Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The growing shine of the twilighting moon would hover slight on the southwest would glimmer down on the battered blonde as he seemed to trudge through the village. It'd been some months. . . six to be exact. He left on a mission with some of his other fellow mednin, but there were a few mishaps. Baba Yega, notable Medic of the hidden leaf, had just come back form an expedition with his comrades and it... didnt go well. Leaving with four others, and coming back alone. It woud stir some commotion with the higher ups. He was questioned by Tamashii behind the scened upon reentry, this was done outside of the ANBU jurisdiction. Though it was done without ANBU's notifications. Using Baba as a... notable medic keeping his eyes on the inside of the other branches. So he'd have this looked over marking it down as a Samurai attack. Which would tie into his holding of the Samurai Prisoner, essentially brushing it under the rug.

So, there Baba was, He cleaned his body up quickly getting back into the street because if his letter was sent correctly, his best friend would be on her way to their designated point. The only person whose heart he didnt want to take out of their chest, Akumi, or Cherry-bomb as he called her, would be meeting him at the pub. He wanted to... watch some people. The pestilence in his heart wanted nothing more than to watch the village of fire burn in it. However, this wasnt something he wanted to get Akumi involved in... Right? Who knew at this point... He'd kept quiet. Watching, Making sure he covered his tracks as he went along. Though, the time would come when he would have to leave this place, because the heat of the ANBU force would be high on his trail. Though, that wouldnt be for anytime soon...

Ideally, as he made his way though the village, people might be able to feel his chakra Small but menacing, he wasnt one to flex his powers... but what they could feel was his suppression of it. He was always training his mind, always trying to better his abilities. "Oioi, Two Pork Buns and Two servings of... Mitarashi Dango.", smiling at the pub tender, sitting at the bar waiting for her to show, he let his golden locks drop over his face, allowing his features to be hidden from those around him. Blending in with the others at the bar but ensuring that he kept her seat open to his right.

It had been a while since Akumi had a chance to take the night off, she had been researching some new jutsu... New art forms, and the small book she had taken from her brother. Course she had her fair share of paper work for the Main branch. Though Lately, she had not done much to further her position in the branch. She was more interested in furthering her own skills, then a title. Soon she would have what she wanted, hopefully at least.

For now, Akumi had to meet her friend who had just got back from a long mission. He had sent her a letter, telling her to meet him at the pub. This would be a great time to talk to her closest friend, She called him Tango. No particular reason, other than she liked calling him that, the first time she did, it just stuck. Since then she has not been able to call him by anything else. She considered him Beautiful, despite having no special attributes physically. She knew he was strong, though it had been a while, he had probably had only gotten stronger since then.

Arriving at the pub, Akumi walked through the doors and glanced around. It was easy to pick her as a shinobi from the crowd. The way she dressed, and she had the smell of ash. Her dress hid the bottom of her face with a tall neck. Despite her mouth being hidden, she grinned when she spotted Tango. Her eyes showed it all, her happiness to see her dearest friend.

Akumi walked over and took the seat right next to Tango. After getting comfortable, she looked at him and smiled."Long time no see, Tango. Was your mission good?" Akumi said in a cheerful tone. She had not heard what happened on the mission yet, though she did hear that he was the only one that made it back. But she wasn't sure, as she would rather hear it from the source than to assume rumors are true.

Festering within the minds eye, Baba found himself as the tender left him in the abyss of this crowded plain. He sought to gather himsef as the things in his mind continued to bring him into his internal darkness. Something that kept bringing him back to his childhood... over and over he would be ravaged at the hands of the doctors. All standing around him, hovering over his body... because of his disease he could do things, attach himself to things that normal humans could not. From birth he coped with such things, and when those damned scientists and doctors began working on his body. They began chipping away at the boy who was only trying to be a boy. To have fun with others, to enjoy the company of his comrades in the eyes of his village. He wasnt very well known because he was always told to keep a low profile. Not to use too much chakra because his body would begin threading itself again at the hands of the darkness that he'd been born from. It was when he was a kid when he first met Akumi, he felt... like a kid. Not like some science experiment for the village. Not like he was some idiot who didnt think he was a monster... but Akumi didnt see him like that. She... was like him in many ways. Always trying to grow more powerful. Trying to just have a good time... with her clay molding hand mouths he saw he to be alot like him. And in her heart she held the same... darkness. Or rather, an inkling to want to know what dwelled within it. How he could control it himself. How he could manage to manipulate it... and get himself away from this place that only seemed to want to harness his powers for others... for the sake of just doing such things. Something that Baba would never understand, was why? Why to such a small child did they have to prick and pin him. Testing their theories of his immortality.

