Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Pattering streams of sound like rain continued like a thunderous song against the silk cloak that guarded the young shinobi from the hail of pebbles. The sound had become almost a background mantra to the young anbu, who had subconsciously drowned out the sound like a white noise in the back of his mind. The sandstorm had caused him to rely on his garbs more than ever, and while he walked with his mask drawn, and cloak held out like a lantern it was almost aimless to find his solution to the storm.

It had been some time since Darasu had entered the Diamond Maelstrom, not since he had hunted a party of missing nin on an abroad mission with his old partner in crime. Back then he had faced a calm resolution, clear skies and no threat of weather.

But now. Now he was being attacked by the very desert itself, as if a Sunaku god had pried its eyes through the sand and watched his every move outside of the village gates. And now that desert entity was angry, and testing the AiT's loyalty to his village. Having gone so far from his home, he had almost forgotten what the village was like in his several months away. And sure as its reputation, the large desert chose to assault anyone of lesser blood.

Being an ice manipulator by blood, the Sunaku's discouraged Darasu's abilities. He was considered of a lesser breed for his water bending, and practically an enemy of the royalty. But time and time again he was able to use his skills for a greater good, and nurture the droughts that soiled every civilians throat. The haku was able to not only locate water for the dry underground village, but replenish and multiply it by great folds.

Which was why he had left in the first place. Suna had been no good for training his skills. It was hard to use such a valuable resource as water for his own training, and so he ventured to somewhere a bit more plentiful. Over the last five months he had trained as a watari on the banks of an allied nation, and had learned techniques from other water users who had spent their whole lives on the ocean. He had proved himself a quick learner, and a prodigy in ninjutsu.

Now that his training was complete, he had chosen to find his underground home once more. But after six days of traversing the area, he had little to no luck in finding the large skeleton of the great sand worm. Had it been a bit more forgiving weather, it would not have been a problem. After three days of a constant sandstorm however, it had turned out to be the biggest trivia of his life. You couldn't see four feet in front of you due to the storm, and at night it got so brutally cold that the small pellets of sand nearly felt like arrows.

And the sun was setting once more, by the tell that the shade of the veil of sand was lowering and lowering. Darasu had little hopes of continuing through the desert by night, so he headed forward still until he felt an upward heave in the sand beneath his feet. Once he found that, all it took was a couple seals from the free hand that wasn't holding his cloak, and then an extension of the arm. A gust of wind emitted from his palm, blasting into the sand dune before him and creating an overhead shelter.

The cloaked anbu stepped into his newly formed lean-to, and out of the storm. Due to the fact that he had been walking against the winds, this dune provided a shelter where he could sleep and rest, and hopefully wait out the storm.

Taking out a small scroll from his waist, Darasu stroked the sign on the center of the parchment, then threw the ink on the ground. Moments later, a small flame was created.

Not only had he learned how to use Suiton more efficiently, but he had a plethora of new skills that the desert village would likely not expect him to have learned. Leaning back against the sand dune, he watched the flame illuminate the area, as the night crept near.

A tiny white flower bloomed in the sand between his feet as the sands began to swirl outside his shelter. The sound of monastery bells rang in the distance. Chanting could be heard too, Darasu could almost swear he heard the sounds of hooves pounding across the desert sands and the scent of horse sweat and saddle leather reached him too. How could that be in the middle of a storm. As Darasu looked down he would notice his body was translucent and he could not feel anything but a sense of being lighter than air. The flower glowed brightly before Darasu felt the very sands of his protective barrier fall away to reveal a monastery under siege by an army of armored warriors. Everything seemed so very familiar, as a soft voice whispered to him "Can You SEE?"<i></i>

As the flower bloomed before his feet, the anbu looked down in curiosity at majestic life that sprawled before him, the sound of bells echoed in the distance. It was not only an oddity, but a beauty above most else. Life arising out of the death. As he peered down at the flower, he noticed his knees were slightly off in the hue of the fire. In fact, they were completely ghost like. Raising a brow, Darasu cocked his head to the side like a puppy, and then wondered what was going on.

" I knew I shouldn't have eaten that cactus fruit. Now I am tripping balls."

But as he observed the scenery, he felt the sand around him falling apart, like feathers from a show down bird cascading into oblivion. And that was the weird part. He felt it, more than he saw it. Something weird was seriously going on, because once he stood up, everything he was seeing fell apart into the scene of a monastery. There was no way that something this strong was a hallucinogenic cactus.

"Genjutsu" He whispered as he drew for the kunai around his waist. But when he did, there was nothing there. His weapons were rid from his body, as was his mask upon his face. Everything had been stripped from him but his cloak and under gear.

As he pressed his hands together to form a boar seal, he tried to re-circulate his chakra to cancel the illusion. But nothing.

"Can you SEE?" Illuminated a voice.

The cool headed Haku nodded, and said aloud "Yes" while he watched horsemen rain down upon the monastery.

