It was comical sight for many on the beach. A boy, in a bird mask, covered head to toe in black, siting underneath a parasol on the beach. Yuno was used to standing out in a crowd, but this was simply embarrassing. However, even though he wasn't enjoying the beach life like a majority of the people here, it was a very welcome change of scenery from Sunagakure. While the sun was reflecting on the water, making it seem brighter than normal, being so close to the ocean made the wind brisk. While in the village, any wind was dry and just blew sand in your face, but the breeze here carried some water, and was cold against the heat of the sun. Of course, Yuno couldn't really feel the moisture in the air due to his get up, but at least he could bear being outside during the day.
So, why is Yuno, a shinobi of the Village hidden in the sand at this seaside paradise resort? The Lottery. Its that simple. Yuno was walking through the commercial district within the village when he passed by one of those Garapon lotteries, where you spin the wheel and wait for the ball to fall out. Yuno didn't expect to win anything, let alone a free week in this luxury resort. When he won he wasn't sure how to react, he wanted to be excited but due to all the noise the man was making, it was drawing the attention of everyone in the area. People began talking to him, trying to become his friend so he'd take them with him. He didn't quite see through their facade, but his shyness caused him to just grab his tickets and run off. He tried to invite his family, but they want nothing to do with him, and he didn't have anyone he was close to give the tickets away. So there he was, at the beach.
He and the rest of the beach was startled by the large explosion in the water far away. Many thought it was some kind of attack, but Yuno heard this area rarely had anything of the sort, but he ran to check it out anyway. Squeezing his way through the crowd he noticed something struggling in the water, and while normally there would be people specifically here to take care of it, it didn't appear quite... human. Though Yuno couldn't really swim his abilities as a shinobi allowed him to race across the water, coming up to... something. He attempted to reach down to pick it up, though it wasn't making it easy for him.
