Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Sanryoukyougan (Prism Eyes) - Activated Passive<i></i>
Crystal eyes are inherited by the Onmyouji, granting them abilities against Spirits and Evil that far surpasses a normal human being. Along with granting them protection from illusions, the Sanryoukyougan also makes attacks and defense against Spiritual and Evil types easier, as well as show their weak point.

Rank 1: +1 Gen Save/Gen DC. Bypasses up to 5% Damage reduction from Spiritual or Evil targets.
Rank 2: +1 Gen Save/Gen DC, +1 Critical to Melee Taijutsu Attacks. Bypasses up to 10% Damage reduction from Spiritual or Evil targets.
Rank 3: +2 Gen Save/Gen DC, +1 Critical to Melee Taijutsu Attacks. Bypasses up to 15% Damage reduction from Spiritual or Evil targets.

The Tsuchimikado are a people with a unique affinity to an uncommon and rare element; Metal. Their affinity allows them condense the minerals within the ground into a hardened, metallic form with increased strength and power, and is often cast through the use of special Onmyoudo Tags created from their chakra that can be used in place of handseals.

Rank 1: May convert Earth and Non-Elemental Jutsu into Metal by paying an additional 20% Chakra Cost.
Rank 2: May convert Earth and Non-Elemental Jutsu into Metal by paying an additional 10% Chakra Cost.
Rank 3: May convert Earth and Non-Elemental Jutsu into Metal at no extra cost.

- Metal Jutsu gain +5% Damage per rank.

Kaneton Tag: Alloyed Fangs - Metal Ninjutsu<i></i>
Utilizing the the Onmyoudo Tags that they create, a series of metal fangs appear from the ground. The fangs' serrated edges tear instead of cleave the target. The Alloyed Fangs remain on the field. It is rumored that the Alloyed Fangs may be utilized while someone is entrapped in a metallic prison.

Rank 1: 5 metal spikes deal 120 damage each.
Rank 2: 5 metal spikes deal 280 damage each.
Rank 3: 5 metal spikes deal 440 damage each.

Rank 1: 1.5 AP; 200 CP
Rank 2: 2 AP; 470 CP
Rank 3: 2 AP; 740 CP

Notes:
- If used in conjunction with Iron Coffin, This bypasses the Coffin's Hp, but destroys the Coffin in the process.

Tsuihouton Tag: Exorcism - Metal Ninjutsu<i></i>
Throughout history, the Tsuchimikado Clan were utilized to ward away evil beings and vengeful spirits. During their occupation and travels, the Clan learned how to banish evil beings and spiritual apparitions through the use of exorcism and special sealing tags.

Rank 1: Sealing tag deals 1040 initial damage, and 600 damage per round. 10% chance to revert to original form per round.
Rank 2: Sealing tag deals 1300 initial damage, and 740 damage per round. 15% chance to revert to original form per round.
Rank 3: Sealing tag deals 1560 initial damage, and 900 damage per round. 20% chance to revert to original form per round.

Special Action: Exorcism can be used reactionary to counter a Spiritual or Evil Jutsu, Negating damage. This requires a Ninjutsu check between the attacker and the user with a -3 penalty to the user. This lowers by .5 per rank of this jutsu after the first.

Costs:
Rank 1: 2 AP; 420 CP, 200 CP/rnd to maintain
Rank 2: 2 AP; 520 CP, 250 CP/rnd to maintain
Rank 3: 2 AP; 630 CP, 300 CP/rnd to maintain

Notes:
- Does not Stack
- Lasts up to three rounds, requiring a Gen Check each round.
- If the target is Spiritual/Evil in anyway, the user deals +10% Damage and has +1 to all checks of this technique, not including negating jutsu.
- Original Form cancels all activated buff's effecting the target.

Kaneton Tag: Iron Coffin - Metal Binding Ninjutsu</I><i></i>
During their travels, the Tsuchimikado had to find a way to ensnare spirits and evil beings, thus the creation of the Iron Coffin. A large metal box surrounds the target after the tag(s) have made contact with the target, bringing airborn targets back down to earth. After the target has been contained, that is when the Onmyouji takes the advantage of sealing the spirit.

