After a bit of consideration, Maru decided to take a temporary leave from wind country for a little while. Although he did do the mission he said out to do, still he did have another place that he wanted to visit before using Suna as his official hideout. He planned on going to lighting country to see if there are some people there he wanted to see or meet, then after his little vacation he would come back to Suna and do the other things he set out to do around here. Besides if he took out a couple bounties out in lighting country he would probably make himself a lot of money. He held his chest… then smirked after feeling the heart that wasn't his beat.
