Ninpocho Chronicles
Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.
Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.
Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.
The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

There were a few displays in line today and Kami had arrived early. The turquoise gray Arduino sunglasses he wore had been more expensive than the skimpy attires of the girls that sat in front of him and blocked his view with their waving signs and flailing banners. The fighter, Nakamura Vance, waved towards Kami's section of the crowd and the little vision the Hokage had was entirely blocked now by youth and loudness. He shook his head and continued pulling on the thin leather gloves over his hands. Looking to his side he skimmed over a copy of the letter he had sent, this one not to Kira but towards another Leaf Citizen. The second line confirmed that he was on time, albeit a few minutes early, and at the right location. Every other seat in the Fire Stadium looked like it had a clearer view than his own.
Girlishly twirling the crimson strands of his hair, the First CEO of the Konoha Corporation watched as Nakamura Jack made his way into the center of the crowd's attention. The cheers dimmed down, flickered at the sight of this new face that looked closer to a child's than a man's. But the boy's cheeks stuck out and his ears were disfigured into cauliflowers -- signs that perhaps this boy trained harder than Vance. Leaning forward and allowing his elbows onto his knees, the Yamaguchi squinted his eyes to make out something he had not expected. This Jack kid had two different gloves, of two different sizes and curvatures. It was an old-school technique amongst fist-fighters. One hand held the power while the other held the precision.
Perhaps Kira was not read for Jack just yet.
That's when she walked in. Her forearms looked pale and meatless when compared to the boxing brothers. Her ears did not show signs of repeated internal bleeding, and her face hadn't grown sickly and rough. While the rumors about the Tsubasa were not to be taken lightly, she really looked small in comparison to the boy she would be facing.
The first line of the sheet besides him had the name of whoever Kami had sent for. It was an Anbu that wasn't listed on an active mission recently. Something something Mizuki. 'Any minute now. Hope this fight isn't over by then.' Pulling the strap at his wrists, he fastened the leather gloves around his fingers, and saw that they were a lighter brown than he had first thought they would be. When he clenched his fist, they made the familiar squeal along his knuckles. It wasn't very long ago that he was the one wearing fighting gloves. Not very long ago at all.

"Enkou-sensei!" yelled the retired Captain as Hokoshida went for the doctor, but the doctor put up his hand to stop anyone from stopping the fighter. But the hand was less directed towards the Captain, and more towards Kami, who bolted towards Hokoshida while the man was still in the air. Kami had the same annoyed look in his eyes as when the 'announcer' had hijacked the podium and started blabbing. The Hokage stopped dead in his tracks when the doctor told him to. Hokoshida's kick was a rough one, and managed to swing the man's body around and ruffle his combed hair. In a speckle of noise, Enkou's glasses fell to the floor, cracked. But his hand still remained up towards the Anbu Captain and Kami. Lowering himself to pick up his broken glasses, the healer seemed to be wiping some dust off of the lens before turning towards Kira and Hokoshida again. His smile persisted, and the bruise that ran along his cheek seemed to squirm, expand, then disappear.
"You're very strong," he said while placing the glasses back onto his face. Their lenses were no longer cracked, and their frames were no longer bent. The healer of even the inanimate looked as though he had never been attacked. Kami's teeth clenched. Enkou was rumored to have been killed a thousand times in battle - reported dead, dismembered, disintegrated, or even consumed. But the man came back, and no one asked questions. Of course the Yamaguchi had pried a bit deeper than the average man would into such inauspicious things, but not even Kami wanted to know what was really going on. "I guess it goes without saying, one should really be careful of not biting off more than he can chew." Enkou said this while rubbing his cheek. While Kami only suspected it, the Anbu Captain knew that Enkou was not talking about himself. It was not the doctor that was out of his depths.
"Alright, it seems I've managed to get my guest teacher attacked. Class dismissed!" Kami gave a deep and apologetic bow towards those that had bothered to attend for the right reasons. He would hold more of these sessions, and he knew that Enkou and the Captain would not mind attending. He'd have to avoid attracting trouble-makers into the mix. And if he did manage to get a few, he wouldn't let Enkou dictate how they were dealt with. Some times, people needed to be broken, so that they learned to stand straight. "The next seminar will be on countering the opponent. Be safe y'all. And I'm sorry for how things turned out." Another bow here and there came as some of the others began to break into their separate conversations. The Medical students rushed towards Doctor Enkou, who seemed to laugh off their concerns. Only a few of the students showed wariness to a man that had healed faster than it takes for most people to even feel pain. Kami felt this wariness as well.
The Captain walked towards Kami and struck up a conversation about who the fighters were. Kami offered the man a cigarette and he did not refuse. Their talks soon drifted towards the state of the current Anbu. Kami reassured him of Senju Kazuki's capabilities, but as most elderly are, the Captain was skeptical and distrusting of the youth. The Hokage did not reveal what he had seen Kazuki do during the night of the attacks, however. And while the Captain may have heard of it through other means, he showed no signs.
...........................And that's when one Zombie stumbled past the entrance, into Kami's sight. "What the hell is that?" And then another came flying through. Someone was... fighting them? Within no time came the uproar of the can of whoopass that Amatsu had decided to open. Enkou made his way in front of the Medical students, so as to protect them, while the retired Anbu Captain slapped his face with his palm.
"Whose summons are those?"
"No clue. Why's that kid attacking them?"
"No idea."
Kami began walking towards the commotion, the third commotion to take grasp of his small innocent little lesson. Standing between the fighting and the audience, he yelled out to Amatsu. "Oi! Who the hell are you? And why're you fighting these things?" The Yamaguchi CEO was confused, and while he didn't want to rule out the possibility that this was a serious attack, he tended to think that it was just some sort of misunderstanding.