Rank 1: Binds one target in a metal prison at -4 Acc. Once bound, the target may use their next 2 AP in action. All other AP afterwards is nulled until next round. Coffin has 2700 HP, regenerating 675 Hp per round.
Rank 2: Binds one target in a metal prison at -3 Acc. Once bound, the target may use their next 1 AP in action. All other AP afterwards is nulled until next round. Coffin has 3300 HP, regenerating 825 Hp per round.
Rank 3: Binds one target in a metal prison at -2 Acc. Once bound, the target may not make further action until next round. Coffin has 4500 Hp, regenerating 1125 Hp per round.

Costs:
Rank 1: 2 AP; 900 CP to initiate, 300 CP/rnd to maintain
Rank 2: 2 AP; 1100 CP to initiate, 550 CP/rnd to maintain
Rank 3: 2.5 AP; 1500 CP to initiate, 700 CP/rnd to maintain

Notes:
- The target bound may make actions freely after the initial round of binding.
- The only way out of the binding is to destroy the binding from either the inside or the outside.
- While bound, Lightning jutsus casted upon coffin deal +5% damage, this does not apply to damage done to the Coffin.
- While bound, Fire jutsus casted upon coffin deal +10% damage both to the victim and the coffin.
- While bound, Exorcism deals +10% damage with +10% chance to revert. This bonus does not apply to damage done to the coffin.

Titanium Body - Metal Ninjutsu<i></i>
Able to manipulate the metals within their body, the Onmyouji are able to blend the metals together to cause their body to harden into titanium alloy. Every part of the Onmyouji's body becomes a shiny chrome color and their skin becomes harder than steel. With strength and resistance comes sluggish and inaccurate movement. This form is only used in dire circumstances.

Rank 1: -5% physical damage taken, +5% melee damage dealt, ignores up to 9 feet of knock back per attack.
Rank 2: -10% physical damage taken, +10% melee damage dealt, Ignores up to 12 feet of knockback per action.
Rank 3: -15% physical damage taken, +15% melee damage dealt, ignores up to 15 feet of knockback per action.

Costs:
Rank 1: 2 AP; 600 CP to initiate, 250 CP/rnd to maintain
Rank 2: 2.5 AP; 900 CP to initiate, 400 CP/rnd to maintain
Rank 3: 2.5 AP; 1200 CP to initiate, 550 CP/rnd to maintain

Notes::
- While active, the user suffers a -2 penalty to both Accuracy and Dodge.
- Water jutsu used against the user inflict -1 Dodge for the remainder of the round. Does not stack.
- +15% Lightning/Fire Damage taken.
- After taking damage from Lightning or Fire, deals extra +10% damage of that element for next Unarmed physical action.
- -20% Damage taken from Gravity jutsu. Gravity-based effects are halved.
- This counts as a Chakra Armor.

Tenmeiton Tag: Yin-Yang Barrier - Barrier Ninjutsu<i></i>
Many times, the Onmyouji encounters spirits that overwhelm them, thus the necessity for a defense against them came to be. The barrier appears to be a circular pentagram upon the ground, bearing a strange white glow. Due to necessity, three barriers were created in order to help the Onmyouji. By utilizing tags, the Onmyouji creates a barrier around them and their allies to protect them against the three types of attacks. Each barrier blocks a certain type from getting inside the barrier and getting out.

Rank 1: 5x5 area. Barrier has 3500 HP (Regenerates 25% Max HP per round) which blocks against Taijutsu, blocking movement in and out of the barrier, to include underground travel.
Rank 2: 7x7 area. Barrier may block 8 levels worth of Genjutsu (Regenerating 2 levels per round) before dissipating. Genjutsu being used from inside the barrier are also blocked/damages barrier.
Rank 3: 10x10 area. Barrier has 6000 HP (Regenerates 25% Max HP per round) which blocks Ninjutsu. Ninjutsu being used from inside the barrier are also blocked/damages barrier.

