EMS previously on the same character), they may choose to automatically re-acquire this Kinjutsu -if- they do not currently own a different kinjutsu.

Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan - Kinjutsu

The final stage of the Sharingan, known for the steep price that must be paid to acquire it; an Uchiha that has awakened to the Mangekyou Sharingan must take the Mangekyou Sharingan of another Uchiha. While one would think that a mutual trade could be made, the new eyes do not activate while their original owner still lives. This leads to the Eternal Mangekyou only being obtained by Uchiha capable of turning against their own clan, unless perhaps received as a dying gift. Regardless of the source, an Uchiha with the Eternal Mangekyou find their eyes take on a new appearance, often a mix of both eyes, and not only retain the abilities of both Mangekyou...but have grown strong enough to withstand the negative side effects normally associated with Mangekyou techniques.

Information
Prerequisites: Kinjutsu Application, 3 Ability Slots, B-Rank, Uchiha Bloodline

Effect:
- The user can not be prevented from maintaining Sharingan and Mangekyou Sharingan.
- The user gains a second Uchiha branch of their choice (Eye of the Sun, Eye of the Moon, Eye of the Storm, Eye of the Void).
- Unlocks a special rank for the Final Jutsu of each Uchiha branch (Amaterasu, Tsukiyomi, Susanoo, Kamui)
- The Mangekyou Sharingan of both branches are combined into a singular passive with both effects (the AP/CP cost does not double). Additionally Mangekyou Sharingan recieves the following effects;
  • +10 seconds to its duration.
  • Its HP cost is converted into a CP cost.
  • The user no longer suffers the post-battle Recovery time from resulting from the Eye Trauma special action.</LIST>

    One of the most infamous clans, the Uchiha are known for their powerful Doujutsu, the Sharingan. Uchiha have a myriad of skills they can call their own, nearly all of which is traced back to their crimson doujutsu. Uchiha are known for awakening their Sharingan in times of trauma...and for it to only continue to grow in strength the more psychological pain an Uchiha pulls through, leading to some to seek this pain willingly in search of greater power.

    Sharingan - Passive<i></i>
    The Sharingan is a Doujutsu of the Uchiha clan, distinguished by its infamous red-color and the 'tomoe' surrounding the user's pupil. Apart from serving as a focal point for later techniques, the Sharingan grants the Uchiha an extreme degree of perception, allowing the Uchiha to react and perform actions with greater precision. As even the tiniest and most subtle of details within their gaze will not go unnoticed, the Uchiha claim their Sharingan will always see the truth.

    Rank 1/2/3: The user has +1/+1.5/+2 Accuracy and Dodge toward targets in their line of sight. When attacking a target within their line of sight, the user ignores any Auto-dodge %'s the target may have.

    Cost: 1 AP, 2% Max CP/Rnd.

    Note:
    - While Mangekyou Sharingan is active, Sharingan's Acc/Dodge bonus becomes +3 (+4 is they possess if they possess Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan)
    - Does not apply to Activated Auto-dodge, such as the Body Switch Ninjutsu. This only applies to % chances.

    Eye of Insight - Passive<i></i>
    The Sharingan has the capability of viewing chakra as an aura. When combined with their eyes' ability to precisely spot even the smallest of details, the Sharingan can unravel the secrets of anything within its gaze...So long as they may see it, of course.

    Rank 1/2/3: At the start of the round, the user automatically gains awareness of all targets within their line of sight. +0/1/2 Awareness.

    Special Action: For 0 AP and 2% Max CP, the user may have this effect re-occur at the 5-second mark of a round in addition to the start of the round. This may be used every other round.

    Note:
    - Requires Sharingan to be active.
    - Example; the user will identify clones as being the original or a fake, or see through Transformation jutsu and similar effects that are within their line of sight.

    Adaptive Counter - Independent Special Move<i></i>
    Due to an Uchiha’s general all-round prowess in all forms of combat to some degree or another, they are equally as well versed in combating against most styles; with quick movements and keen alacrity when they find an opening in their opponent, they are the first to seize the opportunity to strike. Paired with their revered Sharingan, they claim to be able to predict an opponent based on the slightest muscle tension in their body.

    Rank 1/2/3: Used Reflexively. When a target in battle performs a Reflexive action, the user may attack them with a basic strike at -2/-1/+0 Accuracy. If this attack hits, the triggering Reflexive action is prevented. This will only work if the target has been in the user's line of sight for the previous 5 seconds.

    Cost: 0.75 AP; 2% Max CP

    Notes:
    - May only be used once per round.
    - Requires Sharingan active.
    - The user may choose which Accuracy/DC type this uses.

    Rank 1/2/3: When performing a Genjutsu, the user may pay +20% CP to cast it without handseals. If the target is within their line of sight, the Genjutsu receives a +0/+1/+2 modifier.

    Crescent Moon Mirror - Independent Special Move<i></i>
    The Sharingan is said to have the power to see through illusions, and this technique was created to reinforce that. By warding their mind against foreign influence, the user can assure that what their Sharingan perceives will be reality, and not someone else's illusion.

    Rank 1/2/3: Once used, the user will auto-resist or auto-dodge the next E-C rank non-physical Jutsu that targets them in the next 8 seconds (does not carry over into the next round!).

    Mangekyou Sharingan - Activated Passive<i></i>
    The Mangekyou Sharingan is the advanced stage of the Sharingan, accessible to Uchiha after having undergone traumatic stress. Distinguishable by its unique appearance (which varies among its users), the Mangekyou allows the Uchiha to access powerful techniques...but carries the drawback in that they place significant stress on the user's eyes, to the point where it can even result in the Uchiha losing their sight until their Sharingan recovers. Like its appearance, the abilities granted by the Mangekyou can differ between one Uchiha and another.

    Rank 1/2/3: Upon unlocking Mangekyou Sharingan, the user must choose either Ninjutsu or Taijutsu in their training Dojo. Non-Illusionary attacks of the chosen type may affect +2 targets. Mangekyou Sharingan lasts up to 10/20/30 seconds.