As of this post you traded all your Jutsu for points. It is against the rules to loophole. And quick learners previous ability, Jutsu Talent, being able to automatically master any jutsu you buy. However, as of this post, any and ALL people with said ability from the table -do not- retain any jutsu that they did not normally train. Sorry Kami, but its obvious what happened here. And catering to this when you obviously knew what you were doing does not leave me at all sorrowful on your behalf.
This may be a decision of Council, but I'm laying the rules down. By rules as of the Ultimate battle rule compilation, you do not meet the requirements to be an S rank. [Here] are the rules that we follow for OOC Ranking. The Requirements for D Rank at the most are as follows:

Already contacted. I don't see how offering up my Mastered Jutsu for 1 million Yen, when the policy implemented by Admin took much more away from me (and much less from others), is loopholing. Why on Earth would anyone that's OCRing into Quick Learner opt to keep their Jutsu Mastered, when they can exchange the Mastery for something else and keep the Mastery through Jutsu Talent? That's not loop-holing, that's common sense. I'm placing a placeholder post here, as I'll be pursuing this so that Admin don't settle in on their absurd ruling.

Alright it seems Admin are literally ignoring my plea. Some of us are just really bad at hiding bias. That's fine, life goes on. I'll try to come back to this and get my Jutsu back when I have the time, until then, I'll be continuing my training. To be clear, this isn't late training, I posted training the last 3 weeks, this will now be the fourth.

No insect, falling door, or wild pack of dogs came bursting into the scene. Instead, hailed by the clamoring of metal beneath his feet, Kami took a few steps down. The heap on which he was lying down was only a few feet in front of her, so from where he stood, he had an odd bird's-eye-view of the girl. He held the bottles of beer in his hand, having expected it to be Yukio that had come to join him at this hour of night. Yukio wasn't usually late, but Aiya was likely dragging him along the long route here.
"That'll get stepped on before sunrise," he declared, finally arriving before her. He kept his distance. She was not dressed like someone who should be walking about freely, and that indicated one of two things. She was either mentally unstable, or at least rattled up enough to sneak out of the Hospital. Wait until Mana finds out about this. Kami made sure to watch where he laid his every step, lest there were more flowers strewn across the graveyard for metal. It did provide a contrast to things, and was likely the first plant he had seen in this Junkyard in the last decade. "Pretty little things don't belong in places like these." He was looking at her, his eyes a noncommittal hue of green and gray, when he said that, which might have made it hard to decipher what the indirect subject of his sentence really was. Laying the bottles down besides him, he crouched down with his elbows over her knees, several feet away from where she was. Her face looked familiar, but nowadays, everyone's did.