Rank 1: 2.5 AP; 1400 CP to initiate, 670 CP/rnd to maintain
Rank 2: 2.5 AP; 2200 CP to initiate, 1040 CP/rnd to maintain

Tenmeiton: Judgment Gate - Special Ninjutsu<i></i>
Opening an enormous gate bearing double doors that slowly open up, the Judgment gate appears in three forms. The Molten Rock Gate appears to be quickly rushing lava that envelopes the target only to dry and bind the target. The second is the Final Arc Gate, where an enormous ship is drawn to the target upon a deluge of water, crashing into the target. The final gate is the Pandora's Gate. Pandora's gate is a complete enigma as nobody knows what to expect when the doors of Pandora's Gate are opened.

Rank 1 - <I>Molten Rock Gate: Summons a wave of lava that deals 3200 Lava Damage. Next round, Molten Rock hardens, becoming a binding causing -2 acc/dodge for 2 rounds
Rank 2 - Final Arc Gate: Summons a ship upon a wave of water, the ship crashes into the victim dealing 3230 Wood damage, while the wave further deals 1610 Water Damage. Should both hit, victim takes -3% HP per round for 3 rounds.
Rank 3 - Pandora's Gate:: Random effect.

Kaneton Tag: Iron Coffin - Metal Binding Ninjutsu</I><i></i>
During their travels, the Tsuchimikado had to find a way to ensnare spirits and evil beings, thus the creation of the Iron Coffin. A large metal box surrounds the target after the tag(s) have made contact with the target, bringing airborn targets back down to earth. After the target has been contained, that is when the Onmyouji takes the advantage of sealing the spirit.

Rank 1: Binds one target in a metal prison at -4 Acc. Once bound, the target may use their next 2 AP in action. All other AP afterwards is nulled until next round. Coffin has 2700 HP, regenerating 675 Hp per round.

This form is only used in dire circumstances.

Tenmeiton Tag: Yin-Yang Barrier - Barrier Ninjutsu<i></i>
Many times, the Onmyouji encounters spirits that overwhelm them, thus the necessity for a defense against them came to be. The barrier appears to be a circular pentagram upon the ground, bearing a strange white glow. Due to necessity, three barriers were created in order to help the Onmyouji. By utilizing tags, the Onmyouji creates a barrier around them and their allies to protect them against the three types of attacks. Each barrier blocks a certain type from getting inside the barrier and getting out.

Rank 1: 5x5 area. Barrier has 3500 HP (Regenerates 25% Max HP per round) which blocks against Taijutsu, blocking movement in and out of the barrier, to include underground travel.
Rank 2: 7x7 area. Barrier may block 8 levels worth of Genjutsu (Regenerating 2 levels per round) before dissipating. Genjutsu being used from inside the barrier are also blocked/damages barrier.
Rank 3: 10x10 area. Barrier has 6000 HP (Regenerates 25% Max HP per round) which blocks Ninjutsu. Ninjutsu being used from inside the barrier are also blocked/damages barrier.

Tenmeiton: Judgment Gate - Special Ninjutsu<i></i>
Opening an enormous gate bearing double doors that slowly open up, the Judgment gate appears in three forms. The Molten Rock Gate appears to be quickly rushing lava that envelopes the target only to dry and bind the target. The second is the Final Arc Gate, where an enormous ship is drawn to the target upon a deluge of water, crashing into the target. The final gate is the Pandora's Gate. Pandora's gate is a complete enigma as nobody knows what to expect when the doors of Pandora's Gate are opened.

Rank 1 - <I>Molten Rock Gate: Summons a wave of lava that deals 3200 Lava Damage. Next round, Molten Rock hardens, becoming a binding causing -2 acc/dodge for 2 rounds

