He knew that it had to do with a curse seal on him, one he'd gained long ago, it had evolved into what Shiranai had called its final form. Shiranai was the one Kushin sought information from because he'd been the one to give it to Kushin. Now that he knew it was something else entirely. In fact when he went to use it his body tingled.
Instead of simply having tattoo's run across his body his entire body now changed. But not in any singular way. He could focus it on his arm and simply his arm would change into a kind of weapon. The seal being the Hell seal he found that the changes were still very similar to what they had been, but when used on the arm the form would change depending on what he wanted from it. Indeed he found that he could pick aspects of his seal and change it.

Because of this he decided to test the limits of his new found powers. To do that he needed to speak with a Dark Sage. The one who was well documented for these abilities was Ataeru, and Kushin was at this moment knocking on his residence with papers for the man to fill out to register his Kinjutsu. While he was there he figured that the man would likely not see it too terrible to give him some more of those seals. Kushin was curious as to exactly what he could end up doing.