There was a moment when Baba was twelve, he knew this place cared not for him... As the doctors would begin giving him... the hearts of weak and ill inmates who were to be put to death.... It caused Baba to shake... tremble... he couldnt help it... and his thread like tendrils would begin protruding from his wrists until he heard the voice that kept his sanity in check... ". . .Er. . . It twas, quite the trip. Three of those doctors were with me, but they were unable to return..." chuckling menacingly to her he would finally bring his eyes up to her amethyst orbs. Gorgeous. She was delicate. Sweet. Succulent. Like a Cherry. Though, he'd never be able to confess that to her... not now... not here... He did show a heightened feel of affection towards the woman. He saw her as someone who was above the rest. Something about her... kept his mind in check. He knew he could ravage her. Kill her. Take her heart. And go upon the grandest rampage the shinobi world had yet to ever see... but what fun would that be without the smartest girl he'd met? So, as the bar tender would come back with the food for Akumi and Himself, he would continue.

"Hm... I didnt get you a drink... I didnt know what you were drinking these days anyways..." nodding once more before handing the bar tender a gold coin, "How is that... busy bee of a brother or yours doing?, though Baba didnt feel like he liked Tamashii at all... even though he helped him on the side, he still didnt treat his sister like she was more than just another shinobi. He wasnt around for her, and for that it didnt matter what Tama did for Baba, he would never forgive such a negligent act towards someone Baba respected...

Akumi Noticed Baba was a little distracted, just for a moment though. But soon after she spoke he hoped back to reality. She wouldn't question what he was thinking about, it probably wasn't something she would be able to understand easily anyway, well who knows.

Akumi had a curious look about his answer, it seemed he lost some people on the mission. One thing she liked about him, is she didn't have to act like she cared about losing someone on a mission. Only people she cared about was her brother, one Uchiha, and Tango. There were a few people that peeked her interests, but none she could really call her friends. "Oh that's too bad." She stated simply with a smile, she wondered if he enjoyed his trip, with the way he chuckled, it sure sounded like it.

"As long as you came back safely, I am happy." Akumi commented, she could care less about some no names. She probably did not know these doctors anyway. After what he has been through, she understood why they didn't return. She knew in the back of her head that it probably wasn't an accident either. For his sake, she wouldn't say a thing or ask about it in such a public place. Who knows, maybe an ANBU was spying on them after all this village loved hunting down anyone that had a bit of darkness inside them. Luckily for her, she has done a great job hiding her dark secret, her book of scripters, and her study of Jashin. Her brother hasn't confronted her about it, maybe he doesn't know and she is doing a great job at hiding it, or he knows and is hoping she'll choose the "right path".

As the food was set down, Akumi grinned at Baba. "Thanks, Tango, You know exactly what I wanted." She said with an excited comment. She understood why he didn't order a drink for her, she didn't exactly have a favorite, nor did she ever order the same drink twice in a row. Sometimes she just didn't want a drink. But today was special, her best friend was back in town, so she wanted to celebrate. "It's fine, let's have some wine" She stated, she liked wine for its high class, taste, and the art form in which it's made. It takes years to get a great tasting wine. But she would not argue if Tango wanted to drink something else. She was no stranger to Alcohol, she liked drinking on special occasions, despite herself being a year too young. She looked old enough at least, the last few years she had matured. She was still on the short side, unfortunately, but went she sat down, it didn't make much of a difference.

As Tango asked about her brother, Akumi, looked away, "He's busy, as Usual. This village doesn't have enough man power, He is too busy baby sitting the Hokage." She stated in an unenthusiastic tone of voice. She loved her brother, he has been her parental figure for the last three years, and she was thankful that she was out of her old home. But this isn't what she had in mind when getting out. "I haven't seen him for a while." She said, then she looked at Tango with a smile. "On the bright side I get the entire clan house to myself almost all the time." She stated with a grin. For someone who had a darkness inside her, she was optimistic and cheerful. Maybe it was an act, or maybe she was just able to do both. Most people would just call that insanity.