Sai,took her dads weapon the dual Bladed fist cuffs and started to slash and cut wood dummies outside her dojo. Stopping she tightened the belts on them they felt decent in a way that other weapons haden't felt it was elegant smooth and very fluid. The weight of these weapons didn't hinder her movements nor did they show signs of wearing down. This was a nice feeling no wonder her dad used these to fight. She took stance and started to strike the dummy and forming a few seals she burst upon the dummy with a massive 7 hit combo which began with her twirling sideways and moving like a torpedo in the air striking the dummies as she passed. She called out the Neck aiming just for that and as she went by it gashed the neck not once but 3 times. Sai came out of the torpedo and both blades flipped back into the sheath into its holder. Clicking her tongue she thought about how these weapons would hold up in battle, she needed a more realistic situation to test them out on. Forming a few seals Sai found sent her chakra to the ground making a giant monstrous dragon and had it start shooting spikes at her as she whipped and whirled around jumping from one to the next flipping and sliding under each spike as it flew at her. She dashed over to the target dummy crossing her own obstacles as she went. She cartwheeled passed one as the next came she slid on her knees and bent backwards as she did it so the spike whizzed past her as she looked up at it. Her timing was on par today this might just be a great dash to the dummy. Getting up in mid stride did a one handed vault off the last spike flipping over it as she fell to the other side she planted her foot and twirled like a torpedo with the blades whipping out like amazingly at speed with her body as it moved making them look like she really had them growing out of her body. She went for the neck as she aimed at it in mid whirl she eyed it and struck home at the target. She stopped on the other side and flipped the blades back into the wrist cuff. Not a bad set of weapons she thought.

His started to flip over tables and chairs even started throwing some expensive plateware and forks and knives, Sai raised a eyebrow at this man seeing how he was starting to move on to more deadlier things to throw. He in his uproar was yelling at a very small and quint blunder bussed nosed gentlemen who had his back against the wall. He was looking kind of shifty and his eyes were wild. He was scared and he was caught. Apparently he had a few high cards up his sleeve as he dealed the hand making it so he had some decent choices. Sai couldn’t really argue with that since she spent a good number of days after her teacher/ foster dad passed away stealing and cheating her way to the a decent paycheck. She walked over to the bigger gentlemen and tapped him on the shoulder he turned around to Sai and swung a backfist at her face. She ducked it and stood up in a way that shifted her position she was right in front of his face, she put her hand on his chest and backed away. So there was a step between him and her smirking she snapped her fingers and boom coffin time. He was in the black box seeing how she couldn’t hold him long it was only meant to give the man a time out. She sat there thinking well I wonder if I do this, she clasped her hands together running a few seals rapidly she molded some chakra and Touched the metal box polarizing it with Maganatize(master rank) smirking she then sent chakra to her feet and ran out and across the street to a roof top and held out hand thinking pull dammit pull and after a few akward looking moments the with her hand extended out the Coffin flew at her at a alarming speed Using Magnetize control (Master rank). She let it slam through the wall and jostile the target around a bit. This would undoubtedly cause the man to be jostled inside and bang him around on a twisted rollercoaster ride. This was to her a seemingly a new technique she just thought of coffin ride. The barrier needed to be reinforced and it worked out She used a few odd jutsus to get the desired effect.to pull this off in battle thoe she needed to focus more then ever so the more practice there is the better right

Sai walked outside again this time to practice her striking, This was intended to work her ability to strengthen them. She formed a few seals and placed earth around her wrists and ankles she made the mass of the earth very heavy. Walking over a urn she had filled with iron she started to slam her fists down upon it harder each hit. This was just the warm up seeing how she just recently figured out how to use her new skills of magnetize, she made a wall made of earth turned metal . she put her fists on the metal wall and magnetized it and also magnetized the wrist bands and tried to pull back against the two metals. The force and resistance of the two literally made her work every muscle in her body just to pull it back and once she did she would let it slam back against the metal denting it. She did that until the sun was going down. Rough work out phew, she thought. While walking back into the house she had a rather awkward situation happen she slipped of all things and when she did some rather old antiques her mentor had kept over the years started to sway and they were about to fall she very quickly sprang into action even though her muscles were sore. Grabbing not one vase but the second she reached out and grab it as it was falling with the other hand. The last one well that was rather hard to get she initially saw it fall but she had grabbed two pots already the third one was already falling she dove for it while tucking the other two vases in her other arm. Her free hand reached out and well she caught it but in the diving for it she had crushed one of the vases under her arm. She sighed well guess I can always steal another one from a nobel , no worries right ?