    Special Action - Eye Trauma: While Eye Trauma is active, Non-Illusionary attacks of the chosen type may attack any amount of available enemy targets for the duration of Mangekyou Sharingan. Eye Trauma may be activated at any point for 0 AP; this replaces the duration of Mangekyou Sharingan with 20 seconds. Using this action will disable Mangekyou Sharingan for the remainder of battle once its duration ends. Additionally, the user will undergo 'Recovery Time' equal to 1 OOC week per round Mangekyou Sharingan was active. Mangekyou Sharingan cannot be used during any modded situations that begin during this time. [Recovery time rules]

    Cost: 1 AP to activate/deactivate. Upon deactivation, 2.5% Max HP per round active.

    Notes:
    - Requires Sharingan to be active, and have been active for at least 10 seconds.
    - Once deactivated, requires a 10-second cooldown before Mangekyou Sharingan may be used again.
    - Uchiha techniques which reduce the duration of Mangekyou Sharingan are treated as if they were maintained for that round when it comes time to pay the maintain cost.
    - If the user has Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, using Special Action - Eye Trauma activates the effect for both Uchiha subbranches, however, the duration is still 20 seconds.

    Curse of Hatred - Passive<i></i>
    The Curse of Hatred is an ideal common among the Uchiha, in which they stop at nothing to achieve their goals and emphasize their superiority. However, the Storm Mangekyou has the power to actually harness that passion as a form of power that only grows in response to challenges set before them. It is this trait that makes Uchiha with the Storm Mangekyou said to hold their own, even against an army.

    Rank 1/2/3: If the user starts a round outnumbered, they gain +1/+2/+3 Secondary stats and deal x2 damage; this damage bonus does not stack with others.

    Note:
    - For the purpose of being "outnumbered", this is factoring the Uchiha + any allies vs non allies. Clones are not factored into this.
    - Only Characters, Creations (The entire jutsu counts as "one") , and Contracts with their own AP pools are factored into this skill. Anything sharing an AP pool (such as Hivemind contracts) only count as one. Any other target other than those listed here have no effect on determining whether the Uchiha is outnumbered or not.
    - The Battle Mod must use their personal discretion to determine actual enemies based on actions, and prevent attempts at loopholing this (such as only hitting each other with a single basic strike, attacking themselves, or having a creation under their control attack them). Characters clearly aiming for the same end goal (such as attacking a specific individual) are to be considered "allies" for the purpose of this skill, even if they may be hostile ICly.

    Storm Grip - Non-elemental Ninjutsu<i></i>
    A technique which partially manifests an aspect of Susanoo coming from the user, such as a hand or ribcage, which otherwise serves to act as a wall of chakra to protect, or in some case imprison, the user or the target. This technique may be used without the user needing to fully form the Susanoo, but can even be used to reinforce an existing one.

    Rank 1/2/3: Creates a barrier with 1,215/1,520/1,820 HP; actions may not bypass this barrier from either side. Upon cast, the user must choose to use one of the following actions;
    • Upon themselves - May be used reflexively. This may still be used while Susanoo is active, despite it also being a barrier.
    • Upon others - Binds the target at -5/-4/-3 Ninjutsu Accuracy. The Susanoo hand is a barrier on the target.

    Special Action - Tempest Throw: The user may pay 1.5 AP and the cost, to end this jutsu on a target and automatically deals damage equal to the barriers remaining HP + Susanoo's current HP (if active) as well as inflict the 'Disruption' effect on the victim. The user may attempt to hit a target with the thrown victim via Ninjutsu Accuracy, dealing the same amount of damage upon hit. Disruption may only be inflicted on a specific target once per Mangekyou Sharingan activation.

    Cost: 2 AP, 405/505/605 Cp/Rnd.

    Notes:
    - This jutsu requires Mangekyou Sharingan to be active.
    - Does not interfere with the user's line of sight, unlike other barriers.
    - If used within 10 seconds of previous usage, the duration of Mangekyou Sharingan is reduced by 10 seconds.
    - When bound, actions requiring (See movement rules) used by the victim require +0.75 AP. The victim must destroy the Susanoo Hand before they may target others. All actions performed by the victim have a 20% chance of escaping this bind, even if the Susanoo hand is not destroyed.
    - When the prison bind is destroyed, leftover damage may attempt to harm the target. The target may receive -3 penalty toward this attack. Does not occur if the victim was the one to destroy Storm Grip.
    - The 'Disruption' effect randomly dispels a single random maintained jutsu active on the victim and prevents it from being recast for a full round. If a Clone/Creation activates this effect, it is dispersed.

    Vengeance - Dependent Special Move<i></i>
    Holders of the Storm Mankgeyou at most comfortable when in conflict. Their techniques, both within the Susanoo and without, flow without any faltering from one target to the next. Spurred by their Curse of Hatred, they may draw that power to perform techniques near simultaneously.

    Rank 1/2/3: By paying +40%/30%/20% Jutsu costs, this may be used with any Non-Illusionary attack which is targeting more than one target. Rather than attack a specific target with the Jutsu this is used with, the user may instead choose to attack them with the Storm Grip Jutsu. This may be chosen individually for each target.

    When making a non-illusionary attack which targets multiple entities, the user may remove a target from that jutsu to instead instantly target them with Storm Grip. The user pays 40%/30%/20% of the CP cost of any subsequent jutsu but does not pay any AP.

    Notes:
    - This may be used once per round.
    - This is not considered a combo.
    - This does not count as casting Storm Grip[ as far as its "once per round" limit, and will not reduce the duration of Mangekyou Sharingan.
    - Example; If Sasuke were to use an A-ranked AoE Chidori Control targeting Naruto, Sakura and Kakashi, he could use Vengeance to instead target Naruto with Chidori Control, and Sakura + Kakashi with Storm Grip. He would pay full costs for Chidori control, and 40%/30%/20% of Raijin's Vengeance and Dragon Flame Bomb.