A small girl whom was pure white rose to sit in the sands beside him, she wore the robes of a priestess of Mother Suna, but not the robes as he remembered them to be before he left Suna on his journey abroad to master his abilities, these were the ancient robes from Suna text books that he had not seen since the academy. She seemed to be crying as a pool of water emerged from beneath temple. A woman was being strangled by an armored warrior in the distance, as the water rose to surround the temple and block the entrances to it. The black armored warrior dragged the woman to the edge of the moat and forced her face into the crystal clear waters. It seemed that he found drowning the woman in the mystical waters of the desert was far more ironic and terrible a death than simply beating and strangling her. The woman struggled against it then simply accepted her fate and partook of the sacred water before succumbing to unconsciousness. The warrior seemed to be less than elated that she wasn't moving and kicked her body into the water where she was simply pulled under and taken beneath the sands much to soldier's amazement. If Darasu looked closely he could see these men were marked by the houses of the Ancients. The markings looked vaguely familiar as they yelled and roared at the women and children in the temple in a strange gruff language causing the very waters to tremble. The scene shifted and the woman's battered body rose from a pool of water to rest near a shrine. Darasu realized they were sitting inside the temple now, as a water wielding woman drew the excess waters from her lungs and performed healing jutsu, the woman was alive once more and the girl stopped crying for a bit as the lady grasped her stomach with hope. The strange water wielding woman shook her head no and the woman began to cry as she realized her unborn child was gone. So she drug herself to the alter and began to pray fervently for her life to be taken and the child to be allowed to live. Sands whirled about her and slowly she began to age and fade as her belly grew. Mother Suna had granted her prayer but it cost more than the woman's life, it cost her soul, for Mother Suna did not have the power to grant life, only transfer or take life to restore another and where there was a void it must be filled by an equal force. The little girl smiled briefly before crying again as she whimpered "Can YOU see?" Darasu felt himself solidify as his body disappeared and he found himself in the body of a monastery warrior far older, and stronger than he knew himself to be. Long white hair fell to his chest and mid back, runic terran markings scored his arms, legs. He stepped forth without his own will and lifted the dying woman's body to the altar and with a swift, precise cut from his hand he performed a cesarean splitting her abdomen open painlessly as he removed the child and placed her on the altar so as her soul transferred over she could look at her baby. She smiled and looked to the Monastery Guardian before her life was spent and made one last request, "MAKE THEM pay for all the wrong they have done... please" Darasu found himself kneeling before the now dead woman as the child at last began to cry as the ritual was complete. The woman's body became as the sand and took to the wind to rest beside the pool of clear water.

Runes of Gaia, Runes of Tsukyomi, Runes of Jigoku, Runes of Heaven, Runes of the Stars marked his limbs and chest, as an ordained warrior of Mother Suna his body had been altered by his studies and partaking in the flesh of the sandwyrm through special ritual. His runes had been granted to him by the high cleric himself. Now he need only fulfill his duty but first he must have understanding.

The temple had fallen into chaos, as warriors in the distance were brutalizing the area. Darasu watched the scene as the woman was drowned, and then spared for the life of her child. It was all very sudden and strange, but some how the young Haku was completely at peace even though he had many question. He knew in due time they would come with out pass, and he as well under stood that the element of water was far more prominent and historical in the village of sand than he had ever thought it to be. The priestess' and clerics all used the element as a healing device, an outlet for sanctuary and hope. Darasu had only learned to use it for war so far.

As the woman's body slipped away into small speckles of sand, Darasu felt his soul merge with another man's body, who had performed the birth. His body was covered in marking that were sensed as runic dedications to elements of life, mind and soul. The body was filled with an energy that seemed to be more than just Chakra, but an additional type of energy that was linked directly to the Earth. Something that he had never felt or heard about before.

There was a mutual drive between himself and this body it seemed, almost as if two people were steering one horse. And even though he heard nothing else in his head, Darasu knew he wasn't alone in this body. As the body moved with ease, the body found itself moving towards the entrance to the temple, into the waters edge and then out onto the other side, before the entrance and the pool of water that guarded it.

It was possible that hand seals were not necessary to everyone in this time era, because he merely lifted a hand and the water behind him rose continually, until it stood twenty feet high. By this time, many of the armored men stood outside of the entrance, waiting their turn for fun. As they watched the wave grow, some grew nervous while others anxious.

With a flick of the wrist and a smooth movement, Darasu sent the wave barreling outwards towards the men, with the conjoined spirit of this body's. And then as the wave began to peak and then crest, it broke apart into dozens of small spears, which would freeze as they left the major body of water and begin to rain down on the men that the woman had so heartly asked to punish.

Tenchi Darasu, shimmered in runic wrath and glory as he moved out alone to confront the army of warriors and slaves sent by the Heavenly court to punish the humans of the desert who dared to defy them. The wrath of the temple guardian they knew was coming but the full force of it was beyond their expectation. As lances of ice fell from on high many of the warriors were unprepared as over thirty percent of them died from the initial assault. The others quickly responding to attacks they believed their armor would suffice to prevent brought forth elemental shields of lightning. A tiny whisper resounded in Darasu's ear, "Thank you for avenging her but there is more." Knowledge flowed into Darasu's mind of the body he had just inhabited.

Runic Seals are some of the most controversial seals among the mystic world, granting their bearers with great power, at the cost of reducing their life span with each use. Few choose risking such a price in exchange for this great power, and even fewer survive the gruesome agony as their chakra systems forcibly sync into darker variants. Yet, among the survivors who bear the Runic seal, it is almost unheard of for the body to completely accept and form symbiosis with these seals. These are the Tenchi, mystic whose body has absorbed and mutated with the Runic seal to the point where it no longer is an actual seal, but a natural reaction produced completely within their bodies through enzymes, their seal only a tattoo of what they once were. Often called monsters, these mystics have greater seal strength than even the most powerful Runic warriors, yet this control is only partial. Though their bodies have adapted to the dark energies within them to where their transformations no longer seem human, their mind is not as easily immune to the effects, and throughout a Tenchi's life they will experience great mental trauma, and often show extreme signs of being Bipolar.