It didnt bother him, but he knew she knew what was going on in his head. Those memories, those things and the days among days that he'd gone through hellish pain and suffering. Sometimes he wished he could just end it all, be at peace... but those memories didnt fade. They were like nightmares that reminded him how horrible of a Monster he was to his core. Those doctors... confused and changed the ideals of those people who 'raised him' though he could barely say that, because they gave him up to the doctors to work on him thinking he was some sort of sickly monster of a child. Days would linger on as he went through all of that... "Ah, You know nothing can really harm me... aside from your bombs..." noting that he felt that she could be the only one that could take his life if need be. She could make an explosion so grand that it would break down his body from the molecular level... Or so he would think up in his many ideas. He fought alongside her a few times, enough to know her ability to explode her way out of a hard situation.

"Heh, I try to pay attention... Kekehehe.", talking about the food as it was set before them, though he tilted his head, maybe she was trying to loosen up. The Idea about wine would make him think a bit more on the lines that she was trying to actually enjoy his company? Was he mistaken? He remembered reading over some details where there were an infux of people from stone and other regions of the world. Even Cloud. There were definitely some more intriguing people than he... Maybe even some people who were more sane than he... but their darkness brought one another together. Especially with the idea of the scriptures that Akumi read potentially adding to the power she had now. "Hm, Wine sounds fine... To start off... hehe, Gotta EASE into the hard stuff eh? If anything we can move this to... The Hot Spring, after we eat no?", nodding he would begin picking up a pork bun and biting down into the succulent juices of the well cooked pork meat within the soft breading that covered it. It was almost as if his body lit up and straightened up to the delectable food itself.

"Ooooh~ Mustah put dah Biiiiiig toe in this batch eh Bar Keep!?", he'd say with his mouth full of food before gulping it down and nodding again. "While ya at it... Mind if we could get a bottle of some of your best wine before we go out to the Hot springs... I'm a payin Shinobi.", speaking of which Baba wasnt poor... he saved all of his money from every mission he did, only living off basic needs killing most of what he ate and cooking himself. So he could spend funds on weapons he liked to use but he always made sure he had money for Akumi if she wanted to do something... He didnt like her opening her wallet for anything when they went out to eat or something. The BarTender would walk to the back and bring out three bottles, "Which one would you like, sir?", nodding he would look back to Akumi, "Ya can pick out whatcha want...", he'd pick up the conversation after she picked the wine she wanted... Chardonnay, White Zinfandel, And a Nice Dark Bottled Merlot.

Akumi grinned at his comment, she even let out a little giggle. She believed him, but maybe even he could survive her blasts, she wouldn't want to test that theory out though. Who knows, maybe her bombs were the only way to take him out, but she'd like to think of her Tango as indestructible. She could do a lot with her explosions, to making colors in the sky, all the way to flatting a city if she had a good roll. She liked to think that she was the best, but even she knew she was far from perfect. Not yet anyway. She would have the day when she would be perfect in every way.

For now, Akumi picked up she would begin eating her food. She undid a few buttons on her clothing so her top would no longer cover her mouth, it'd make it easier to eat after all. She then picked up a Dango stick and took a bite. She hummed at the taste, and she smiled. She always enjoyed eating Dangos, it was a for sure way to brighten her day. She was glad he paid attention to what she liked, made him even more worth keeping around. "Good." She stated to him with a nod.

When Baba mentioned the Hot springs, she blinked and looked at him. She Agreed on the alcohol part, but she wondered why he chooses the hot springs. She didn't object though, she didn't go there much, and it would be fun to relax in hot water. "I Don't mind going to the Hot springs, It would be fun." She nodded to him. It was better than going home to sleep off the alcohol after all.

Akumi tilted her head when he said something about a big toe? She wasn't sure if she should make a comment or not, a toe in food didn't sound appetizing. But at the same time, maybe she misheard him, his mouth was full after all. Soon he asked the man to bring his best wine, as long as he was paying she didn't complain. She really didn't spend much money since her older brother bought her whatever she needed, well food wise, clothing, and ninja supplies were all on her. She didn't spend much either way. So she had plenty saved up.

