The day started off like any other, Randori awoke in the cold alleyways of Kumogakure's residential area, and made his way to the market for some food. He has been unable to afford a place to stay ever since becoming a genin, and he certainly wasn't about to ask for a free place to live. Going to the usual stall he would, he stole an apple and quickly changed course toward the forest. Randori had been planning on training since the day before, and he was going to waste no time getting to it. It was a gorgeous morning, even if it was cold, the sun was out and there wasn't enough wind for there to be any complaints. The birds were chirping, most people still sleeping on their day off, allowing for most of the village to be in a state of silence.
It had been a long time since Randori got to enjoy silence, and he was going to enjoy every last moment of it. Closing his eyes, he put his body into what was basically auto-pilot and allowed himself to daydream about what his future could hold. His "auto-pilot" wasn't as good as he thought however, for he ran into a wall fairly soon after closing his eyes. As he finished his apple, he was nearing the area of the forest he was going to train, so he dropped the core on the ground and sprinted the rest of the way. Such a peaceful morning made Randori forget the danger's of his preferred location of training, and his guard was completely down. This was probably the worst time for that to be the case...
When he finally reached the area he would train, he saw something that had never been there before... A wolf, but it seemed to be alone currently. Quickly killing it, he let out a sigh and proceeded to train. It didn't seem like there would be any consequences to his killing the wolf, but he was wrong, and this mistake would prove to be fatal. After about 30 minutes since he arrived at his current location, another wolf appeared, but this one wasn't alone. An entire pack of wolves now surrounded Randori, and there was now way for him to run, so his only option was to fight.
Even though he managed to kill a good number of them, they seemed to flow in from the forest endlessly, and eventually Randori was overwhelmed. Strangely, he let out no screams. In fact, he had a smile on his face the whole time he was being torn limb from limb. Why would he have a smile one his face? It was his way of shaming himself for not achieving anything big his whole life. His death was also his salvation, for his choices lead him to have an empty life, where he never allowed anyone to be close enough to be called "friend"...