Prerequisites: Kinjutsu Application, 3 ability slots the user must have a Runic Seal, B-Rank

Effects:
- Morality Sealing has no effect upon the user.
- When scribed with a Runic Seal, the Tenchi faces very little stress upon their body. They only lose 1 weeks’ worth of training stats when receiving a seal. If scribed by a High Priest or Priestess, the Tenchi faces no training loss whatsoever.
- Upon deactivating a Runic Seal, the user experiences no Runic Seal Backlash.

Quote:
Darkside Affliction - Special Activated Ability

The Tenchi's have a powerful drawback to their great and inhuman abilities. Their minds are extremely prone to a severe and spontaneous shifts and outbursts of Bipolarity, induced by the viral runic seal within their bodies. At random times, an Tenchi may feel a spontaneous blood lust, though rather than resist the influence of their Insanity, they embrace it and form an unmatchable sync with its dark abilities at the cost of becoming a twisted shadow of their former self.

Information
Prerequisites
Tenchi

Effect:
- The Tenchi's chance to Lose Control or become enraged is increased by +15%.
- Runic Seal's grant +1 to the effected Secondary bonuses, and percentage effects are increased by 5%, and can surpass the 50% buff limit up to 60%. (Hell seal gains +.5 to Genjutsu Buff/Debuffs)

Note:
- Does not take up an Ability Slot.
- This can be turned on or off at the user's will for 1 Ap.
- This does not apply to Heaven/Solar Seal's Cp/Hp Regeneration, or Astral Seal's Ap.
- Cannot be used while Runic Will is active.

Quote:
Runic Will - Special Activated Ability

The Runic seal truly effects the minds of those gifted with the seal, and to many mystic it means the end of their freedom, becoming a slave to the seal and its power. However, Occasionally an Tenchi is able to not only resist the Seal's tempting call for power through sheer willpower, but are able to master the seal, rather than the seal mastering them. Controlling the power of their seal is natural to them, and as such, their bodies tend to be much less prone to the backlash of the dark power.

Information
Prerequisites
Tenchi

Effect:
- While active, the user will not lose control or become enraged while having a Runic Seal Active.
- Training Roll loss is reduced by -1 Roll per round activated.

Note:
- Does not take up an Ability Slot.
- This can be turned on or off at the user's will for 1 Ap.
- Cannot be used while Psychotic Affliction is active.

Quote:
Partial Transformation - C-Rank Ninjutsu

One of the most known abilities of a Tenchi, this is perhaps the skill that have forever labeled them as monsters to the majority of the world. As their Runic seals have been broken down into enzymes and chemical produced within the body through will, a Tenchi possesses the ability to alter these enzymes within their body at will, invoking a transformation to their body in any way imaginable. This allows a Tenchi to spontaneously transform any part of their body into an immediate weapon through focusing their Runic seal in that one area, and due to its restrained use, it gives their body none of the backlash present with a full transformation. However, as it is only using a fraction of their Seal's potential, this does not have the full strength of a full transformation.

Information
Prerequisites
Tenchi, C-Rank

Rank 1: Allows the user to transform a single limb into a weapon. Half of the weapon's modifications also apply to the user's secondaries. May have up to 2 Runic Seal Effects.
Rank 2: Allows the user to transform a single limb into a weapon. The weapon's modifications also apply to the user's secondaries. May have up to 3 Runic Seal Effects.

Cost: 700 Cp to initiate, 330 Cp/Rnd per effect.

Notes:
- Does not use handseals.
- Weapon created must follow the Weapon Creation rules.
- Weapon created cannot have Augments.
- The created weapon's modifications apply to the user's secondaries so at Rank 2 a Weapon with +5% damage and -1 Accuracy would give the user +5% melee and ranged damage (overall) and -1 melee and ranged Accuracy.
- May only have one Partial Transformation active at a time.
- User may choose to have some Effects from any Runic Seals they currently have in their inventory at the rank that they know it apply to their weapon in place of augments. The same effects do not stack and secondary bonuses from Heaven Seal are not applicable.

Quote:
Runic Protection - C-Rank Ninjutsu

More of an extension to their partial transformation ability, this skill allows an Tenchi to transform their arm instantly to block all forms of attacks, their limb strengthened through their Runic seal to be incredibly resilient. However, should a Tenchi choose a more painful route, they possess the ability to even grow new limbs suddenly to take the blow for their body, before shrinking back to be absorbed within themselves just as fast as it formed. This makes attacking the blind spot of a Tenchi incredibly difficult.

Information
Prerequisites
Tenchi, B-Rank, Partial Transformation Mastered.

Rank 1: Strengthens or creates a limb to block up to 1520 Damage.
Master Rank: Strengthens or creates a limb to block up to 1820 Damage.

Note:
- Does not use Handseals, and may be used reflexively.
- Any damage reduction that the user has is also applied to this "Shield".
- Can only be used when the user has a Runic Seal Active, or partial Transformation active.
- Blocked Damage can be increased by any physical buffs.

Rank 1 Cost: 410 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 510 Cp

Quote:
Dark Regeneration - B-Rank Ninjutsu

A rather gruesome skill able to be performed only by an Tenchi, this skill enables them to pierce into their victims in a method of their choice and absorb their body's makeup such as Enzymes and blood, their mutated body immediately breaking this down and converting it to new chemicals to assist in healing their own wounds. Not only that, however, they also poses the ability to inject their own chakra and enzymes into the bodies of others, though doing so would be dangerous to any due to their Natural Runic Seal within their body and its fluids. However, should the target possess a Runic Seal, it is possible to heal them with the user's own life force.

Information
Prerequisites
Tenchi, B-Rank, Partial Transformation Mastered.

Rank 1: Drains the target's life force, dealing 1980 damage at +2 Accuracy.
Master Rank: Drains the target's life force, dealing 2380 damage at +2 Accuracy.