"Ooh" Akumi tuned as she looked over the bottles, she pointed to the Merlot, the nice red wine. Most would say the red wine was the romantic kind, she just like red wine better than white wine. After the Ber keep poured the wine, Akumi picked up her glass and took a sip. The Alcohol burned her throat, but she shook it off. The taste other wise was quite pleasing. Having a drink also made it easier for her to chow down on her food. She would take a sip soon after each swallow. Without her top cover her face, it was easy to tell her emotions. Maybe she wore it that way to make it easier to hide her emotions.

The choice had been made and he was certain that this would be an interesting night. A perfect way to bring in the moment of him returning to the village only to have a nice night of wine and other booze he'd introduce later in the hot springs with his favorite human. Nodding once more he found himself looking to the bartender as he took the bottle before speaking out again, "Also, give me ya bes' Vodka. Or Cherry Rum. I pay top dollah." though it would seem that Baba was a bit loopy already but his psyche was drunk in the moment. He was.. beginning to have fun. Laying a pouch of gold coins out he would nod, "Keep tha change bud.", nodding again he would take the bottles and glasses in hand, with the help of some clones and such, and would begin to the confines of a local spring room that was locked away mostly for shinobi to use because they were stressed from their workings. It didnt at all matter though because as soon as he walked in the pouch he'd given the barkeep had vanished into a poof which left an 'I Owe U' letter with a smiley face on it.

At any pace, setting the drinks and glasses down Baba found himself looking to Cherry Bomb and nodding, "Well... Imma change..." he didnt expect her to do the same since she had her own lady parts but it was a different type of atmosphere, so who knew... Taking his leave he'd find himself stripping completely down and forgetting he didnt bring clothes for such an occasion, so he'd let it be... shaking his head and attempting to cover himself from her as he lowered himself to the bottom under the thick fog from the sauna like steam the springs gave off, to slink into the pool of warmth without her noticing until he popped his now wet hair up with a coy like grin and smile. Though she would be able to notice, all the stitches he had on his body, as well as his newer tattoos, scars and such from his own masochistic therapy. "So Cherry-bomb... I think we need ta talk... things have changed around here but I believe you might have better insight on things around here especially in regards to ANBU and your brother..." nodding again he would take the wine bottle n hand and attempt to pop the cork. Only to have his face turn red from strain. "HNNNGNGHGHG!" colorful language would follow until he managed to pop it seeing the cork fly towards the door, effectively locking it and them inside for the time being... like a wedge or sorts. Who knew it worked that way, huh? Shinobi Magic I say!

Akumi felt a buzz from the first two glasses of wine. It'd take her a few more drinks to get her drunk, but it seemed like Tango was already drunk, despite his lack of drinking. At least he was happy, or at least she took it that way. Either way, the way he was talking made her giggle a bit. "More drinks for the road ey?" She stated. She was surprised that he gave a huge pouch of coins to the barkeep too, but knowing him it probably was not what it seemed. She simply smirked and walked out with her friend. She followed him to the hot springs.

Akumi had not been here since the last time, with Hakuren. She wondered if her brother ever found out about his secret, she doubted it, though she was not sure back then, she was sure now. She saw it after all. It had been a while since she had heard from her brother's 'girlfriend'. Getting into the room, Akumi shrugged those thoughts to the side. It was night time, and nobody was there. So she wouldn't find any dead bodies floating in the water this time. Hopefully not.

When Tango said he was going to change, she blinked, realizing she had nothing to wear, and she really did not want to be wearing wet underwear for the rest of the night. "I don't have a swimsuit." She stated, and turned her back to him. Well, it wouldn't be the first time she would be naked in front of another. "Oh well." She sighed, then she stripped, she really did not care, she only cared about not getting her clothes wet. By the time she was undressed, Tango was already in the water. Akumi walked over and slipped into the water. She let out a sigh as she allowed her shoulders to go under the water. If Tango looked while she was getting in, he'd notice her only tattoo, a curse seal, on her lower back. She had a few minor burn scars, but most of the serious ones had already faded away, well at least to the point that they were unnoticeable. It showed it had been a really long time since she's had an accident.