    Susanoo - Non-Elemental Ninjutsu<i></i>
    Those gifted with the power of Susanoo are said to be fearsome foes, capable of taking on hordes of foes alone. The Susanoo is an entity composed of chakra, massive in size, manifested around the user like armor. Susanoo acts on their behalf to both smite their enemies while protecting them from harm, and the greater the Uchiha's strength, the more of Susanoo they may manifest; with those having the Eternal Mangekyou able to completely manifest full-bodied entities.

    Rank 1/2/3: The user is considered a 'Giant' entity. The user gains a 2080/2340/2600 HP barrier upon activation and the start of each round; this barrier is applied individually against each target in battle, and does not interfere with the user's own actions or block their line of sight. The user is unaffected by effects which may bypass/ignore/reverse Damage Reduction/Barriers, and incoming attacks which deal Illusionary damage are instead considered to deal standard damage. Finally,the user's Ninjutsu and Taijutsu attacks may target any amount of available targets.
    [EMS - Perfect Susanoo] - May only be performed by those with the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. Grants Susanoo an additional effect depending on what the Uchiha's other Mangekyou Branch is;
    • Eye of the Sun: Susanoo and Storm Grip are considered a Fire jutsu. Rising Flame may be used with any Attack while Susanoo is active, and the action used with it is considered a Fire action.
    • Eye of the Moon: While Susanoo is active, the user may apply their Storm Mangekyou 'additional target' effect to their Genjutsu once per round.
    • Eye of the Void: The user may choose to transport target's hit by Storm Grip to the Void Dimension, ending the effect of Storm Grip on said target. Additionally, the user may attempt to avoid attacks before Susanoo's barrier will block it (as opposed to standard barrier rules which have them block attacks before their user dodges) This means Susanoo's barrier will only apply toward attacks that would have hit them, not the ones which the user evades.

    Cost: 3 AP, 2400 CP/Rnd
    EMS Cost: 4.5 AP, 3200 CP/Rnd

    Notes:
    - This Jutsu is both a Chakra Armor and Barrier. The user cannot be affected by other Barriers unless otherwise stated.
    - Requires Mangekyou Sharingan to be active.
    - Attacks which deal increased damage to Barriers/Damage Reduction or bypass them completely do not apply against the user while Susanoo is active.
    - The "Illusionary Damage is Standard Damage" effect applies even -before- an attack rolls to 'hit' the user (as well as after).
    - 'Giant' entities cannot be in Stealth, however, cannot be bound by anything other than another 'Giant' entity. Instead, Binds from non-giant sources cause the giant to suffer a -3 penalty to any attack they make while affected by it.
    - Susanoo acts as a barrier vs each individual target in battle.
    • For example, Uchiha Madara is fighting Senju Hashirama and Tobirama. Just because Hashirama deals enough damage to break through Susanoo, does not mean Susanoo has been broken for Tobirama as well.

    Vortex Blink - Passive<i></i>
    Kamui is a space/time technique of the Mangekyou Sharingan. Capable of folding space upon itself, a Mangekyou user may learn to wield this in a way that allows them to transport themselves instantly to another location nearby (roughly 30 feet), appearing as if the air 'collapses' on itself around the user's eyes in a vortex-like manner.

    Rank 1/2/3: Body Switch does not require handseals, Clones, or Kawarimi Targets. The user may cast Body Switch as a free action once per 15/12/10 seconds.

    Note:
    - Requires Mangekyou Sharingan to be active.
    - If used as a free action, Body Switch does not impart a dodge penalty to the user.
    - The user still must pay Chakra, and this still counts as using an activated auto-dodge for the round.

    Void Displacement - Non Elemental Ninjutsu<i></i>
    The ability to puncture the fabric of space/time has a myraid of uses, even if stemming from the same jutsu, Kamui. When used in this manner, the Mangekyou user may create a whirlpool-like portal to relocate non-living material, pulling it into the Hollow dimension; an empty subspace...or even create a portal to recall it back to real space at a later time! This comes with a drawback; the user must make contact with what they are attempting to transport to begin the warping process (although do not have to remain in contact the entire time), though some Uchiha get around this by throwing an object and using it as a focus for the portal.

    All Ranks: When attacked by a Ninjutsu or Thrown/Projectile/Puppet Taijutsu within their line of site, the user may use their Melee or Ranged Accuracy + Accuracy modifiers rather than Evasion and Dodge modifiers. If successful, the attack is pulled into the Hollow. If unsuccessful, the user is fully-hit by the attack. Each Rank decreases the cost of this jutsu.

    Special Action - Expel: For 1 AP, this jutsu may be used to expel the last attack to be pulled into the Hollow by Void Displacement during battle, redirecting it toward a target of the user's choice (ignoring barriers and arena jutsu). The attack retains the same accuracy and modifiers it was originally performed with (it does not use the Uchiha's).

    Cost: 2 AP; CP equal to 130%/100%/70% of the offensive action's CP cost

    Notes:
    - Requires Mangekyou Sharingan to be active.
    - May be used reflexively.
    - If used multiple times during the same round, the duration of Mangekyou Sharingan is reduced by 10 seconds. This does not apply when using the Expel special action.
    - The Hollow is shared among all Uchiha and will only ever hold one "displaced" jutsu at a time (overwriting older ones). If one Uchiha uses this action to displace an attack, the other may use this jutsu to 'expel' that very same attack.
    - BMOD NOTE - Bmods are recommended to keep track of the numbers used with the last attack absorbed by this jutsu, as the special action will pull it back.

    Spacial Anomaly - Dependent Special Move<i></i>
    An Uchiha is not limited to using Kamui to transport the attacks of others; they may also transport their own attacks to "store" them within the Hollow Dimension, and later recall them as the situation demands. One can never let their guard down, for who knows what secrets lie beyond the spiraling portal of a Void Mangekyou holder?