Special Action: Instead of absorbing a targets Hp, This can also be used to infuse their essence into a target, dealing 40% normal damage to a target for three rounds, and giving them -2 Accuracy/Gen DC for this time. However, if the user infuses their life force into a target that has a Runic seal, this heals the target by 75% of the Damage Value instead.

Note:
- Does not use Handseals, and uses Melee Accuracy.
- Penalties do not stack.
- Must have either a Runic Seal, or Partial Transformation Active.
- When used, the user gains Hp equal to half the damage done to a target.
- Can only be buffed by non-Elemental Ninjutsu Buffs.

Rank 1 Cost: 580 Cp
Rank 2 Cost: 720 Cp

Quote:
Malevolent Annihilation - A-Rank Ninjutsu

Perhaps one of the most powerful techniques in the Tenchi's repertoire, this technique transforms their body into a hellish and gruesome form, sprouting many jet-like appendages from their body that aim at the target like miniature cannons. After transforming their bodies, the user builds up a dangerous portion of their chakra, before launching a huge wave of raw chakra energy at their victim, capable of utterly annihilating a target, and if they manage to survive, cause them to wish they were dead. However, this amount of chakra is capable of only being able to be built up once, requiring a period of cool down before the Tenchi's body is capable of using it again.

Information
Prerequisites
Tenchi, A-Rank, A level 2 Runic Seal

Rank 1: Releases a large wave of Chakra energy that deals 4260 Damage to one target at +2 Accuracy. Each limb has a 15% chance of suffering a Called shot penalty.
Master Rank: Releases a large wave of Chakra energy that deals 5320 Damage to one Target at +2 Accuracy. Each limb has a 20% chance of suffering a Called shot penalty.

Special Action: By increasing the chakra cost by +10% and AP cost by +.25, this technique deals an additional +10% Base Damage, with a +5% chance of inflicting called shot penalties. This may stack up to two times per use, and does not apply to the Buff limit.

Note:
- Does not use Handseals, but may use melee or Ninjutsu Accuracy. This gains buffs from Non Elemental Ninjutsu buffs.
- Must be under the effects of a Level Two Runic Seal or Vile Mutation.
- Can only be used once per round.

Rank 1 Cost: 2130 Cp
Mastered Cost: 2660 Cp

Quote:
Heavenly Mutation - S-Rank Ninjutsu

The Tenchi have bodies which break down Runic Seals into enzymes within their bodies, and from that point on produce them naturally in a non-lethal state. The Tenchi possess the ability to control and manipulate these enzymes in any way they see fit to transform their bodies into weapons, and through skill, they possess the ability to mix enzymes into never-before-seen mixtures, producing a combination that allow them to create their own Runic Seals within their bodies, and Augment them in any way they see fit. These effects are also able to be transferred temporarily into others, giving them the same abilities for a short time, however these enzymes rapidly break down when transferred out of the Tenchi's body.

Information
Prerequisites
Tenchi, S-Rank, All Tenchi Skills Mastered, two level 2 Runic Seals.

Master Rank: The user is able to create their own Runic Seal, mixing the effects of up to four Runic Seals in their inventory.

Special Action: Once their seal has been created, the user may use this technique again to infuse this energy temporarily into a target of their choice using melee accuracy. This allows the target to use this "Custom Runic Seal" for the remainder of the battle, however all normal Runic Seal rules apply, including the Training Roll loss. This can only be done on an individual target once per battle, and if done to an unwilling individual, this requires a Ninjutsu check against the user with the user gaining +1 with an additional +2 if under the effects of their Heavenly Mutation Seal. In any case, this Seal overwrites any current Runic Seal they may have for the remainder of the battle.

Note:
- This does not use Handseals
- Cannot be used with Heaven Seal's Secondary or Damage Buffs.
- Does not stack with any other Runic seal or Partial Transformation, and dispels them if they are active.
- Creating a seal means that the user is able to choose up to four effects from any of their Runic Seals, and activate those four effects in place of a Runic Seal. The user cannot choose the same effect more than once in any case.
- After initially being used, this Runic Seal can be activated and deactivated normally for 1 AP, using standard Runic Seal rules. By reusing this technique, they may change what effects this seal has.

Cost: 4.5 AP to create/infuse, 3600 Cp to create a Runic Seal, 2,000 Cp to infuse into another.

As the temple Guardian was left to his own devices actually performing attacks he never knew he could do he transformed into armored battle smith wading into the enemies of Suna as Darasu's spirit found itself hovering over the child on the altar. Another ritual was taking place.

The waves of suna's enemies were one by one pierced with the large spears of ice, slowing their numbers rapidly with just a single attack. The power that exhumed from this body was absolutely phenomenal, and the potential seemed endless. As the green eyes behind the vessel body watched the blood spray and hell that was unleashed , he grinned with satisfaction of the power. It was almost blissful how easily it was to use his jutsu, as if he and this body were bonded together.

There was a gentle tugging feeling within his spirit, and he watched the Tenchi warrior justify his cause from a distance, as he floated away back towards the temple. Sad, Darasu was starting to enjoy that body. But the voice spoke again, and told him there was more work to do.

And so next he was floating above the same child from before who was birthed, waiting on the altar.