Akui looked at Tango and saw several stitches, scars, and tattoos. "Nice new tattoos." She commented, she liked tattoos, despite her lack of them.

The tone turned serious as Tango spoke about how things were around the village. She probably knew as much as him, She tried staying away from the Anbu. THough She knew her brother was, or is in the Anbu, they probably had been watching the house and keeping an eye on her. Possibly, but the village was barely functional as is. "Things around here are starting to look grim... I have heard rumors, but nothing for sure. Things definitely don't feel right." Akumi said, she didn't want to mention the rumors about people being targeted for having monstrous abilities. One could say she could become a target for her Bloodline. She already knew the village had done terrible things to Tango.

Akumi watched Tango try to open the wine, the cork popped and hit the lock, effectively locking the door. "Nice shot." She stated with a grin.

This was all seemingly a good idea.... Baba was quite pleased with himself on the notion that Akumi was having a good time on her own, let alone with him. She seemed to be chilled down for the political humbug. That jargon was some of the juicy stuff that you didnt hear as an underling. More of being an assumed Combat Medic Muscle was Baba. They sent him on some impossible mortal missions, under the table stuff... especially with his ability to manipulate his bone structure unlike most people. His Cells could splice themselves enough to make his skin like threads. Through much experimentation and maturation Baba found himself to be something of super Human. Though he was born with the ailments that seemed to keep his body from degrading. His body seemed to get stronger the more he was able to absorb chakra from outside his natural chakra source. It kept his body intact functioning better than it probably should. Though that was though days and months of bodily tampering by Konoha's dark scientists that worked underground even during the invasion of the Samurai, Baba lived in Konoha during most of the invasion until they were forced out as well.

"Heh, you know I like the Ink... on my body...", though snapping back into attention he would see Akumi's Tattoo... which made him nose bleed slightly. Though, he watched her... intently... as she stripped... it enticed his senses, even made the water around him seem cool in comparison to his body temperature. He loved how her body seemed to flow... Sleek and slender but toned in all the right places. He tried as he might not to stare, but for the brief moment he couldnt help himself. It was the first time he got the chance to see her in such a fashion, "...Aye... Sorry to get so serious, hehe... but whats the news? And whats the move...?", nodding he would await that answer but while she thought about it he took a glass pouring wine for her and himself before laying back and thinking about what needed to be done...

Flashes going back through his mind to the ideas that those doctors would want to come back to find him. More experimentation to develop a way to recreate the cells in his body to become something that they could use for others to regenerate limbs and such... even internal organs. They called him a monster... even his parents seemed to have a wavering opinion of him. Trying to keep their distance while not wanting to create a reason for him to outright kill them as they slept at night. Baba would try to be normal... but over the years, he realized he wasnt. And it was AKumi that showed him, being different wasnt so bad. So what he had a disease that seemed to be more of a super power than a hindrance. Sure he was poked and prodded and people tried for years to figure out the mystery to his genes. It was all a culmination of a point that he would try to be the best partner he could be for Akumi. So he could spend the rest of her days here with him... to protect her was a goal and a privilege. Though, even with the abilities to detach his body from itself or even tighten his bone structure, he was still a human. Born into this world, like many before him, he just wanted to be liked by Cherry-bomb. That was all that mattered in the end...

Akumi didn't notice him looking, or didn't care. Her body was a piece of art after all, and she could say the same for his. He turned his body into a canvas, while she tried to keep her body clean, and scar free. Her tattoo served her a greater purpose though she that was her only exception. She smirked at his first comment, she probably had told him a thousand times how much she liked his tattoos, scars, all of it. It was beautiful to her, true art.

Akumi pondered their next move as she took a drink. He'd probably be all for what she had in mind. "Someone new is leading the main branch don't know him nor do I care too. I am sure my brother would have been a much better choice but he was basically demoted to the Hokage's side kick." She explained, she didn't like it one bit. The rumors flying around were not all to good, and she no longer had the passion for this village like she once had. "After what they did to you, and what is going on in the background, I don't trust these people anymore. When I was a child, first coming here, I didn't have much of a choice, but I was passionate because, and for my brother, but now... I'm starting to think its time to leave." She explained to him, she knew he'd understand, and would go with her.

