Yumeko made her way to the gates of Kumogakure after she had made her way out of earth country and throughout lightning country. She slowly exhaled as she kept up appearances as she knew she had to report to either one of the Sennin or the Raikage. But as she knew she had important business to do, she would force herself to slow down as she waited for someone to let her in.

A girl with brown hair and a rather tired expression appeared before them. She looked dull and bored, maybe she had just came from a stroll but regardless process was process. The black cloaked shinobi would jump down tipping his matching hat to the woman. Before speaking he'd observe her, and activate a doujutsu checking her out. A third eyeball popped up on his forehead attempting to reveal her life energies to him. The Jinsei no mei, the perfect tool to observing someone. But any abnormalities would be seen or blocked off all depending on her body. "Halt, I'll need your passport and reason for coming here. Kumogakure is on a strict lock-down if you're not a Cloud Shinobi or a direct citizen you'll need to leave the premises." Yuuto stood very calm in front of this woman, only trying to gauge the first steps to a potential visitor.

[Using CRPJ: Jinsei No Mei]

Name of Jutsu: Dojutsu: Jinsei no me

CRPJ Effect: Allows Yuuto to view "Life Energy" to tell if a target is alive or dead. As a Necromancer [Dark Sage] he has the uncanny ability to communicate with spirits. His third eye the "Jinsei no me" can view spiritual or life energy. This does not mean he can view a target's chakra or their chakra system for that matter. His vision is limited to what's in front of him, but he can sense nearby energies though they will only give him a vague reading. It is basically a scan in his general vision for signs of life energies or spirits and other readings. Chakra Dampening techniques may block this skill, and if his vision is obscured he cannot see. Especially if his third eye is harmed or sealed, then he cannot even activate this as it requires using the Third eye as a balancing medium.

Reason why it can't be used in battle: This jutsu requires Yuuto to be in concentration, and completely changes the way he views things. It's a constant flow of life energy and chakra running through his dojutsu which render other techniques useless. While in battle his chakra system would leave this balance until he is done fighting.

As Yumeko had waited she had soon noticed someone had moved towards her and soon spoke about how that Kumogakure was on lockdown and that if she wasn't a Kumo Shinobi or citizen, she would have to leave. lucky for her, she had just enough time on her passport before it expired to have her prove that she could be allowed in as she was a cloud chuunin. "I am Rakujo Yumeko, I am a Chuunin of Kumogakure. I left here a short while ago to search about some information but I seemed to have not found what I was looking for." She said, as she pulled out her passport and had held it out for the person to check.

 

[Enatsu]

"Alright Ms. Yumeko welcome back to Cloud. You may want to report to your Jounin Leads or Sennin to get a better idea of your current detail. Unfortunately there won't be time for relaxation all Kumogakure shinobi are to be on watch and ready to guard these gates here. There seems to have been some disturbances out in the village as well. Toodles." He'd motion for the gates to open when another person appeared before him. He was blonde, and wearing robes of the desert. A turban in his arms and his look was rather pleasant.

"Raiko, welcome back! It's good to see that your mission went unhinged. I've no word from Tosaka do you?" Yuuto would hug his cousin patting him on the back at a job well done.

"No I have not but Yuuto there is something I have to tell you. Suna has not made contact with Hoshikata or Akkuma, but even if they had we would not. For one their village is underground and two their Kazekage is trapped outside. I met a friend of his, an odd puppeteer. He was able to actually halt my whole body with chakra strings I still have the small holes where those damn things dug into my body. We have to seek the Raikage immediately Sunagakure is under siege."

Yuuto would not respond his face changing to an uneasy seriousness. He sighed before tapping his headset and making a call. While this had nothing to do with their village, those people in Wind Country needed help. An underground village, the Kazekage in locked out, and their under siege? This could not be anymore chaotic. However Kumogakure could provide them help, it would give them allies. Who knew how much was going on these days.

"Come in Torre Celeste, this is Masaru Yuuto. A messenger has just returned with news of Sunagakure. We immediately need to see the Raikage. We'll be heading to the tower in ten minutes." He did not want to cause a ruckus for the public to bring rumors but it needed to be done the people may need to mobilize, depending on what Hayata Shin believed to be a proper cause.

Yumeko nodded as she listened to the man as he had spoken to her about speaking to either a Sennin or Jounin about what was going on since things seemed to have been going on. "Thank you. I'll check on things." She said. She put her passport away and had moved back into the village with news.
