Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Doi was currently overcome with boredom. He'd been assigned another PYRAMID related mission due to his previous success, but this one was really testing his patience. The young genin had been given a detailed map of the meeting venue at his mission briefing, quickly made his way there, and put himself in position to spy. Little did he know at the time... the meeting wouldn't start for another 2 hours. Doi had been keeping an eye out for anyone that would arrive early while he waited... but no one had. It'd been over an hour since he'd arrived at this point, and he was still waiting for something to happen. He was tempted to leave his hiding spot, but Doi knew there was a chance of someone showing up at any moment. It'd be very bad if someone arrived while he wasn't hiding. That was the very last thing he needed right now. He had to stay incognito.

The venue where the meeting would take place appeared very shady from the outside, but the interior was a completely different story. Diamond chandeliers, golden statues, expensive works of art, and many other signs of wealth were the first things one saw upon entering the building. There was even a large bottle of seemingly expensive wine laying around on one of the tables. Doi was tempted to take a small sip just to see what it tasted like, but the boy knew better. His mother would have his head if she found out he'd gotten his hands on alcohol.

Doi looked up at the clock that was on the wall adjacent of his hiding spot to check the time. 'Alright, it's been about an hour and 45 minutes since I've arrived and no one's showed up besides a few waiters,' Doi thought. 'Was the information they gave me faulty?' The genin was starting to think that coming here was a waste of time. Yet, something happened just as the thought crossed his mind.

A small group of about 5 men in suits entered through the wooden doors that led into the meeting room. Behind them was a short, round man wearing what looked like a very expensive suit and walked with a golden cane. Doi reached into his pouch and pulled out the small stack files he'd been given at his mission briefing. He thumbed through the papers until he came across the file that had a picture of the same man. 'Let's see... so this is the leader's right hand man, huh?' The man's file listed his name as Juro. This man was in charge of handling PYRAMID's finances. After Juro and his body guards entered, another man entered with his own set of body guards. Doi looked through his files and identified the man as PYRAMID's third in command, Yato. A man of unknown origins that was as tough and merciless as they come. He was in charge of forcing uncoperative gangs to join PYRAMID's cause.

More and more of PYRAMID's top brass began to fill in the room, and Doi was able to identify each and every one of them with his data. They all sat down at the large oval shaped table in the middle of the room, and began to speak amongst themselves. Most of it was just small talk and greetings. Eventually, one man came into the room and everyone present immediately fell deathly silent. Doi took this as a major sign. It was a tall, musculer, raven haired man. Doi didn't need his files to immediately recognize who it was. It was the leader of PYRAMID himself... a man who's underlings referred to as The Pharaoh. It was obvious that this man didn't need body guards like the rest did. There probably weren't many people brave enough to try and lift a finger against him.

"Let's get things started, shall we?" said The Pharaoh upon reaching his seat at the oval table. With that said, the meeting began.

It would be another 3 hours before the meeting would be considered over.

Doi had a lot of important information he had to relay to Kumo's intelligence division. Most of it alarming. Assigning a spy to this meeting was an excellent idea by the authorities. Now all the genin had to do was escape without a trace. His best bet was to stay behind and wait for everyone in the room to leave.

Once the lights were turned off, Doi peeked out from his hiding spot. The doors that led outside were locked, but Doi knew of another exit thanks to the building plans he'd been given.

Once he was outside, Doi took to the rooftops. The hard part was over, but he'd have to get the information to the proper authorities before he could consider his mission complete.