There was a stirring in the room. Locked away, and their words... silent as they were in close quarters to one another. This was something that people would love to have been a fly on the wall for. Such things were seemingly wonderful to even think about, especially for Baba, he wanted nothing more than to leave this place... but e stayed because it would mean he would leave the best friend he'd ever had. Though, with her confirmation it made him visibly pop up, his eyes perked up and lighting up like he'd gotten his first ever birthday gift. "Well, there is alot that goes into that... It would be easy enough to just leave... but the plan for it has to be solid. Then again, aside from you and your brother, I have no one here that I'm actively encouraged to fear..", nodding though back tracking to the earlier comment she made, it would make him think... if they would demote Tamashii, what would happen to the infrastructure of the village. He'd seemingly been moved around alot... It wasnt smart to continue moving a man who only seemed to have the village's heart at mind.

"Also... What about your brother? I know you would want to tell him... but maybe we would have to wait, and leave then send notice...? I dont know.. but thats more of your track... ", thinking to himself again Baba would tap his chin, taking another sip of his wine, "I'm down. This is just too good to pass up... but I want to make sure we are covering our basis before we make a move like this.", nodding off again he would begin calculating in his mind different scenarios... maybe even thinking about different escape routes to get what they wanted out of the situation. He wanted to keep Akumi safe, so he would nod again. "Well? Whats the first move we make to have freedom?", thinking still she would be able to see the gears in his head moving on turbo. he was quite ready to get away from these people and this place... maybe a long revenge story. Who knew in all honesty? It didnt matter... He just knew this would likely be his last chance to get away from this... and to start his own path of darkness elsewhere... who knew where it would take him...

He was quite ready....

Akumi nodded, she knew he'd be all for it, it was perfect. The running water, and their soft mumbles, Akumi was talking quietly, was even sitting close enough for only Tango to hear. She was obviously paranoid of people listening in, it was only natural. With her knowledge of her brothers past dark deeds, and people looking for any way to raise to the top, even exposing secrets, she had to play it safe.

As for her brother, she shrugged. He was a goody two shoe who'd try to stop her, or talk her out of what she had in mind. "I'll send a note, but he'll try to stop us before hand if he finds out. Also, my plans for what comes next are... well it won't make people happy. My brother is on a righteous path now, trying to do good, in the end, its pointless." She stated, yes it was pointless to her, all of it. Good people died young, she'd rather do what she wanted than live a good boring life.

"After we leave, I want to head to Iwagakure, a family reunion is in store." Akumi said softly if he looked at her eyes, they turned cold at the mention of family. The kind of eyes, and aura that told the tale of someone looking to kill. "I need to gain the eyes of God in order to follow my path to true perfection, so a sacrifice is needed." She told him, though she, of course, didn't mean him. She needed him, he was a medic, a skilled shinobi who would follow her till the ends of the earth, he would be her ticket out. And he could help her further achieve her goals.

Another good point. Though there was something that was bothering him... going back on his thoughts, he remembered something that happened during his mission, he needed to remind himself so he could tell AKumi, a man... Three eye'd mask met him shortly after he'd disposed of the doctors and began wandering around crater city going through the forest area to the Valley of the End. Something symbolic to many shinobi of Leaf. Though before he made his way there, he was met with a mysterious man. This man changed alot about the psyche of Baba, but not before the battle he had with the man. This battle was greater than anything than he'd had before... Though he could not be killed by the man... it seemed like the man he fought did not tire. He didnt pant. Was he too immortal? Baba had limitations to his chakra, without his chakra he would tire and pass out. He would not die, but he would have a hard time...

Over and over, Baba would try as he might... would not be able to overcome the behemoth of a man, though that was a story he would tell in depth when he met the man again, "I think I have an Idea..." nodding as he would lean in closer, almost touching her but he had to be completely sure that no one could hear them, "I know a man... That might be able to help us leave... I think he might be the key to us leaving with a better chance of getting out without being recognized.", nodding again he would go on to continue telling her about him, "This man... He wore a mask with three eye holes on it. He bested me in a fight... and even at the end of it he was unwavered as if he could continue going even further and harder than our bout... The man said he wished to start a revolution, to create a world free of war mongering men, and over destructive people.", pausing he would lean in closer continuing his story.

