So far so well. Kitsune and Rei had made it across the border to Lightning Country, and were now headed for the village of Kumogakure. The journey had been... Well, not long and arduous, but long at least. But now they'd soon be back in Kumogakure, with a... Ton of work... Waiting for them...
Kitsune sighed at the thought of all the work awaiting, but then shook her head, clearing her mind of those thoughts, and focusing on the moment. She had an amazing view from the airship bridge, and she was going to enjoy it, dangit. "Almost there, Rei." she said, smiling at her friend. "It'll be interesting to see what's been going on in our absence."

While the air travel was a luxury that had cost them far more time than it would have taken for them to simply run back home, it had given the Sennin an ample amount of time to get some things prepped for their inevitable arrival. Most of the pages she had sorted on their departure were blank, but through photographic memory did the Ryuu write down page after page of official forms before going back and filling the blanks she had drawn out with her signature. Could she have simply turned the entire stack of papers into the official documents for their arrival into Kumogakure? Sure could, but the woman was antsy. She took to the busy work to get her mind of something…
