Academy Life & Prior:
Doi was born into a loving two parent home. His father a merchant, and his mother a Kumogakure Jounin with roots in what was once known as Waterfall country. As an only child, he'd been raised as the center of attention until he was old enough to attend the Kumogakure shinobi academy. Doi was deemed to be independent by his parents thereafter, and had the freedom to do things on his own whenever he liked. They didn't want to hamper his growth as an individual or as a shinobi.
As he grew older, Doi developed a fascination with stories about the greatness that was Waterfall country. The homeland of his maternal grandparents that has now separated into the nations of Bear country and Marsh country respectively. He was inspired by the way his maternal grandparents fled Waterfall before the country's demise. Doi had never been outside of Kumo's walls, but the boy wished he could visit the area some day. He figured he could re-unify both nations if he grew strong enough and turn it into a wonderful country without war or bloodshed.
Genin Life
Doi aquired the rank of Genin at the age of fourteen upon passing the mandatory exam. What followed was a period of time where he'd attend a few optional classes and tutoring sessions, as well as train on his own. Eventually, Doi was called upon for his first important mission. This particular mission would be the first of the many encounters the teen would have with the criminal organization PYRAMID.
After a string of chance encounters and a series of missions, Doi was sent to a fishing town on the coast of Lighting Country to stop a shipment of a dangerous mutagen from Snow Country. It was during this mission that the teen met Shakoo; a god-like warrior spirit who lived inside of a strange necklace. He and Shakoo came to an agreement that involved the adventure-loving spirit providing Doi with a portion of his power in exchange for being allowed to live inside of the teen's mind.
A few weeks after having arrived from this mission, Doi participated in his Chuunin examination. If he were to pass, he would finally be eligible to acquire a passport. With one he'd be able to travel to other lands, and work towards his dream.

Level 3 - Jōtōhei (Senior Soldier): A leader amongst your peers, you are considered capable of leading teams of shinobi on the many odd jobs given to the Infantry. You are capable of completing mid-ranked missions on your own and may be teamed with your peers under a Heichō to complete dangerous A-rank missions. Your reputation is high enough that many other shinobi know you, if not by name, for your skills. In times of war, you will lead a quarter dozen Ittōhei and by extension, their teams. You answer directly to a Heichō and are expected to carry out their will without question.
General Description: Personality & Physical
Doi as an Academy Student (No longer relevant)
Doi is a cheerful child, standing at about 5 foot 1. Not tall, but also not too short for his young age. His hair is as white as snow and sits on top of his head in a wild spiky style. His green eyes, filled with life form an interesting contrast against his dark skin. His normal attire consists of a loose black T-shirt, black cargo shorts, and black ninja sandals. In addition to his clothing, Doi normally has both of his arms completely wrapped in bandages because he finds the look of it appealing. Considering himself to be very strong, his overconfidence tends to land him in less than ideal situations. This often leaves him having to swiftly using his wit to escape the brunt of consequences his actions may lead too. Often earning the ire of both children his age and adults alike. Nonetheless, Doi plans on becoming the best ninja he can be upon graduating from the ninja academy. He hopes he can become powerful enough to one day re-unite Bear and Marsh country.
Doi as a Genin

Doi's personality has only slightly changed to accommodate his increase in rank after graduating from the Kumogakure Ninja Academy. He's still the same fun loving and cheerful child he was as an Academy Student, if only a bit more mature and cool headed. Months of training as a Genin, and partaking in missions has strengthened Doi both physically and mentally. His proficiency with Lightning based jutsu has improved by leaps and bounds, and his ability to conceive in-depth plans during battles has improved as well. It wouldn't be long before he could be considered to be at Chūnin level.
As far as his looks go, Doi has changed a bit in that front as well. In the months after graduating from the Academy, Doi has grown 6 inches, now standing at 5 foot 7. His hair has grown from the short spiky hairstyle he'd been sporting as a student, to a now reaching the bottom of his nape. The intensified training he's undergone in recent times has increased his muscle mass a substantial amount. The boy now looks like he could hold his own in a Taijutsu battle despite lightning jutsu being his specialty.
New additions to Doi's wardrobe include black pants that are bandaged at the shin. A black shirt with sleeves that reach his elbow and regular black shinobi sandals. His Kumogakure headband is strapped to his right bicep above his shirt. His forearms and hands remain covered in bandages as they did when he attended the Academy. The newest addition to his weapon arsenal is a chokutō that hee keeps strapped to his lower back. It has proved most useful in situations where the enemy gets in close range and using his fists isn't an option.
His determination to one day restore Waterfall country has only intensified.

- Short and spiky, white hair with a few strands that reach past his shoulders; well kept, and groomed despite its appearance.
- A lean physique built for speed and agility that hides a deceptive amount of physical strength. Doi now stands at a height of 5 foot 10, having grown three inches since his time as a Genin fresh out of the Shinobi Academy.
- Emerald green eyes that contrast with his brown skin tone; providing a unique appearance not commonly found amongst most residents of the region.
- Usual attire since becoming a Chuunin consists of a form fitting hooded jacket hiding a black tank top, a pair of black shinobi pants, and a pair of black shinobi sandals. His shinobi headband still remains strapped around his right bicep. Doi’s only accessories consist of a small pair of gold hoop earrings and a shell bracelet; both gifts he’d received from his mother.