"A world free of the clutches from Shinobi. He said, 'Shinobi cause most of the issues that we men face. Too many times has the great shinobi nations stomped on others to retain their tradition or protect their culture while jeopardizing others they constantly breed killing machines who operate unchecked. . . Or over ambitious men and women who seek to micro manage the lives of people, but there is no way to dismantle a monarchy of power and discrimination without stepping into their realm. In order to beat monsters you must embrace yourself as one. In order to conquer the conquerors you must be more fierce. In order to destroy the great shinobi nations and their amassing power, in order to create a free world the shinobi must no longer be in control.' After he'd beaten me... He'd said these things, he'd show his prowess over all the shinobi arts or the ones that I'd seen. It was crazy. . . but I believe him. If we go through with this, we could act with this man... He could help us.", nodding again he would tap his chin leaning back and drinking a bit more wine and rum.

This was going to be a close call... but... He'd follow Akumi it was up to her now....

Akumi listened to Tango, about this man. She was not sure at first, but as she listened to him explain what he said, it sounded like he'd be perfect. A man who was strong, and saw the wrongs that were going on. Akumi didn't care about the village anymore, she didn't really care to correct the wrongs either, but she would never admit it, at least not to anyone she didn't one hundred percent trust. So Tango probably already knew her feelings.

Akumi nodded to Tango, she watched him pull back after he was done explaining. "Alright, he sounds like he would be a good asset in helping out with our escape. I trust your word about him." She explained with a nod, she then took a swing of whiskey, she was surprised at herself, doing something so bold. But the alcohol help wash he worries away. She just needed to be prepared, also secrecy was most important. All it took was one slip of the mouth to get people to hunt them and watch their every move for a chance to attack them. Yes even reading notes would get them to jump to conclusions and stalk them. That's how most people worked around here, and after reading some of Tamashii's ANBU notes, it made it much clearer that she'd have to pretend that nothing was up.

"Is there any way we can track this guy?" Akumi asked him. She picked her hands out of the water and leaned on the edge. Her mouths were getting water in them, it was starting to bother her a bit, so she'd have to keep them out of the water for a little bit. It wasn't often she had her hands in water, besides washing them and taking showers. She guessed Tango already knew why she put her hands up on the ledge, she liked that he didn' mind her mouths on her hands. Other people who have found out about them looked at her with disgust, unnatural. True there were a few that didn't care, but usually, those people were ones who also were considered monsters.

Akumi knew after this, she'd have to start packing a bag. Course she'd have to leave a lot behind, she'd be able to replace some of her items at least.

Indeed it would seem that the course of action would be to leave asap. "Well then If things get hasty when we're leaving... I'll be ready in a few days time.", nodding he still had to collect things and get things ready for the moments to come. This was something that he was sure they would have a bit of trouble with. However, when they were working together he didnt have a problem with anything. Especially when planning out the strategy they would need to take upon leaving this wretched place. Baba would not want this to go anyother way than the way they planned it to go. So with a knock back of the wine, he would nod once more, looking over to Akumi... his eyes beginning to dim and waver. His eyes glazed a bit as he tried to form coherent thoughts. It seemed that this would be the day that he would have to go about sleeping off the alcohol... because the only thing he was thinking about after a few long moments of silence was Akumi's body...

"Ah...", looking her up and down for a moment, "I..uh... I think I... not ready to think tew mawch about leavin..", like a ton of bricks he was hit with the ale and wine and rum. He didnt know that he was this much of a lightweight so soon... but it'd been quite some time since he'd drank to his hearts content like he was... however, "I beli...believe.. you're the cutest thing I've ever seen cherry-bomb....", nodding he would look to Akumi once more before shaking his head.

"Should I leave...?"

Akumi nodded to Tango's statement. She fully expected things to get hairy. It would be wise to be prepared, and ready. She would be, she couldn't risk it. She took a sip of... what did she have in her hands now? She couldn't remember. She had some wine earlier but she had been sipping from it, and some how it turned into rum. Cherry rum. She did not remember when she started drinking this, she just shrugged and sipped out of it.