The high priestess knew one desert tenchi was an incredible force but alone he would not be enough to stop an entire army. If the leaders of the Ancients' slave army no longer felt the presence of an Ancient of Dark Water in the temple then they would be satisfied with having slain the chosen scion of the Dark Water. The High Priestess knew of only one way to hide the presence of a being that strong. The only way was to place its spirit inside the body of a child. The only child available was the baby born of the scion, she was as yet un-named. "This child will be named Fonsiyo for the spring of water beneath this temple and with her naming the remaining soul of the ancient of dark water shall be placed within her so that within a mortal body once more our guardian can aid our Tenchi till agents of the First Men arrive. Priests of Suna aid me in the spiritual transition. We cannot ask Mother Suna to aid us in the rebirth of a fellow Ancient into the body of a human. For the Ancients such sorcery is sacrilege. Form the ring of life and I will use my soul to power the ritual Rakusya and Fonsiyo will become one."
Jinkyou

Legends say that long ago, back in the early days of the shinobi world, their existed powerful Spirits possessing the power to wreak havoc across the land. As a counter measure to fight these monsters, village's sealed these beasts into the bodies of Human Hosts. Whether these stories hold true or not, this forbidden practice, although frowned upon, is still practiced on a much lesser scale. There exist people who have had the energies of weaker Spirits and spirits sealed within their body, their body and mind becoming a vessel for the entity's power. The hosts have been known to take on certain characteristics of their inner Spirits, both mental and physical changes and traits which vary widely. Although one cannot deny the power the host gains from having a spirit reside within them, able to draw upon its power and gain unique affinity to the spirit's affinity, their comes a price with all power. From the moment the spirit is sealed within the Host, it becomes a battle for control, the spirit seeking to grasp as much control as it can over the user...

Information
Prerequisites: Kinjutsu Application, 3 Ability Slots, B Rank

Effects:
- When gaining this kinjutsu, the user may choose any base or advanced element of Ninjutsu to be the affinity of their inner spirit. All Ninjutsu of this Element do not require Handseals as the spirit bestows supernatural abilities to the user.
- They are treated as having a 'minor' affinity to this element in their base form, and a 'major' affinity in it when in either Spirit Cloak form.
- If an Advanced Element is chosen, this element will not count towards their 'Advanced Element' slots.
- While in the Spirit Cloak, the user has a chance to not be able to detect friend or foe due to the power of their inner spirit. Every attack has a certain percentage chance to cause the Jinkyou to attack a random target on the field. This only applies to the effected action, not the rest of the fight.
- Jinkyou skills do not require handseals.
- All Jinkyou techniques receive Damage/Cp reduction buffs to the user's chosen Element.
- All melee attacks made by the Jinkyou use their chosen element's Ninjutsu Accuracy, receiving the chosen element's Damage and Cp buffs and replacing the Melee accuracy/damage buffs.

Note:
- Because of their Inner Spirit's Chakra, when any Spirit Cloak is activated, any Bloodline and CA Transformation-type technique becomes negated as the user now becomes somewhat possessed by their spirit's energies. This does not apply to 'Activated' passives such as Doujutsu or other Core Ability Activated Passives. In addition, No curse seal's may be active during this time as the spirit's strength is too powerful to be overridden. Accuracy/Dodge buffs from Jinkyou and their Bloodline/CA do not stack beyond +10.
- Unlike the series, this Kinjutsu refers to Spirits and spirits in general, not Bijuu. While this spirit can be made freely, this spirit cannot be tailed beast in any way or form. Expect an Auto-denial if you mention any form of Bijuu with this.

Quote:
Initial Guardian Armor - C-Rank Ninjutsu

All Jinkyou possess great strength, though one would be mistaken if they assumed that their incredible power came without a cost. Though they may be excellent shinobi in their own right, the full potential of their skill is not their own, but a fusion of both themselves and their inner Spirit. Through training, a shinobi can learn to draw power from the spirit deep within, using it to fuel themselves and granting them energy. At first this can be a very risky move, for simply acknowledging the spirit within grants it more power over the user. However, with concentration, the user can learn to draw forth a small amount of the spirit's energy without losing themselves. Because this energy is small compared to the spirit's full potential, the host retains nearly all control of themselves, and does not seem to display any physical change aside from a visible, glowing aura of chakra.

Information
Prerequisites
Jinkyou, C-Rank

Elemental Wrath - C-Rank Ninjutsu

Perhaps the most noticeable aspect of a host drawing forth power from their Inner Spirit is that their chakra becomes a visible aura of energy around them; growing in both speed and size as the user's draws forth more and more strength from their inner Spirit. However, one would be a fool to attempt to judge this as a simple aura of energy, for this chakra is so powerful and explosive, that simply coming into contact with it is enough to seriously harm opponents. As if that weren't enough, the Jinkyou seems to be able to manipulate this Aura at will to lash out and strike at their targets in a hemispherical explosion often compared to a bomb.

Prerequisites
Jinkyou, C-Rank, Initial Guardian Armor Mastered

Rank 1: 1350 damage to two targets
Master Rank: 1620 damage to three targets

Effects:
- Elemental Wrath has a 30% chance to unearth people from underground, 20% chance to reveal invisible targets, and 20% chance to dissipate Clones and Mirror Clones.

Special Action: - Elemental Wrath can be used reflexively against projectile attacks, giving projectile attacks -3 accuracy with a 20% chance to deflect and hit a random target. The Elemental Wrath deals half damage to up to 3 targets when using this special action.

Spiritual Wail - C-Rank Ninjutsu

A powerful skill that truly shows the fearsome strength of a Jinkyou, this skill can only be performed after tapping into a certain depth of their spiritual partner's energies. Easily performed, this technique is a simple roar infused with the Jinkyou's massive reserves of chakra, producing a powerful kinetic shockwave of sonic energy that can easily upturn the ground, trees, debris, and even knock victims right off their feet, all while causing significant damage from the sheer pressure and force of their roar.

