While gender may be ambiguous to the pedestrian onlooker, Saburou is a man of twenty years. He comes from a family of Haku, but he himself has never demonstrated the ability to manipulate chakra effectively. He has many of the physical trademarks of a Haku such as a slender frame, narrow eyes and a pleasant yet androgynous face. His long hair is often worn down and he is often seen wearing traditional garb such as kimonos despite the fact that they have been out of fashion or utility for years. [lb][/lb]

Despite having the Haku name, he does not have any known chakra molding abilities. He depends on others to do his fighting for him. While he has a skilled offensive, his defenses lack and therefore he has been considered a low threat target but care in maintaining the element of surprise is paramount.[lb][/lb]

Description of Charges:
Haku Saburou owns a brothel in the Red Light District. While this is a well-known establishment it is also illegal. In the wake of the Cabal attack other matters have been a priority but the morality of the citizens is still a priority. Haku Saburou is 'protected' by clan leaders despite his lacking shinobi skill and therefore cannot be stopped directly through official or legal means. Due to this, similar intended individuals have opened up similar establishments using his name and association to limit what Sunagakure is willing to do... publicly.