    Rank 1: By paying +40% when making a Non-Illusionary attack, the user may "Displace" it within Kamui. Displaced attacks may be 'Expelled' later by the Void Displacement Jutsu.
    Rank 2: By paying +30% when making a Non-Illusionary attack, the user may "Displace" it within Kamui. Displaced attacks may be 'Expelled' later by the Void Displacement Jutsu.
    Rank 3: By paying +20% when making a Non-Illusionary attack, the user may "Displace" it within Kamui. Displaced attacks may be 'Expelled' later by the Void Displacement Jutsu.

    Notes:
    - May be used once per round.
    - The Hollow is shared among all Uchiha and will only ever hold one "displaced" jutsu at a time (overwriting older ones). If one Uchiha uses this action to displace an attack, the other may use this jutsu to 'expel' that very same attack.

    Kamui - Non Elemental Ninjutsu<i></i>
    The most directly offensive usage of the Kamui technique involves the Mangekyou user to create a space/time distortion directly upon a target which they make physical contact with and transporting them into the Hollow. It is difficult to pull an unwilling target into the Hollow successfully, though Uchiha with great skill in this Jutsu are able to precisely warp even a specific part of their target. In any case, warping living targets who do not possess the Void Mangekyou destabilizes space/time, making it possible for the victim to find a way back to real space with enough effort.

    Rank 1/2/3: Strikes the target at -2/-1/0 Melee/Ranged Accuracy. Upon hit, the target is transported to The Hollow or removed from it (if other Arena's are active, the user may choose which side they reappear on).
    [EMS - Boundless Kamui] - May only be performed by those with the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. This attack may be used as a Called Shot; a full hit will reduce the targeted limb limb (Arm, Leg, Foot or Hand) to the useless state deal 7.5% Max HP damage to the target. Unlike the normal action, this does not send the target to the Hollow.

    Special Action: May be used on self. When used this way, allows the user to bypass an Arena check to move to the opposing side an Arena (to include the Hollow). This action only costs 1/2 the usual Chakra.

    Cost: 2.5 AP; 2600 CP
    EMS Cost: 4 AP, 4500 CP

    Notes:
    - Requires Mangekyou Sharingan to be active.
    - After exiting the Void Dimension, an individual becomes immune to this jutsu for 10 seconds.
    - The Useless Called Shot status uses the same penalties as Broken status but cannot be healed for the remainder of the battle.

    - The Hollow uses the following rules;
    • The Hollow Dimension is considered a special 'Arena' that cannot be destroyed. No other 'Arena' effects may exist with the Hollow.
    • The Hollow may only be interacted with while at least while at least 1 target is within it; if no targets are within the Hollow, then for the purpose of battle it does not exist.
    • Targets within the Hollow Dimension may not interact with targets outside the Hollow, and vice-versa. They will not spend AP/CP attempting to hit a target that is impossible to hit and will instead attempt to enter/exit it via a lingering spatial distortion.
    • Attempts to enter/exit the Hollow by the above note cost 2 AP. The one making these checks makes a Ninjutsu check against the Hollow Dimension, which always has a DC of 35.
    • A player may not escape the Hollow Dimension through this method within 10 seconds of entering it (willingly or unwillingly). They may still make checks to escape; but even if they succeed, their escape is delayed until this time passes.

Abilities:
0. Journeyman - Main Branch
- Jutsu cost -5% Chakra.
- Being in a [Mission] does not take up an Rp slot. The user is still limited to normal Mission rules.

0. Shinobi 101
- Visual Genjutsu -> Ninjutsu Accuracy
- Upon gaining this ability, the user is to specify a single base element and is now able to cast this element via their Genjutsu Difficulty instead of using Ninjutsu Accuracy. This element may be unlearned after three months and in which the user is able to apply for a new element, able to transfer these ranks to another Advanced Element or Ninjutsu of their choice.

1. Jutsu Mastery
- All Jutsu cost -10% Chakra, this includes Maintains.
- All Chakra cost penalties from choosing to use 'Special Actions' are halved.

2. Combat Instinct
- When attacking a target below 50% Max Hp, the user's attack has has +2 Accuracy/Genjutsu DC.

3. Initiative
- The user is capable of prioritizing 1 AP worth of actions per round which are modded as 0 AP but all costs are paid as normal.

4. Acrobatics
- The user is capable of performing one additional Activated Auto-Dodge per round.

5. Quickdraw
- Drawing weapons costs 0 AP. In addition, the user may sheath their active weapon once per round for 0 AP.

6. Elementalist
- The user may now use a Major Affinity Move and a Minor Affinity move upon a single Jutsu (Up to B Rank) Both affinity moves must be different, and the user must have a Major Affinity in the Element.

7. Conservative Motion
- Jutsu effects that would increase Chakra Costs are negated.
- All Effects that have a chance of causing the user's action to fail are halved and all AP increasing effects are negated.

8. Weapon Attunement
- +5% Weapon Damage Modifier. +3% Suppression and/or +3% Bleeding, depending on which status the weapon is capable of inflicting. Reduces all Natural Negative Accuracy Modifiers from Custom Weapons by -1 to a minimum of 0.

9. Implacable
- Negates the first Bleeding, Suppression, Called Shot, or Secondary Effect inflicted upon the user via an enemy's attack. This applies only to the first attack to inflict any of these but will cover the entire action (if a multihit). If this action would inflict multiple of these, they would all be nulled.

- Special Action: When hit by a Critical attack while wearing Light Armor or Heavy Armor, the user may reflexively pay 1 AP to reduce the damage of a Critical Hit to that of a normal Full hit. The user pays CP equal to half the negated damage. This may be used once per round with Light Armor, but has no usage limits with Heavy Armor.