Seeing how the new jutsu had a interesting effect the pull from the polarization was rather fast it was sure to break a few bones sai released the jutsu the rolly polly of a man fell out. He was purple around the gills and very sore, holding his arm and on the wind you could hear small sobs. “Im sorry okay just don’t hurt me anymore miss.” Sai smirked looking down at him so can you tell me why you were messing up my bar hmmmm, your actions were really uncalled for.”
“I was only upset because of the fact that guy cheated and I lost a lot of money” Saieko quickly headed him off at the pass before he could finish his sentence, “Well now doesn’t that just suck you know you should wear your helmet next time since life is just that dangerous.” Maybe next time you shouldn’t be dummer then the cards you play huh now run along and don’t cause anymore trouble. Saieko only wanted to try creating a combination of two jutsus and she got to pulverize a trouble maker. Killing two birds with one stone she thought to herself. Now that this guy is running scared it was time to go back home.

Saieko woke up in her house and put on her usual workout attire and got dressed for her day to train things were so lonely here in the house / Dojo, Her guardian had passed away a while back, She took to a mercenary life style to make up for the fact there was no income coming in. She lived just above the slums in Sand village her house was imbedded into a Cliffside overlooking the slums below. She opened the screen door and took in the cave air since they lived below the desert. As she took a moment to enjoy the fake sunshine, The air down in the cave was moderate she smelled the foul smell of Sand worm roasting below as the street vendors sold it by the pound roasted or cooked or even raw. Saieko huffed and sipped a bit of her coffee as she made her way back into the dojo that had been sectioned off for her in the house, Her fondest memories where in here learning to fight from her late guardian. She Kneeled in the middle of the mats facing her mentors weapon and Gi. Saieko stared at it blankly remembering her teachers last few teachings. His words still haunted her to this day.

Flashback to when Saieko was 6:
Saieko ran into the living room, looking around she found a dusty box and a few garments inside. Ultimately the garments where what drew her to the box in the first place she loved to see her parents cloths they had worn especially her mothers , when she opened the box she found many upon many scrolls in there. They were written down by her late mother, the stuff read about rituals and old religion and there were pictures of these rituals being enacted. Sai took one picture out and studied it looking further through the box a Solid white gown was in there it was very beautiful and simple. Although It was weird the sand here was like confetti on crack (it literally got everywhere and into everything)but this white dress was beamingly clean for being in a dusty box it was almost as if the dress was expelling the sand away from it. She loved the feel and the look of it, and It looked like it was expensive. She put it on and stood just like the women in the picture did holding a stick with paper tassels hanging off it. She twirled around pointing the stick to the sky. Her Guardian walked in seeing how Sai was giggling and making weird whooshing noises. When he came into the threshold of the living room his breath came in a gasp and he rushed into the living room scolding poor little Saieko. “PUT THAT AWAY RIGHT NOW!!!!” Sai’s eyes got huge like dinner plates, one because someone was watching her and two because in her whole life her teacher was like her only family in this world since her parents passed. He was her father and teacher. He never in his life raised his voice at her like that, and never raised his hand to her even once. Sai started to cry, he quickly realized what he had done and bent down to her level and put his arms around the young girl. He explained that that dress was off limits seeing how it was her mothers and that religion wasn’t practiced anymore nor was it allowed. Her mother was what they called a exorcist in the Shinto religion and that particular ritual was not something a little girl should be doing or mimicking for that matter.

Saieko snapped out of her day dream and huffed and grabbed her cup of coffee bringing it to her lips. I wonder if my mother’s stuff is still around here. Standing and going over to the closet Sai opened the closet door and rumbled through the stuff in there. Big puffs of dust and brown clouds of sand sprang up in the place of where all the old boxes where. Sai let out a cough followed by her hand waving infront of her face. Gah I hate the sand here it literally is in everything. Saieko closed the door it wasn’t in there at all. The next place she thought to look , was in the shed outside. Opening the annex area of the house carved literally into the Cliffside she had to light a small candle to even begin to pierce the dark in this back part of her house. She never really took the time to find out about her teacher and mother and father. She always assumed they knew best and they taught her how to fight and how to survive in there own ways. Digging and digging the boxes were endless in here. Her hand reached for a small spade to move it out of the way to behind her when she heard a click and a sheer rock face slid open. The dark was deep and it was cold. The breeze didn’t help any either, seeing how it was enough to chill a person to the bone shinobi or not. Shivering Sai ran back into the house the candle blew out as the door opened. She needed to find thicker cloths and a stronger light. She formed some chakra and sent it to her finger giving it a little more juice. Saieko kept this little finger light going as she walked into the dark cavern. God her whole life she had spent here and her mother was becoming more of a stranger then her parent. The door that opened into the secret room it went into a tunnel, Descending down She went as she did the air got wetter and colder to the point where she could see her breath. It came out in short puffs looking like a small mushroom cloud in front of her face. Shivering as she went all sai could see was darkness save for the little semi-circle that was glowing around her feet from the light she had on her finger. The Tunnel eventually opened up into a massive expanse.