Quote:
Destructive Shield - B-Rank Ninjutsu

Upon obtaining the spirit cloak, a Jinkyou is able to manipulate their out-flowing chakra to increase not only their offensive capabilities, but their defensive capabilities. Be careful, however, doing too much may result in the destruction of the shield and the chakra to backfire.

Final Guardian Armor - B-Rank Ninjutsu

The final form of a Jinkyou's power, drawing forth a dark and seemingly endless supply of chakra from their inner spirit. In this stage, the user hardly resembles a human, instead appearing as their inner spirit, though still human-size. The host has been lost deep within the energies of their spirit, gaining almost incomparable strength, but possessing nearly no form of their own rationality. They see no difference between friend or foe, hardly remembering why they fight in the first place, and only desire the destruction of all those around them. In this phase, the host's body rapidly begins to disintegrate from the stress of the natural energy, visibly breaking apart and being replaced by a neon glow of corrosive chakra. They are an avatar of destruction, both to themselves and all others around them.

Information
Prerequisites
Jinkyou, B-Rank, Initial Guardian Armor Mastered

Rank 1: While in this stage, gain +3 Acc/Dodge, +10% Chosen Elemental Damage
Master Rank: While in this stage, gain +4 Acc/Dodge, +15% Chosen Elemental Damage

Special Action: - For every 1 Acc/Dodge surrendered, one gains +5% Berserk Control. Example: If one is using a rank 1 Final Guardian Armor and surrenders 1 Acc/Dodge, their Berserk Control raises to a 65% chance as opposed to 60%. This lasts until the Jinkyou's next action.

Note:

- If activated while the user is in Initial Guardian Armor, this costs -1 AP and -25% normal CP cost.
- Once activated, lasts until the user chooses to deactivate with a 65% chance of failure and a 1 AP Cost. If the user fails to deactivate, they lose 5% Berserk Control which remains for the remainder of battle.
- Once activated, the user gains 5% Max CP at the start of every round.
- This jutsu has a 10% chance at auto-dodging every attack. This does not stack with other auto-dodge abilities.
- Basic melee attacks now attack up to 3 targets.
- Base of 65% Berserk Control. (Rolled out of 100 with a roll of 66-100 meaning a berserker attack) Must be rolled before each action to determine if the Jinkyou has gone berserk and attacked a random target. Each Berserk attack lasts for only that one attack.

Cost: 2000 CP, 3% Max HP per round.

Spirit's Edict- A-Rank Ninjutsu

A Jinkyou's strength isn't based off of just their offensive or defensive prowess, but being able to strike fear into their opponent's hearts, making them fearful to even attack the Jinkyou. The Jinkyou sits and waits for the right moment to lash out, extending their chakra out into a giant claw to grab the target, utilizing Menacing Blast at the bound target before the Jinkyou tosses the target violently towards the ground. With an attack like this, one must be wary to attack a Jinkyou.

Information
Prerequisites
Jinkyou, A-Rank, Final Guardian Armor Mastered

Rank 1: Deals 4000 damage to a single target. The target has a 35% chance of being disarmed, and has a 15% chance of auto-failing their next two attacks (Only one may auto-fail). The user may follow up this jutsu with a Taijutsu at +1 Accuracy.
Master Rank: Deals 5000 damage to a single target. The target has a 45% chance of being disarmed, and has a 20% chance of auto-failing their next two attacks (Only one may auto-fail). The user may follow up this jutsu with a Taijutsu at +2 Accuracy.

Special Action: The Jinkyou may spend +.5 AP to add one of these effects to the jutsu. Only one effect may be added.
- The user may increase the Jutsu by +20% Base damage, +1 Accuracy, and +1 Critical.
- The user may "Throw" the initial target at a secondary target, dealing damage and effects to both victims.

Rank 1 Cost: 2000 Cp to initiate
Master Rank Cost: 2500 Cp to initiate

Note:
- Must be in Final Guardian Armor to use.
- This jutsu is modded directly after an attack made against the user by the target, starting from the time of the user's last action.
- The user may instantly follow up this jutsu with a Taijutsu; the chosen attack cannot combo any further and still must have all costs paid.
- Every time after the first that Spirit's Edict has been used on the same character, there is a +5% damage increase with a -1 Accuracy penalty. This stacks up to +15% damage/-3 Accuracy, and does not apply to the damage cap.
- No other bonuses can be added on to this to break the damage limit, aside from the special action and repeated use.

Menacing Blast - A-Rank Ninjutsu

A technique which takes on various forms and styles, this technique can only be attempted once the Host has reached a certain stage and gains access to enough of their Spirit`s energy. This technique allows the Jinkyou to gather raw chakra either from their bodies or the air around them, and condense it into a single compressed ball of energy. This ball of chakra can be consumed or sustained, causing a chain reaction of energy, where the explosion is fired from the mouth, or fired from the ball respectively.

Rank 1: 5000 damage to one opponent.
Master Rank: 5500 damage to one opponent

Warrior Spirit - S-Rank Ninjutsu

Due to the pure/vengeful nature of a Jinkyou's chakra, contact with the aura can cause irreversible damage to a person's body. Touching the cursed chakra may feel like an intense flame is shooting through a person's body, when in reality, the curse of the spiritual chakra acts like a poison.

Information
Prerequisites
Jinkyou, S-Rank, All Jinkyou abilities master rank

Master Rank: Deals 1% Max HP and 200 CP damage to the one coming in contact with the Warrior Spirit. Once effected, for every 1 AP the target spends, they take the advertised damage. This only effects the poisoned for 1 round. This may effect multiple targets to include friendly targets.