Kinjutsu: Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan
IMPORTANT: Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan is a 'Kinjutsu' available only to those with the Uchiha bloodline, and follows all Kinjutsu rules. If the user switches away from the Uchiha Bloodline, they will also lose EMS. If they swap back to Uchiha in the future (after acquiring EMS previously on the same character), they may choose to automatically re-acquire this Kinjutsu -if- they do not currently own a different kinjutsu.

Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan - Kinjutsu

The final stage of the Sharingan, known for the steep price that must be paid to acquire it; an Uchiha that has awakened to the Mangekyou Sharingan must take the Mangekyou Sharingan of another Uchiha. While one would think that a mutual trade could be made, the new eyes do not activate while their original owner still lives. This leads to the Eternal Mangekyou only being obtained by Uchiha capable of turning against their own clan, unless perhaps received as a dying gift. Regardless of the source, an Uchiha with the Eternal Mangekyou find their eyes take on a new appearance, often a mix of both eyes, and not only retain the abilities of both Mangekyou...but have grown strong enough to withstand the negative side effects normally associated with Mangekyou techniques.

Information
Prerequisites: Kinjutsu Application, 3 Ability Slots, B-Rank, Uchiha Bloodline

Effect:
- The user can not be prevented from maintaining Sharingan and Mangekyou Sharingan.
- The user gains a second Uchiha branch of their choice (Eye of the Sun, Eye of the Moon, Eye of the Storm, Eye of the Void).
- Unlocks a special rank for the Final Jutsu of each Uchiha branch (Amaterasu, Tsukiyomi, Susanoo, Kamui)
- The Mangekyou Sharingan of both branches are combined into a singular passive with both effects (the AP/CP cost does not double). Additionally Mangekyou Sharingan recieves the following effects;
  • +10 seconds to its duration.
  • Its HP cost is converted into a CP cost.
  • The user no longer suffers the post-battle Recovery time from resulting from the Eye Trauma special action.</LIST>

    One of the most infamous clans, the Uchiha are known for their powerful Doujutsu, the Sharingan. Uchiha have a myriad of skills they can call their own, nearly all of which is traced back to their crimson doujutsu. Uchiha are known for awakening their Sharingan in times of trauma...and for it to only continue to grow in strength the more psychological pain an Uchiha pulls through, leading to some to seek this pain willingly in search of greater power.

    Sharingan - Passive<i></i>
    The Sharingan is a Doujutsu of the Uchiha clan, distinguished by its infamous red-color and the 'tomoe' surrounding the user's pupil. Apart from serving as a focal point for later techniques, the Sharingan grants the Uchiha an extreme degree of perception, allowing the Uchiha to react and perform actions with greater precision. As even the tiniest and most subtle of details within their gaze will not go unnoticed, the Uchiha claim their Sharingan will always see the truth.

    Rank 1/2/3: The user has +1/+1.5/+2 Accuracy and Dodge toward targets in their line of sight. When attacking a target within their line of sight, the user ignores any Auto-dodge %'s the target may have.

    Cost: 1 AP, 2% Max CP/Rnd.

    Note:
    - While Mangekyou Sharingan is active, Sharingan's Acc/Dodge bonus becomes +3 (+4 is they possess if they possess Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan)
    - Does not apply to Activated Auto-dodge, such as the Body Switch Ninjutsu. This only applies to % chances.

    Eye of Insight - Passive<i></i>
    The Sharingan has the capability of viewing chakra as an aura. When combined with their eyes' ability to precisely spot even the smallest of details, the Sharingan can unravel the secrets of anything within its gaze...So long as they may see it, of course.

    Rank 1/2/3: At the start of the round, the user automatically gains awareness of all targets within their line of sight. +0/1/2 Awareness.

    Special Action: For 0 AP and 2% Max CP, the user may have this effect re-occur at the 5-second mark of a round in addition to the start of the round. This may be used every other round.

    Note:
    - Requires Sharingan to be active.
    - Example; the user will identify clones as being the original or a fake, or see through Transformation jutsu and similar effects that are within their line of sight.

    Adaptive Counter - Independent Special Move<i></i>
    Due to an Uchiha’s general all-round prowess in all forms of combat to some degree or another, they are equally as well versed in combating against most styles; with quick movements and keen alacrity when they find an opening in their opponent, they are the first to seize the opportunity to strike. Paired with their revered Sharingan, they claim to be able to predict an opponent based on the slightest muscle tension in their body.

    Rank 1/2/3: Used Reflexively. When a target in battle performs a Reflexive action, the user may attack them with a basic strike at -2/-1/+0 Accuracy. If this attack hits, the triggering Reflexive action is prevented. This will only work if the target has been in the user's line of sight for the previous 5 seconds.

    Cost: 0.75 AP; 2% Max CP

    Notes:
    - May only be used once per round.
    - Requires Sharingan active.
    - The user may choose which Accuracy/DC type this uses.
    - The reflexive action this is used against is not "used", only prevented. It may still be triggered later in the round.

    Hypnotic Gaze - Dependent Special Move<i></i>
    To look into the crimson Sharingan of an Uchiha is to invite disaster. Perhaps the most well-known capability of the Uchiha is their power to cast powerful Genjutsu upon targets through simple eye contact.

    Rank 1/2/3: When performing a Genjutsu, the user may pay +20% CP to cast it without handseals. If the target is within their line of sight, the Genjutsu receives a +0/+1/+2 modifier.

    Crescent Moon Mirror - Independent Special Move<i></i>
    The Sharingan is said to have the power to see through illusions, and this technique was created to reinforce that. By warding their mind against foreign influence, the user can assure that what their Sharingan perceives will be reality, and not someone else's illusion.

    Rank 1/2/3: Once used, the user will auto-resist or auto-dodge the next E-C rank non-physical Jutsu that targets them in the next 8 seconds (does not carry over into the next round!).
    Rank 1/2/3: Once used, the user will auto-resist or auto-dodge the next E-B rank non-physical Jutsu that targets them in the next 8 seconds (does not carry over into the next round!).
    Rank 1/2/3: Once used, the user will auto-resist or auto-dodge the next E-A rank non-physical Jutsu that targets them in the next 8 seconds (does not carry over into the next round!).