The rope bridges lead the way into the heart of the room, Saiekos little spark on her finger illuminated the water underneath in a blue hue. There was a few torches littered along the rope bridges. Sai lit them as she moved to the center. There in the center of the room was a giant Alter with a rope connecting three rocks hanging down from the ceiling. There on the alter was the box she saw so long ago. The room was lit now seeing how it wasn’t dark anymore Sai let her finger light go out. The box was at the focal point of her attention. She knew very little about her mother, but apparently whatever was in this box in front of her would reveal a few things about her. Sai opened the box , in the box there was as before the dress and the rolled up parchments. Sai unrolled a few of the scrolls and started to read them. They were her mother’s notes on the rituals. One even let the caster travel back and forth from the world of living and the deceased. Reading the scroll she instinctively started setting it up as she read it word for word it went around the alter candles and paper tassels hanging off the ropes a few seals here and there. Sai slapped three seals in a triangle and stood in the center of the three seals as the paper said.

Kneeling she took a deep breath and cleared her mind of all worldly things. Her mind was clearing as the droplets from the stalactites dripped into the pool. Mentally she counted each drop as it hit the pool. 1……2……..3…………..4….. by the fifth one Saieko was in a trance like state. Opening her eyes the world around her became milky and hazy as if someone was holding a Silk screen in front of Saieko’s eyes. The fog was thick as she looked around she was still in the shrine but it was different somehow it felt very oppressive. The fog made her head hurt and made things very hazy, Saieko saw the Alter with the three stones each one was connected with a large white rope. There were shadowy figures just moving on the outskirts of her vision all around. One would flash by in her peripherals she would snap her vision to it and nothing would be there and once again another would run by she would look but yet again nothing was there. All the while you could hear chanting going on in the background. A deep guttural chant could be heard on the wind blowing deep into the cave, She followed her ears it was like a daze. The air wasn’t damp as she trudged on like a zombie to the rhythm of the song; she even started to hum it as she went.

She couldn’t stop her feet they just started to follow her as she trudged down further into the cave. It was like a sleep walk that had control of her. Once arriving there the chant got louder. Sai trudged into a opening further down into the cavern. In the cavern there was huge bonfire as it grew in size so did the chants. The guttural tone was hypnotic, She trudged towards the center where the bonfire was men and women alike were chanting the tune. Sai couldn’t snap out of the haze she was screaming in her head to get out of this she didn’t want to be here. Whatever or whenever she was this place scared her. In the middle of the chanting it just stopped. Sai’s came to a stop she was right smack dab in the middle of a ritual, did she go back in time no…. this was live but she could tell she wasn’t in Sand currently. In fact she really wasn’t in sand she was in a dimension that mirrored our own but it was for those that had been or currently were diseased, Saieko didn’t know this but her teacher knew this would happen eventually.

He knew this was going to happen she had a habit of doing things that pushed the limits of anybody or anyone just because she could. This had been her little game since she was little. The little missy had quite a few perks around her since she was young. This was the reason why he remained behind to make sure she didn’t get herself in way over her head. He was her guardian in life and in death you could say he couldn’t let go until she understood the lessons he taught her.
Sai couldn’t see him he knew that he was blended in with the others wearing the white robes of his order the same order that Sai’s mother was a part of . He made his way to the center of the pit where Sai resided, She had grown he smirked under the cloak’s hood. Her eyes were like her mothers. White and pure. They had matured and turned to crystals just like her mothers had. In their order this was a rare trait passed on from mother to daughter. Saiekos mother was one of the high priestesses of this order. Now Sai was the last one standing of the Sect. She was the sole air apparent to the legacy of the Exorcists of the sands. Her mother was one and she too will become one after the right of passage was marked and finished here today. Renji drew back his hood and before Sai could focus on his face he put a Tag on her.

