He was a traveler from Sound country last year who died when some of the building collapsed in Sunagakure several months ago. There were over a dozen witnesses to his death and he was pronounced by a veteran medic. The problem is he has been seen traveling around Sunagakure in the dead of night. While it may be nothing more than an urban myth, destruction can be found in his wake, building ablaze and men and women huddled in fear[lb][/lb] Type of Fighter: This is a phantasm, he is not alive. Refer to ghost walker for a series of abilities. The only problem (for Shinto) is the fact that he cannot damage a human directly, he can only cause harm by altering inanimate objects.[lb][/lb] Last Seen: Suna Residences[lb][/lb] Charges: Arson, murder.[lb][/lb] Description of Charges: We do not think the dead can be charged, however they can be destroyed.

This is Considered to be a Self-Modded Solo Mission​ Important: Self-modded missions may be done twice in a week, however the second mission done yields half normal rewards. This is an E Rank Mission, for completing an E Rank Mission you will earn 1,500 Yen. What is the required word count for this mission? This is an E-Rank mission, the word-count requirement is 500 Words. Someone else has already caught this BINGO Book entry, what now? This entry is NOT considered to be a repetitive entry, meaning there is only ONE of him to kill. Once he is killed, there will not be another chance to kill on unless he is 'let' go. You are encouraged to kill him because we have no known way of capturing him (unless you happen to be a Journeyman or know one) but if you do it will still be considered a success.