    Special Action - Half-Moon Phase: If successful, the user may instantly follow up the resisted attack with any E-B Rank Genjutsu. Genjutsu used this way gain +1 Gen DC but cost +20% CP cost.

    Cost: 1.5 Ap; Cp equal to 30% of the triggering attack (CP cost is paid upon the triggering attack but the AP is paid on cast)

    Mangekyou Sharingan - Activated Passive<i></i>
    The Mangekyou Sharingan is the advanced stage of the Sharingan, accessible to Uchiha after having undergone traumatic stress. Distinguishable by its unique appearance (which varies among its users), the Mangekyou allows the Uchiha to access powerful techniques...but carries the drawback in that they place significant stress on the user's eyes, to the point where it can even result in the Uchiha losing their sight until their Sharingan recovers. Like its appearance, the abilities granted by the Mangekyou can differ between one Uchiha and another.

    Rank 1/2/3: Upon unlocking Mangekyou Sharingan, the user must choose either Ninjutsu or Taijutsu in their training Dojo. Non-Illusionary attacks of the chosen type may affect +2 targets. Mangekyou Sharingan lasts up to 10/20/30 seconds.

    Special Action - Eye Trauma: While Eye Trauma is active, Non-Illusionary attacks of the chosen type may attack any amount of available enemy targets for the duration of Mangekyou Sharingan. Eye Trauma may be activated at any point for 0 AP; this replaces the duration of Mangekyou Sharingan with 20 seconds. Using this action will disable Mangekyou Sharingan for the remainder of battle once its duration ends. Additionally, the user will undergo 'Recovery Time' equal to 1 OOC week per round Mangekyou Sharingan was active. Mangekyou Sharingan cannot be used during any modded situations that begin during this time. [Recovery time rules]

    Cost: 1 AP to activate/deactivate. Upon deactivation, 2.5% Max HP per round active.

    Notes:
    - Requires Sharingan to be active, and have been active for at least 10 seconds.
    - Once deactivated, requires a 10-second cooldown before Mangekyou Sharingan may be used again.
    - Uchiha techniques which reduce the duration of Mangekyou Sharingan are treated as if they were maintained for that round when it comes time to pay the maintain cost.
    - If the user has Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, using Special Action - Eye Trauma activates the effect for both Uchiha subbranches, however, the duration is still 20 seconds.

    Curse of Hatred - Passive<i></i>
    The Curse of Hatred is an ideal common among the Uchiha, in which they stop at nothing to achieve their goals and emphasize their superiority. However, the Storm Mangekyou has the power to actually harness that passion as a form of power that only grows in response to challenges set before them. It is this trait that makes Uchiha with the Storm Mangekyou said to hold their own, even against an army.

    Rank 1/2/3: If the user starts a round outnumbered, they gain +1/+2/+3 Secondary stats and deal x2 damage; this damage bonus does not stack with others.

    Note:
    - For the purpose of being "outnumbered", this is factoring the Uchiha + any allies vs non allies. Clones are not factored into this.
    - Only Characters, Creations (The entire jutsu counts as "one") , and Contracts with their own AP pools are factored into this skill. Anything sharing an AP pool (such as Hivemind contracts) only count as one. Any other target other than those listed here have no effect on determining whether the Uchiha is outnumbered or not.
    - The Battle Mod must use their personal discretion to determine actual enemies based on actions, and prevent attempts at loopholing this (such as only hitting each other with a single basic strike, attacking themselves, or having a creation under their control attack them). Characters clearly aiming for the same end goal (such as attacking a specific individual) are to be considered "allies" for the purpose of this skill, even if they may be hostile ICly.

    Storm Grip - Non-elemental Ninjutsu<i></i>
    A technique which partially manifests an aspect of Susanoo coming from the user, such as a hand or ribcage, which otherwise serves to act as a wall of chakra to protect, or in some case imprison, the user or the target. This technique may be used without the user needing to fully form the Susanoo, but can even be used to reinforce an existing one.

    Rank 1/2/3: Creates a barrier with 1,215/1,520/1,820 HP; actions may not bypass this barrier from either side. Upon cast, the user must choose to use one of the following actions;
    • Upon themselves - May be used reflexively. This may still be used while Susanoo is active, despite it also being a barrier.
    • Upon others - Binds the target at -5/-4/-3 Ninjutsu Accuracy. The Susanoo hand is a barrier on the target.

    Special Action - Tempest Throw: The user may pay 1.5 AP and the cost, to end this jutsu on a target and automatically deals damage equal to the barriers remaining HP + Susanoo's current HP (if active) as well as inflict the 'Disruption' effect on the victim. The user may attempt to hit a target with the thrown victim via Ninjutsu Accuracy, dealing the same amount of damage upon hit. Disruption may only be inflicted on a specific target once per Mangekyou Sharingan activation.

    Cost: 2 AP, 405/505/605 Cp/Rnd.

    Notes:
    - This jutsu requires Mangekyou Sharingan to be active.
    - Does not interfere with the user's line of sight, unlike other barriers.
    - If used within 10 seconds of previous usage, the duration of Mangekyou Sharingan is reduced by 10 seconds.
    - When bound, actions requiring (See movement rules) used by the victim require +0.75 AP. The victim must destroy the Susanoo Hand before they may target others. All actions performed by the victim have a 20% chance of escaping this bind, even if the Susanoo hand is not destroyed.
    - When the prison bind is destroyed, leftover damage may attempt to harm the target. The target may receive -3 penalty toward this attack. Does not occur if the victim was the one to destroy Storm Grip.
    - The 'Disruption' effect randomly dispels a single random maintained jutsu active on the victim and prevents it from being recast for a full round. If a Clone/Creation activates this effect, it is dispersed.