Sai looked down apparently this hooded freak just slapped her with a tag of sorts what was that she couldn’t remember…..it had a meaning what was it. Then it hit her but it was already too late as the Tag took effect she wailed as the black walls rose up and slammed shut around her.

Once in the Coffin she tried not to panic this was after all her own jutsu she had cast it 1000 times. She knew the coffin itself had few break points but this was weird how did that guy know how to use that. Just where was she ? Would she be killed just like the rest of her family had been or was this a punishment and nothing more. The coffin was cold and cramped she could barely move inside the box. As she was wedging a kunai into the hinge point of the coffin trying to pry it open she heard a slight hiss and a shrill breath on the back of her neck. Sai’s eyes got as big as dinner plates again each breath was on the back of her neck like something was in the coffin with her. She felt shifting behind her, A voice spoke up and came with a rasp and a wheeze. “Ooo a little one , this one likes them young.” Hello little one what do I owe the honor of this visit or is it maybe your my meal after 500 years one does get a little dainty, you don’t mind if I just take a small little piece as we chat…. “ a long claw like fingernail scrapped across Sais arm She let out a yelp of pain clenching her teeth. Her eyes hadent adjusted to the dark yet. Whatever this thing was it had a women’s voice and yet smelled like 100 year oldrotten sand worm her breath was rank too. Sai was trying hard not to throw up. She pressed the kunai harder as the creature or thing she was pressed up against in the coffin chuckled with laughter…. Its no use little one looks like were going to be roomies …. A shrill shriek of laughter followed. Sai closed her eyes and felt a wet substance on the back of her neck as the creature or thing unrolled its long tounge and rubbed it against her face. That was it she had enough of this bullshit. She formed a few seals shifting her position wedging herself against the back of her side door, with both feet she kick at the things legs trying to break them with the same movement she brought both up and slammed them into the things chest then back to her legs pressing her weight against the door of the coffin. The creature howled with delight even thoe it was in pain. Apparently one doesn’t live 500 years , in a box because they want to this thing was sealed away, but what was it she couldn’t tell. All she knew was this thing was taking the form of a woman. Saieko continued her onslaught the demon wanted out and was getting a bit too excited. It shrieked with delight as the coffin was giving way to the open air. Sai gave it another hard shove and bam the door opened.

They both tumbled out into the light but this time there where no chanting people just a bonfire and her and what in gawds name is that !!!!!!! Sai’s eyes saw what she was pinned into the coffin with. She couldn’t even describe it other then Demon the word came up in her mouth like a bad taste, it made her stomache turn over and her fingers curl at the site of the thing. It was indeed a women but not really it had black scales and long iguana looking tail. The lower part of her body was nothing but black scales

and her skin had a purplish tinge to it. Sai had never before seen anything like it. It had tasted her blood and it also had tasted her sweat. Her memory of that still brings her hair to a standstill this thing was disgusting. She tried not to vomit from the nausea that was starting to fill up in her. Tell me one good reason why I shouldn’t kill you right here. “Heh because tell me human how are you going to get home hmmm?” Sai clicked her tounge and tried her best to sound not concerned about it. “Ill managed I mean afterall this is my home here whoever you guys are, I have a deed and you’re on my land.” The demon gave a shrill laughter followed by a long wheeze. Saieko was fully disgusted , but she could not bring herself to even look it in the eye. Her focus was on a small pebble on the floor. This demon was in deed powerful one that could literally probably smash Torano himself she – he it was a lot older then the demons in Suna . She had to think of a way out of this situation she had to leave but how. The demon gave a laughing hiss again. “Yes I am older than most demons you know and I don’t know deary how would you go about getting out here.” Sai’s eyes went wide she hadent spoken that out loud but yet …… this demon did in fact read her mind. Okay that was the last straw the demon couldn’t really walk since she bashed its legs in but how it was not howling in pain was beyond her.