No insect, falling door, or wild pack of dogs came bursting into the scene. Instead, hailed by the clamoring of metal beneath his feet, Kami took a few steps down. The heap on which he was lying down was only a few feet in front of her, so from where he stood, he had an odd bird's-eye-view of the girl. He held the bottles of beer in his hand, having expected it to be Yukio that had come to join him at this hour of night. Yukio wasn't usually late, but Aiya was likely dragging him along the long route here.
"That'll get stepped on before sunrise," he declared, finally arriving before her. He kept his distance. She was not dressed like someone who should be walking about freely, and that indicated one of two things. She was either mentally unstable, or at least rattled up enough to sneak out of the Hospital. Wait until Mana finds out about this. Kami made sure to watch where he laid his every step, lest there were more flowers strewn across the graveyard for metal. It did provide a contrast to things, and was likely the first plant he had seen in this Junkyard in the last decade. "Pretty little things don't belong in places like these." He was looking at her, his eyes a noncommittal hue of green and gray, when he said that, which might have made it hard to decipher what the indirect subject of his sentence really was. Laying the bottles down besides him, he crouched down with his elbows over her knees, several feet away from where she was. Her face looked familiar, but nowadays, everyone's did.

He gave a short wince when she began speaking with herself. She wasn't very different from Mana, her mind coloring in nonexistent shapes through the empty air. Kami was not quick to call them loonies. But he thought it. And that's what they were. His eyes watched hers, while his hands tilted his bottle of beer to his mouth again. A familiar bitterness played along his tongue and it made his wince deepen. Her clothes corroborated the shallow story he had crafted about her and gave some validity a rough estimation of what he was dealing with. But it wasn't his job to cure this girl, in the same way that it was not his job to make Mana better. Some people just functioned differently, surmised the First Hokage as he watched her narrow the distance between them.
It was in her scooting that he caught sight of the fact that she wore nothing underneath. He took another gulp of the beer.
Fuckin' loonies.
That's when she touched the sides of his face. Instinctively, he tried to pull away, but instead landed on his own ass from his previous crouching position. Now the two of them were seated, one intentionally, the other subject to the defensive twitches that had kept him alive this long. "Call me..." Another sip of the Grendoru West Pale Ale cleared his head. "Kami." It might've been the first time someone had asked him that. Others just went with what they'd been told -- warned -- to call him by others. He smiled at that realization, but it was an empty smile that made it hard for someone to pinpoint the origins. "And what's your name?" He had not asked what she would like to be called. It wasn't in his character to care. And in the soundless silence between his question and her answer, the Hokage watched her eyes. They weren't like the other crazy people he had encountered, but then again, he never could tell what any of them were thinking to begin with.

You're confusing yourself unnecessarily on mere wording. I'm using the points from last week, along with some points for this week, for my class change. Call it a sacrifice, a ritual offering, or a tribute to the damned, but all I'm doing is adding some points from this week to the points I used last week to get the Class Change. I have no idea why you would think those points disappear just because I sacrificed them.

Kami had not seen Senju Hashira in ages, so when he opened the door to the Senju Compound, a wide grin spread along the Hokage's visage. It had indeed been very long, and Kami had indeed grown since they last spoke. Walking in, the door closed behind him with the nervous pat of the knob. Kami was not here for mere formalities. When Hashira and Kami took a seat outside in the gardens, Kami hunched over with his elbows rested on his knees, and gave out a quiet sigh.
"You're here to ask for help with the prophecy."
"Yes." It was not surprise that Hashira should know about it. He was a well-established leader from the older generation of Senju. But perhaps the other Senju knew as well. Maybe this was the long-awaited chink in the permanence of the Yakuza Clan. Or maybe it was just Hashira that knew of it. The Yamaguchi elders would be furious if they knew Kami had come here. It was a sign of weakness to ask for help. But as Kami toyed with the small golden key in his hand, he wondered if anyone keeps track of the strong and the weak amongst the dead. They all get the same sorts of funerals with the recognizable eulogies and repeatable farewells. "Does anyone..."

And just at the other side of the doors to the Compound, waited Yukio, Kami's bodyguard. They had accompanied him for the last week and it had grown tiring. Neither of them approved of what Kami was doing, but none of them spoke out. Power came with a price, and prices are to be paid.
"I want to cash in my favor, Hashira-dono."
"Eh...? He hehe... you're just like your father. Never forgetting a debt!" Hashira placed his hand playfully on Kami's shoulder, though the both of them were not laughing on the inside. The two of them now contemplated. Hashira's gave Kami's shoulder another pat, this one more permanent, and then released him. "Tell me son, what did you want?"
