Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The biological disaster that had taken place days ago was resolved now, for worse or for better. What transpired was unimportant at the moment, reports would be given later and those that needed to know would know. Now Ayumu had been outside of the village for too long, things inside required his attention as the Sennin himself could only handle so much paperwork alone. Of course, Ayumu had an assistant of sorts inside taking care of what he could to help, but that was only going to work for so long.

He had been traveling back with the team, perfectly happy to do so, but as he drew close an ANBU had come out to meet him and discuss some things in private. ANBU matters. This had required Ayumu to travel a bit ahead of the group so they would not overhear anything sensitive. By now the ANBU had gone ahead to return to the gates, while Ayumu continue at a respectable trot on his horse. Ayumu still wound up at the gates a bit ahead of his group, and when he did he was in for a strange sight. For whatever reason, there were no less than eleven people standing outside of the gates. 'What is this, some kind of party?' he thought. Why would so many people congregate at the gates. Perhaps it was worth investigating....

NOPE. He really wanted no part of it. Opting to head over to a different side of the gate, he waited patiently for someone to let him in while that group sorted out whatever the hell they were up to. As a masked ANBU, the procedure wasn't quite the same for Ayumu. He couldn't very well lift his mask. Fortunately, Kumogakure's ANBU had their handy-dandy tattoos which would come to life and shift into proof of their identity, at the prompting of another ANBU. It was the Deathwatch that held authority over the gates, and generally they would meet travellers more often than the ANBU that also stood guard, but the Deathwatch could call in an ANBU to verify that an incoming ANBU was legit.

Re: Avoiding the Crowd

Nah, he wouldn't.

I arrived to meet the ANBU and would meta-game knowing that he was a cloudie and in need of entrance, because let's face it, if he force entered no one was going to stop him. That was silly.

I took his passport, checked his tattoo and bade him farewell as I signed off on his legal entrance.

Some dancing dude in a pumpkin mask The Deathwatch Captain himself showed up to let Ayumu in, after handling the large party a short ways away. Fortunately, the other group had to contend with the crowd to get through, some it seemed Ayumu had the chance to slip in before they hogged up the entrance way. The Deathwatch Captain checked out the passport with all the redacted information and then called over an ANBU to check on Ayumu's tattoo to make sure it was the real deal. Once that verification was over with, the Captain said goodbye and went to return to his duties.

"Such a diligent guy, he's going places," Ayumu said to himself as he walked through the gates into the village.