Saieko looked around the demon had prostrated itself on the only rope bridge that lead her to the exit. With her being maimed like it was from saieko bashing on it to get out of a coffin. Then only to realize that the demon rolled out in just a way so it cut off her only exit. She was going to have to go through it if she wanted to get home. “MMMhhmm really now your going to try to go through me…..come now child lets think about this, you know that im more powerful then you and probably most of the demons you know. Wouldn’t that be suicide I may be lame and old but im not stupid. “Besides I don’t think weve had a chance to get to know one another , im Vara” , she extended her hand…..Sai looked at the demon and sized her up “Im Saieko.” “ There wasn’t that so hard…..seeing how you are reminds me of another priestess that took this right…..she had white hair like you do and those white eyes oh my….and the Hawty –totey attitude you have your exactly the spiting image of her…….seems you’re the last interesting. Sai looked up at the demon you knew my mother…..?

Vara smiled a toothy grin why yes I did, in fact I was the very first demon your mother sealed away here in the village….. Saieko, made eye contact with the demon she nodded her head in agreement. Yes your mother was quite the exorcist, she had all the gifts including that very stare your giving me right now she also gave me as well. Do you even know what blood runs through your veins little one ? Saieko shook her head no. Your blood is a long line of exorcists, diviners, and even some times blacksmiths. They are humble by trade but in a fight she let out a low whistle. Let me tell you , most of them were in fact killed off just for that reason. The clan separated all of them spread out over the lands each taking their own road to salvation as they saw it. Some went to the underground here in sand others went to other well-known villages to seek fortune and fame. You my darling may be the last of them here in sand definitely, in the other villages there might be a few. Saieko sat back and stared at Vara. So don’t just sit there make your move get past me however you can little one. So Saieko did just that, she ran at the demon forming some seals and with a mere touch she slapped a tag on her. Vara started to cackle this was just great the mother trapped her in there once and now her daughter Sai was trapping her in the coffin as well. The six walled box came out and wrapped around the demon as she was putting the seal on it a spike came off the demon, Sai had it in her hand. Seeing how the demon was entombed again for the second time, her mother had done it once before and it was bound for years before it was drug up yet again why so Saieko could live what her mother had lived? Saieko thought to herself she wasn’t going to let her children go through with this…..not uh, She put her hand on the Coffin and channeled enough chakra to polarize the coffin. She then started to slam it around the room throwing it at walls and pulling it back. The Demon inside started to scream from all the slamming and pulling back and forth with it. Sai then Asked in her head so im only going to ask this “once and once only…..How do I get out of this area ?” “If you don’t tell me I will continue this and make it even worse.” The demon yelled fine stop ill tell you just get back to the orginal room with the bonfire and once there sever one of the ropes on the three rocks. That should in essence bring you back to your realm. Sai smiled and thanked the demon by slamming it once and for all against the rocks imbedding the coffin inside the sheer rock face. Looking around the area she was in, she found a small book opening it she began to read it, the book was in her mom’s handwriting in it described in detail all of the advanced techniques of the Tsuchimikado , Sai understood the basic seals and such from learning them from her guardian that had passed away as well. This book was all of the advanced sealing jutsu’s and barriers and what’s this. Saieko let out a small giggle she formed a bunch of seals and ( it was a lot as she started at the book to get it right she activated the chakra and a giant door slammed down in front of her. This door was huge the two doors Opened up and to her surprise a huge wave of molten lava descended down on the sheer rock face above where the coffin was inlayed. The molten lava covered the rock face hardening quickly. Saieko tucked her mothers book under her arm and ran back the way she came. Once at the spot where three rocks hung bound by ropes Saieko severed one of the ropes and click just like that she awoke in the cavern with the torches. She was sweating and looking down in her lap was her mom’s book.


Real question here she thought as she started up the rope bridge back to her dojo was , What was that just now was she dreaming or was that a real life trip into the spirit realm ? who knew she shrugged and entered back into her house.
