Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

“I hate gate duty! It's not like we're not going to notice someone intruding into the village.” The high pitched voice of the younger female trailed off as she drove her spear through the corpse of the last intruder. The bandit's blood remained splattered across her cheek and the front of her person. She turned around, looking to the older female that was partnered with her on gate duty. Only a smile lay on the green haired woman's face. She wasn't bothered by having to perform gate duty, it actually gave her time to enjoy the scenery of what lay beyond the gates. "We have the most important job of the village Saia. Not only are we the front line of defense, but if the right person slips past us, who knows what will become of the village." Saia looked to Emezi with a bland face as if to say she didn't agree with what she said. Only a sigh left the younger girl's face as she disposed of the dead body before her with a sealing scroll.

The night was still early. Darkness had only covered the sky hours ago. A few of the stars in the sky began to peek out, providing a little light on the field below. The crescent moon hovering in the night's sky seemed to be looking down on the village's happenings as well. Beyond the wooden gates were concrete streets that led this way and that. The entrance of the gates were guarded by the two girls. Where was everyone else? They had their own duties within the village. The Dynamo certainly had made sure of this. Even in the thick of the night the villagers were put to work. The younger villagers would be able to go home before morning, but the adults would stay hard at work. No one knew other than the Dynamo and his consultants of what all the hard work was for, but rumors passed around the village said that it was something sacred.

"Well you have fun with your gate guarding duties! I'm going in the village for a snack." With a humph and rolling her eyes, the younger female entered the village not looking back or listening for her partner's reply. "That one there has no patience." Emezi's small smile didn't fade off of her face. She wouldn't abandon her duties. She leaned against the wooden gates of the village, looking to the sky.

[First of all, Sorry it took so long to post. I'm running all over this state with my head cut off, basically]

Sarunishi remained silently obscured outside of the village protected by the treeline, brush, bushes, and whatever else may well actually be out there. Sarunishi was quite the patient man, but this entire job put him on edge. Rumours be told that the target he was sent to kill was forcing children into labour. Biding his time, he observed as they were at least somewhat trained with some kind of chakra manipulation techniques as they disposed of the previous body. Judging by it, they weren't slouches. He would do his best to proceed into the village in a stealthy manner as violence would only delay his position and cause for more reinforcements to descend upon him. As the secondary guard up and left, Sarunishi seized the opportunity.

His hands moving quickly under cover, Sarunishi would conjure up a relatively benign fog. For the astute, they would know they were being infiltrated. However, in addition to the fog, Sarunishi's body would release two swarms of insects, forming themselves into duplicates of himself. There, crouched beneath the foliage sat three of Sarunishi. If the fog settled in nicely, the two swarms would wander out into it hoping to draw attention away from the gate so that Sarunishi could just slip in semi-undetected. Once his clones were destroyed, they would release poisonous clouds and the guard and potential reinforcements would know that something was amiss. He would do his best to avoid combat and to also avoid actually harming anyone other than the target. There were no promises, but the more precise the accomplishment, the better the reputation.

Internally, Sarunishi was debating tactics with his secondary companion. It wanted to just smash the place to pieces to get at the target and demonstrate their might. Sarunishi wished to keep that under wraps unless absolutely required. The last thing these people needed was to throw their lives at him and forced him to attempt to kill them. It simply wasn't going to be happening right now. He'd barely even begun. Dismissing such thoughts, Sarunishi sent his plan into motion. If worse came to worse, he'd release three needles of toxin intended to incapacitate an adversary then extract the poison for use later.
Using Mastered Hidden Mist to create a fog layer and affect as much of the area as possible. When accomplished, 2 Rank 3 Bug Clones will head out into the fog and intentionally try to distract the Guard. If she is unwilling to pursue or otherwise, release 3 Venom Needles with Heaven's Touch to knock her unconcious and extract said poison for use later. All of this is intended to infiltrate the village in a stealthy manner.