    Vengeance - Dependent Special Move<i></i>
    Holders of the Storm Mankgeyou at most comfortable when in conflict. Their techniques, both within the Susanoo and without, flow without any faltering from one target to the next. Spurred by their Curse of Hatred, they may draw that power to perform techniques near simultaneously.

    Rank 1/2/3: By paying +40%/30%/20% Jutsu costs, this may be used with any Non-Illusionary attack which is targeting more than one target. Rather than attack a specific target with the Jutsu this is used with, the user may instead choose to attack them with the Storm Grip Jutsu. This may be chosen individually for each target.

    When making a non-illusionary attack which targets multiple entities, the user may remove a target from that jutsu to instead instantly target them with Storm Grip. The user pays 40%/30%/20% of the CP cost of any subsequent jutsu but does not pay any AP.

    Notes:
    - This may be used once per round.
    - This is not considered a combo.
    - This does not count as casting Storm Grip[ as far as its "once per round" limit, and will not reduce the duration of Mangekyou Sharingan.
    - Example; If Sasuke were to use an A-ranked AoE Chidori Control targeting Naruto, Sakura and Kakashi, he could use Vengeance to instead target Naruto with Chidori Control, and Sakura + Kakashi with Storm Grip. He would pay full costs for Chidori control, and 40%/30%/20% of Raijin's Vengeance and Dragon Flame Bomb.

    Susanoo - Non-Elemental Ninjutsu<i></i>
    Those gifted with the power of Susanoo are said to be fearsome foes, capable of taking on hordes of foes alone. The Susanoo is an entity composed of chakra, massive in size, manifested around the user like armor. Susanoo acts on their behalf to both smite their enemies while protecting them from harm, and the greater the Uchiha's strength, the more of Susanoo they may manifest; with those having the Eternal Mangekyou able to completely manifest full-bodied entities.

    Rank 1/2/3: The user is considered a 'Giant' entity. The user gains a 2080/2340/2600 HP barrier upon activation and the start of each round; this barrier is applied individually against each target in battle, and does not interfere with the user's own actions or block their line of sight. The user is unaffected by effects which may bypass/ignore/reverse Damage Reduction/Barriers, and incoming attacks which deal Illusionary damage are instead considered to deal standard damage. Finally,the user's Ninjutsu and Taijutsu attacks may target any amount of available targets.
    [EMS - Perfect Susanoo] - May only be performed by those with the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. Grants Susanoo an additional effect depending on what the Uchiha's other Mangekyou Branch is;
    • Eye of the Sun: Susanoo and Storm Grip are considered a Fire jutsu. Rising Flame may be used with any Attack while Susanoo is active, and the action used with it is considered a Fire action.
    • Eye of the Moon: While Susanoo is active, the user may apply their Storm Mangekyou 'additional target' effect to their Genjutsu once per round.
    • Eye of the Void: The user may choose to transport target's hit by Storm Grip to the Void Dimension, ending the effect of Storm Grip on said target. Additionally, the user may attempt to avoid attacks before Susanoo's barrier will block it (as opposed to standard barrier rules which have them block attacks before their user dodges) This means Susanoo's barrier will only apply toward attacks that would have hit them, not the ones which the user evades.

    • For example, Uchiha Madara is fighting Senju Hashirama and Tobirama. Just because Hashirama deals enough damage to break through Susanoo, does not mean Susanoo has been broken for Tobirama as well.

    Eye of the Void

    Holders of the "Void" Mangekyou gain the power of Kamui, granting the ability to create portals to and from an empty plane of reality known as the Hollow. The powers of this space/time technique are limited only by the strain it places on its wielders chakra, and the fact that the origin point of the portal must be something they touch.

    Mangekyou Sharingan - Activated Passive<i></i>
    The Mangekyou Sharingan is the advanced stage of the Sharingan, accessible to Uchiha after having undergone traumatic stress. Distinguishable by its unique appearance (which varies among its users), the Mangekyou allows the Uchiha to access powerful techniques...but carries the drawback in that they place significant stress on the user's eyes, to the point where it can even result in the Uchiha losing their sight until their Sharingan recovers. Like its appearance, the abilities granted by the Mangekyou can differ between one Uchiha and another.

    Rank 1/2/3: Dodging an attack (whether normally or auto-dodged) causes the user to become immune to all subsequent attacks occurring at that exact point of time during a round. Mangekyou Sharingan lasts up to 10/20/30 seconds.

    Special Action - Eye Trauma: While Eye Trauma is active, evading an attack grants the user +3 Dodge for 5 seconds. Eye Trauma may be activated at any point for 0 AP; this replaces the duration of Mangekyou Sharingan with 20 seconds. Using this action will disable Mangekyou Sharingan for the remainder of battle once its duration ends. Additionally, the user will undergo 'Recovery Time' equal to 1 OOC week per round Mangekyou Sharingan was active. Mangekyou Sharingan cannot be used during any modded situations that begin during this time. [Recovery time rules]

    Cost: 1 AP to activate/deactivate. Upon deactivation, 2.5% Max HP per round active.

    Notes:
    - Requires Sharingan to be active, and have been active for at least 10 seconds.
    - Once deactivated, requires a 10-second cooldown before Mangekyou Sharingan may be used again.
    - Uchiha techniques which reduce the duration of Mangekyou Sharingan are treated as if they were maintained for that round when it comes time to pay the maintain cost.
    - If the user has Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, using Special Action - Eye Trauma activates the effect for both Uchiha subbranches, however, the duration is still +20 seconds.

    Vortex Blink - Passive<i></i>
    Kamui is a space/time technique of the Mangekyou Sharingan. Capable of folding space upon itself, a Mangekyou user may learn to wield this in a way that allows them to transport themselves instantly to another location nearby (roughly 30 feet), appearing as if the air 'collapses' on itself around the user's eyes in a vortex-like manner.

