Hey! So, you can only train once a week- Sunday night, it’ll reset and you can train again Monday.
In the meantime, you can still buy everything you mentioned! The ‘SHOP’ area is where you purchase jutsus, augments, and the like. It automatically handles Yen and ASP for shopping there- all you have to do is note which jutsu you own and at what rank in your Profile. (Jutsu mastery is still only in training- for now, all your jutsus will still be Rank 1).