With that the newborn child had the spirit of a powerful ancient of water sealed inside her and her eyes opened with an alertness and decisiveness that could never have come from a newborn baby. The chivalrous spirit had instantly awakened as its former mummified body lay near the very waters the baby's mother had emerged from. With the spirit's awakening the baby floated above the altar and a giant water spirit surged to life. The heavens responded to the Jinkyou by opening the skies and releasing a hurricane force torrent of water and wind. All but three soldiers out of hundreds were unhorsed and sent running. Slowly the sun peaked through and the storm ceased although a larger amount of water now encircled the monastery. The Sunan Tenchi stood alone before the three remaining generals of the Ancients' army. Darasu found himself inside the body of the babe and he could now assist Rakusya the Ancient of Dark Water with her aid to the Guardian Tenchi. Three beings inside of a new born baby stood over the temple now as a giant Capricorn of pure water. All anyone could see was a monstrous beast of power.

The small body that his spirit now inhabited felt even stranger than any of the last he shares. Being used to limbs of a least a decades growth for the last half a dozen years had made even the elder man's body seem natural. But this was different.
The bones were so weak and fragile, and the arms could barely move with the raw muscle that they had just birthed. Even so, they were stubby and barely usable for any type of combat. But that was what made this form feel so natural. Because as the infants body was small and delicate, the enormous body of water around it was connected on a much bigger scale. Every molecule of water had transcended into a finger, an eye, a thought. It was the ultimate euphoria for any suiton user, and even though this body was not his own, it somehow felt like home.

From behind the nearly blind eyes, Darasu looked down on the three remaining men. The form that the body of water had taken was that with the upper half of a goat, and the lower abdomen of a sea creature. Large yellow eyes would be seen at the head of this beast that towered before the three generals.

With this incredible power though, the young shinobi was washed over with some strange tranquility. As if the water itself spoke to him through his soul. He had to give these men a chance, at least a small one, to turn and run for their lives. Yes, wrath was restrained at this time, but the actual spirit of water was not so hell bent.

Water was an incredible power. It benefited all men, and allowed them to live. And yet they wasted it. It had the power to create life, or destroy everything known to the conscious mind. And yet humans had treated it as a luxury. How this water spirit was not completely enraged, was unknown to Darasu. But now that he could feel what the true spirit of water knew, and saw, he felt like just a tiny drop in the ocean.

"You can turn away now, run, and forever worship the life that has been given to you. The life you have neglected. You must only remember what I gave you, and swear on your oath that you will never bring suffering to any creature every again. No matter how big, or small." The voice that carried from this large Capricorn was like the sound of waves crashing against a shore, then steaming into a sizzling boil.

"But if you choose to advance, I will offer you no mercy."

These men were generals for a reason. They had honor, and had worked their way in life to gain such a rank. Perhaps if they were to turn and value their lives, they would spread word of the water spirits mercy and power. They would share the beauty of such a mistreated miracle of nature and influence people by the masses to worship and cherish such an element. After all, in a desert, such a thing would rarely go to waste.

The generals looked upon the massive Capricorn as it stood before them, never had they imagined that the beast would be realized because they attacked but here it was. These worshippers of the Guardian Ancient Mother Suna had invoked the spirit of one of her pets. The Maker of the Oases, the water bearer whom could cross the deserts. The generals were a malicious & dedicated lot and though they feared the wrath of their liege lords the Ancients that made war on their fellow humans they could not face the wrath of this beast. The tenchi senshi was a terror on the battlefield but he was simply a human with adaptive powers and skills. The Tenchi could adapt its physical form to withstand nearly anything and survive in any environment but the sacred spirit brought to life through a vessel or a living sacrifice was a monster reborn. They could face the Tenchi and fall in battle one by one, but the Water spirit could simply wash them away all away and bury them beneath water touched sands. The spirit smiled as the remnants of the army not struck down by the Tenchi turned and fled the wrath of the Capricorn Reborn. "Now you have seen, what path do you choose? Choose wisely so that you may honor yourself and your ancestors. Your true test begins once you choose your fate."

The water around his tiny vessel made him feel like a god, but there was no arrogance to come with this feeling of superior being. Instead, he was calmly watching the three remaining men run away as they held onto their lives with terror. This was considered a double edged sword on his own part, because they had two options when they arrived to their commanding faces.

One, they could plead for forgiveness and retell the tale of the horror they witnessed. They would grovel at the feet of their lords and remind them to forever respect the water spirits that had already for so long provided them life. This would cause the temple of water peace and respect from then on, and never again be ignored as a place of equal power that was guarded by mother suna.

Or, two. They could come back with more forces, and attempt again to take what was not theirs. At which time, the water spirit could have settled and have difficult resurfacing.

Their fate was up to them at this point. "Let them go. There is no glory or honor in shooting fish in a barrel."

Time came to a perfect standstill yet Darasu's soul was still awake, still moving, still able. The was an audible clap of thunder as Darasu's spirit touched the heart of the child lost in the forging of a Jinkyou and the heart of the warrior priest reborn as a tenchi, his mind and soul were linked in a different manner than that of a normal being and so as he touched the spirit’s heart he also was infused with its memories. The battle replayed from different yet familiar eyes, dark spite filled eyes. Somehow he was certain that these were the eyes of a child. The babe was aging at an astounding rate, in the span of a few hours it had aged from newborn to a child resembling four years of age. As her mother’s blood dried upon the altar so did she grow full of all the knowledge her mother had possessed and the dark powers her father had sealed into a pact upon the child’s birth. The War priest’s blessing came in the form of a holy taint within his blood as his mother had passed all the energies of her immortal soul into her son with the blessings of Mother Suna along with the blessings of retribution unto her son so that his father would never possess the weapon he sought to create in her womb. Neither child had fully cried or wailed but it was obvious all the knowledge and power was possessed by the female child while the man remained of partially divine blood she was wiped clean by her mother’s blood by the water spirit so that she would remain completely innocent.