    Rank 1/2/3: Body Switch does not require handseals, Clones, or Kawarimi Targets. The user may cast Body Switch as a free action once per 15/12/10 seconds.

    Note:
    - Requires Mangekyou Sharingan to be active.
    - If used as a free action, Body Switch does not impart a dodge penalty to the user.
    - The user still must pay Chakra, and this still counts as using an activated auto-dodge for the round.

    Void Displacement - Non Elemental Ninjutsu<i></i>
    The ability to puncture the fabric of space/time has a myraid of uses, even if stemming from the same jutsu, Kamui. When used in this manner, the Mangekyou user may create a whirlpool-like portal to relocate non-living material, pulling it into the Hollow dimension; an empty subspace...or even create a portal to recall it back to real space at a later time! This comes with a drawback; the user must make contact with what they are attempting to transport to begin the warping process (although do not have to remain in contact the entire time), though some Uchiha get around this by throwing an object and using it as a focus for the portal.

    All Ranks: When attacked by a Ninjutsu or Thrown/Projectile/Puppet Taijutsu within their line of site, the user may use their Melee or Ranged Accuracy + Accuracy modifiers rather than Evasion and Dodge modifiers. If successful, the attack is pulled into the Hollow. If unsuccessful, the user is fully-hit by the attack. Each Rank decreases the cost of this jutsu.

    Special Action - Expel: For 1 AP, this jutsu may be used to expel the last attack to be pulled into the Hollow by Void Displacement during battle, redirecting it toward a target of the user's choice (ignoring barriers and arena jutsu). The attack retains the same accuracy and modifiers it was originally performed with (it does not use the Uchiha's).

    Cost: 2 AP; CP equal to 130%/100%/70% of the offensive action's CP cost

    Notes:
    - Requires Mangekyou Sharingan to be active.
    - May be used reflexively.
    - If used multiple times during the same round, the duration of Mangekyou Sharingan is reduced by 10 seconds. This does not apply when using the Expel special action.
    - The Hollow is shared among all Uchiha and will only ever hold one "displaced" jutsu at a time (overwriting older ones). If one Uchiha uses this action to displace an attack, the other may use this jutsu to 'expel' that very same attack.
    - BMOD NOTE - Bmods are recommended to keep track of the numbers used with the last attack absorbed by this jutsu, as the special action will pull it back.

    Spacial Anomaly - Dependent Special Move<i></i>
    An Uchiha is not limited to using Kamui to transport the attacks of others; they may also transport their own attacks to "store" them within the Hollow Dimension, and later recall them as the situation demands. One can never let their guard down, for who knows what secrets lie beyond the spiraling portal of a Void Mangekyou holder?

    Rank 1: By paying +40% when making a Non-Illusionary attack, the user may "Displace" it within Kamui. Displaced attacks may be 'Expelled' later by the Void Displacement Jutsu.
    Rank 2: By paying +30% when making a Non-Illusionary attack, the user may "Displace" it within Kamui. Displaced attacks may be 'Expelled' later by the Void Displacement Jutsu.
    Rank 3: By paying +20% when making a Non-Illusionary attack, the user may "Displace" it within Kamui. Displaced attacks may be 'Expelled' later by the Void Displacement Jutsu.

    Notes:
    - May be used once per round.
    - The Hollow is shared among all Uchiha and will only ever hold one "displaced" jutsu at a time (overwriting older ones). If one Uchiha uses this action to displace an attack, the other may use this jutsu to 'expel' that very same attack.

    Kamui - Non Elemental Ninjutsu<i></i>
    The most directly offensive usage of the Kamui technique involves the Mangekyou user to create a space/time distortion directly upon a target which they make physical contact with and transporting them into the Hollow. It is difficult to pull an unwilling target into the Hollow successfully, though Uchiha with great skill in this Jutsu are able to precisely warp even a specific part of their target. In any case, warping living targets who do not possess the Void Mangekyou destabilizes space/time, making it possible for the victim to find a way back to real space with enough effort.

    Rank 1/2/3: Strikes the target at -2/-1/0 Melee/Ranged Accuracy. Upon hit, the target is transported to The Hollow or removed from it (if other Arena's are active, the user may choose which side they reappear on).
    [EMS - Boundless Kamui] - May only be performed by those with the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. This attack may be used as a Called Shot; a full hit will reduce the targeted limb limb (Arm, Leg, Foot or Hand) to the useless state deal 7.5% Max HP damage to the target. Unlike the normal action, this does not send the target to the Hollow.

    Special Action: May be used on self. When used this way, allows the user to bypass an Arena check to move to the opposing side an Arena (to include the Hollow). This action only costs 1/2 the usual Chakra.

    Cost: 2.5 AP; 2600 CP
    EMS Cost: 4 AP, 4500 CP

    Notes:
    - Requires Mangekyou Sharingan to be active.
    - After exiting the Void Dimension, an individual becomes immune to this jutsu for 10 seconds.
    - The Useless Called Shot status uses the same penalties as Broken status but cannot be healed for the remainder of the battle.

    - The Hollow uses the following rules;
    • The Hollow Dimension is considered a special 'Arena' that cannot be destroyed. No other 'Arena' effects may exist with the Hollow.
    • The Hollow may only be interacted with while at least while at least 1 target is within it; if no targets are within the Hollow, then for the purpose of battle it does not exist.
    • Targets within the Hollow Dimension may not interact with targets outside the Hollow, and vice-versa. They will not spend AP/CP attempting to hit a target that is impossible to hit and will instead attempt to enter/exit it via a lingering spatial distortion.
    • Attempts to enter/exit the Hollow by the above note cost 2 AP. The one making these checks makes a Ninjutsu check against the Hollow Dimension, which always has a DC of 35.
    • A player may not escape the Hollow Dimension through this method within 10 seconds of entering it (willingly or unwillingly). They may still make checks to escape; but even if they succeed, their escape is delayed until this time passes.