There are many forces beyond human in this world, and many of these forces do not have a corporeal form. Sometimes, these forces will choose to align themselves with a single human, or otherwise be sealed into them. This is not always voluntary on either part. It does, however, grant great power to the human host based on their spirit's abilities. This power comes at a cost, taxing the life force of the user with use. Jinchuuriki in the past have been known to win intense battles by giving their all, and then collapse immediately thereafter. One thing is for sure, however. The Jinchuuriki is a powerful ally for whoever befriends them--or a weapon for whoever controls them.
Effects
- When applying for this Kinjutsu, the user chooses any Base or Advanced element of Ninjutsu to be the affinity of their possessing spirit. This element may not be changed while the user retains the Kinjutsu.
- The user also chooses, upon application, their inner spirit's Alignment, whether it be Holy, Cursed, or Spiritual. All of their Jinchuuriki techniques are treated as this Alignment. The user is treated as their Alignment when using the Elemental Manifestation ability, and all of their chosen element attacks in that state are as well.
- When the user casts Ninjutsu of their chosen element, they do not require handseals. (This does not apply to Advanced Elements using the chosen element as a base, if the user chooses a base element.) They are also treated as having a Major Affinity to this element regardless of the number of jutsu they have in it. If an Advanced Element is chosen, this element will not count towards their 'Advanced Element' slots.
- All Jinchuuriki techniques do not require handseals, and are treated as their chosen element. However, they still cannot be used with Affinity Moves.
Aura Strike - Kinjutsu Ability</U><i></i>

The elemental energy that suffuses a Jinchuuriki lends itself strongly to their every movement, colouring how they attack. This energy can be channeled into attacks that other ninja would have to perform at close range with their own bodies. Using their physical techniques this way gives the Jinchuuriki an edge that can be deadly.
Information
Prerequisites: Jinchuuriki
Effect: All actions the user would take with Melee Accuracy instead use Ninjutsu Accuracy. Attacks changed this way are treated as the user's chosen element and recieve all buffs it would to damage, CP cost reduction, and accuracy. Transformed attacks also gain the benefits of the user's Alignment when Elemental Manifestation is active.
Note:
- Checks that normally would use Melee Accuracy are also changed into Ninjutsu Checks instead.
- If the attack being used is a Ninjutsu (one of those which uses Melee Accuracy) of a different element than the user's chosen element, it still gains the buffs but does not gain the benefit of being cast without handseals.
- Melee Taijutsu still gain the benefit of their weapon's augments, accuracy modifier, and damage modifier, as well as fringe benefits to their specific weapon type (such as Weapon Mastery). However, any buffs to Melee in general are ignored in favour of the new ones.
- Attacks transformed by this ability still count as melee contact.

The way to determine if you are fighting a Jinchuuriki is their capability to unleash their inner spirit's power, making clear their elemental energy and sheer strength in it. The further they sink into their spirit's power, the more adept they become at handling their element. However, there is a cost--maintaining that level of balance and control between their own power and their possessing spirit's takes a direct toll on their bodies.
Information
Prerequisites: Jinchuuriki
Effect: The user gains three Stages of Elemental Manifestation that they can access. Each Stage is more powerful than the last but lasts for a shorter period of time during battle. The effects of each Stage are cumulative.
Stage 1 - Elemental Cloak: User generates an "elemental cloak" of chakra that surrounds their body. The elemental cloak acts like a barrier that protects the user from the first (50 x Character Level) Non-Illusionary damage dealt to them. The user's elemental cloak returns to it's maximum HP at the end of each round even if it was destroyed.
Stage 2 - Partial Transformation: User's physical form partially transforms into that of their sealed spirit. This grants a bonus of +2 Accuracy and Dodge and increases the damage of their chosen element by 10%.
Stage 3 - Full Transformation: When the user casts Ninjutsu of their chosen element the CP cost is reduced to 0.
Stage 1 lasts for three rounds, Stage 2 for two rounds and Stage 3 for one round and the user must wait two rounds in between activations.
Costs: 1 AP and 2% Maximum HP per stage activated
Note:
- Effects from other Jinchuuriki jutsu which trigger a Stage of Elemental Manifestation do not count as an activation of Elemental Manifestation. If the user activates Elemental Manifestation and another effect would trigger a Stage of Elemental Manifestation then the duration of that effect is simply added to the remaining duration of the user's activation.
- Elemental Manifestation is not a maintained effect. It is triggered and lasts for the listed duration.
- Elemental Manifestation - Stage 1 does not prevent the user from attacking or moving. It simply protects the user from damage.
- While in any stage of Elemental Manifestation, the user is considered to be of their chosen Alignment, and all attacks of their chosen element are also treated as such. This overrides other Alignment effects the user has.
- All costs for Elemental Manifestation are cumulative per stage; activating Stage 3 would take 3 AP and 6% Max HP.
- Elemental Manifestation cannot be activated in any way if the user has a Cursed Seal active. Likewise, the user cannot activate a Cursed Seal while Elemental Manifestation is active.

Through repeated use and training with the lower level techniques, the attuned ninja learns the best ways to manipulate their chakra in order to produce the desired effects. They are able to cast weaker jutsu for a much smaller cost than an average ninja would.

Jutsu Expert - Modification (2 points)Chakra Attuned users like to say their chakra is pure, rather than twisted toward one particular element. Some of them take this to extremes, making their chakra tuned toward no elements at all.
Effect: All Elemental Damage caused by the user is treated as Non-Elemental Damage. Gives Ninjutsu +10% Damage that bypasses half of the target's damage reduction.
Note: This does not allow converted Ninjutsu to use Affinity Moves or other techniques that they can only use for Non-Elemental Ninjutsu.