The spirit was offering Darasu a path, to become a Tenchi or a Jinkyou or display his own power. So that he might continue the Tests of the Spirits.

The sand that would be drifting with the wind stopped in mid air, and then all else around the spirit stood still. And yet he was still thinking on a higher level than if he was in his own body. Around him, in him, or whatever the hell was going on. He watched the small child grow hair, then the limbs start to slender out and grow. The torso extended, and then the feet flattened out from the tiny little balls of fat that they once were.

He wasn't sure if time was actually accelerating, or if this was a process from the water spirit that caused an age growth so rapidly.

The child was clearly infused with different entities of power. Very powerful forces that swelled within its small bodies, seeming to battle one another for a dominant gene. Whichever of these two became the stronger, and took form to give the child its abilities, in his heart he hoped that what he believed to be a more pure divinity would win.

A flash of recognition sparked in his spirit as the now young girl seemed to look straight at him and Darasu realized for a brief moment he had been looking through and reliving events that had happened to distant ancestors. The girl left him and the spirit smiled as a warm feeling of protection swelled within his body. It started at his heart and made its way to his stomach before overwhelming his limbs as power the likes of which he could only barely imagined swelled within him. It seemed impossible but he was certain he was within his own body but he was no longer alone. He felt powerful, he felt light enough to leap to the clouds yet heavy enough to crush mountain tops. There was a powerful spirit within him now and he could feel different chakra than his own at work. He had been through visions of how one distant ancestor had been infused with a spirit of water. What in the name of Mother Suna had been sealed within him?

The little spirit sat before Darasu, it was a young girl now, with amethyst eyes, it was wrapped in white so pristine that if the sun were to shine upon her clothing all with sight within fifty miles would be temporarily blinded. She looked upon Darasu anew cradling the simple flower as it grew before she looked up and smiled at him. Even though her smile was sad... "You choose well, young one, many would have reached for the power of heavens within their blood to transform into the divine fury of the Tenchi, but you chose to harbor a spirit and protect it from abuse with your own body and your own soul. Why did you make such a choice?"<i></i>

Through transactions of where his spirit dwelled, Darasu finally ended up in his own body. He wasn't sure if it was the fact that he had changed vessels so many times so quickly, or that he hadn't been in his own body recently, but if felt different. Darasu's body was not only more sturdy than it felt before, but it felt almost new. And his chakra was different. Or not his, it was too soon to tell.

The young man now found himself sitting before a young girl, holding the same flower that had blossomed in the desert. She was quite beautiful for her age, and she seemed tender in heart, as if she was sad to have to be there. She asked him a deep question, while he gripped and released his left hand into a fist. His eyes were focused onto a gaze of the sand past his hand, and he was still in a bit of a trance. Like when you walk from a dark area to a well lit one, he was almost blinded by the new spirit within him.

Relieving the tension in his hand, he looked at her while he pondered the question. Locking eyes, he said " The body of the Tenchi felt dark. As if it was relying on a taboo source to gain its extra power. I felt dirty while I was within it. I understand what a blessing it would be to possess that power from the heavens..." He seemed to drift off in thought.

"But the spirit felt real. Truly holy. As if sometime long ago, it had already been apart of me. The connection was much deeper with the spirit, and I felt apart of something more."

That is wonderful news, that you could witness the spirits that are part of your blood and take the knowledge into yourself to call upon them. It may not be possible for you to retain the spirit in your blood, but I am certain that were you to take up the ancient ceremony of spiritual transference that you could place some of the lost power within your spirit into a specially forged weapon." With these thoughts in mind the young girl opened a passage to a forgotten ruin where a forge lay untended yet oddly ever ready. There were bars of odd metal lining the far right wall, a series of blacksmith tools lining the far left wall. The very back wall had a series of weapon molds. It seemed it was time for Darasu to forge his own path.

His arms crossed and his head tilted as he listened to the spirit talk about everything he had just experienced. So this was the story of his ancestors huh? Interesting. His parents always said there was a reason for them returning to this land after they had ran their course in the last country. That would make sense on why everything felt so at home when he was within the bodies of the different vessels, and how he was able to process this so easily. It was his past in retrospect.

The young girl opened a door into a chamber that was revealed as a weapons crafting chamber. There was tools and weapons lying around the chamber, but none of this peaked his interest. On his back, he already had Shimoshikon resting with him.

He drew the large , strangely shaped head cleaver blade and held it out to show the girl the blade. "I was told this was a weapon of my ancestors. It has the abilities to drain chakra, although I have yet to fully master its potential. Getting it was a real pain in the ass" He said, not in vain but in pride as he turned and rotated the blade.

Perhaps this spirit knew more about the blade than he did.

The spirit smiled brightly, "So they did manage to forge the blade that would wield the power within the sacred blood but they neglected to actually empower the blade to wield the spirit that is hidden within your blood. You will need to temper the blade and its core with your own hand, your entire being, and blood directly from your heart in order to properly prepare this blade to transfer the secrets in your blood to it."<i></i> She showed Darasu how to engage the fires of the forge and pulled forth a scroll that told Darasu step by step how to prepare the blade. What she could not tell him was how to place the spirit hidden within his blood within the sword. Only he could truly accomplish that and only in his own way. She hoped she was not allowing someone with such vast potential to destroy themselves by following an ancient ritual.