Akumi was not a light weight, but the heat from the bath helped keep her from getting drunk too fast. But it was hitting her, the lack of getting drunk faster made her drink more than she realized, or was used to. At least she was with someone she trusted, he was crazy, but she knew he'd never harm her, or take advantage of her. At least she hoped not. She was staring at Tango, not really realizing it because she was thinking. She would have to do things she has never done before, she would have to grow up a little. She needed to achieve her goals, and it'd be easy with a follower like Tango around, he was a friend, but also a major asset to her.

Akumi didn't realize Tango was looking at her body until his voice snapped her out of thought. he looked down as soon as she realized he was staring at her, in a perverted way no less. She wasn't sure how to think of that, but her face did go visibly red from his comment. She looked away quickly and turned her back to him. Now wasn't the time to be fantasizing, one of her major flaws was getting too excited over boys. Even when she knew it was not the proper time. "A-ah, thank you for the compliment... I didn't expect that from you Tango..." She commented, being obviously shy, and red from her cheeks to the tips of her ears.

Akumi turned to look at him when he asked if he should leave. She wondered what made him want to leave so suddenly. "You don't have to leave... I mean... uh- we both arrre kindaa drunk..." She stated, and slurred her words slightly, she was not sure what exactly her point was. She really couldn't think very well either... Maybe it was best if they both go home and sleep it off...

In that moment he would just stare at her... looking her up and down, "Aye aye aye... I'vvvv, felt like dat for a long tiem. I... will do anyhing... far juu... Oki?", nodding he would lay his head back before looking up and nodding his head, moving his body into a motion towards the door. This was something weird, but he would manage his notion as he felt the low chakra registry coming towards the door... seemingly leaning in and listening. Baba smirked as he needed a heart for the mission to come so with a moment he would manage himself to think a bit on the horrid thoughts running through his head... Pain... Pestilence... Poisonous aura would run out of Baba for a moment as his golden chakra hue would begin to show coming forth from his body... under the water... as he'd twist his head peering as he would eye it like a snake in the grass... Releasing a tendril he would finely motion to Akumi to stay put as he'd dislodge the cork from the door allowing the door to swing open and the Bartender to fall forward with a stumble within an instant Baba would find himself releasing a mass of his tendrils before he would jolt them all into the man's chest as well as stretching his free hand to close and lock the door again...

What followed would be Akumi seeing Baba's Powers first hand... The sounds of the man's chest plate being ripped apart... as bones would crackle and split apart but the man could not make a moan nor sound as his throat and voice box had already been smashed into pieces. Blood running down the mouth of the man... he couldnt move nor even breath... but he was alive enough to watch. And boy did he watch, his eyes widened in horror as he watched Baba rip his heart from his chest... only for his eyes to slowly grow dim and lifeless as Baba would continue to devours his body whole. And with this Baba's chakra would seemingly grow... as his power pulsed in their small space enough for Akumi to feel it. He'd turn back to Akumi, "We'll need to leave... soon." nodding again he seemingly would sober up a bit before reaching his hand out for Akumi as he'd ready himself to leave... He needed to get rid of the man's body or... What remained of it.

So he'd use his power of bone manipulation to strap and chain him to the bottom of the pool allowing his body to decompose without the smell being hidden in the heat of the sauna and springs. ". . .After you?"

Akumi smiled at Tango, he was drunk, but his words were most likely true. She was not sure how to reply other than with a smile, and a nod. She was holding back, she was drunk, and wanted to wait. She had things to do, plus she was drunk, and he was too so she didn't want to act on whims. Right now she was trying to focus on the goal at hand, getting out alive.

Soon Akumi would look at Tango, the air seems to stiffen almost as a hunter locked onto its target. Akumi would watch Tango, notion towards the door. There was someone there, but Tango was much better at sensing chakra than she was. it was one of many things that made him a great companion.

Soon enough Tango went for the kill, well for the guy behind the door. Akumi had to admire Tango's style, he was upfront and personal with his victims, it was gory. Once Tango was done with the man, he took his heart. Akumi could feel the surge of his chakra, so with each heart, he became more powerful. It was beautiful. "What a show you put on." She commented with a smile. Most people would probably be discussed in such a gory act. Maybe she would be too if she didn't know Tango like she did.

Akumi took Tango's hand and got out of the water, though she was tempted to reject the offer, the taste of blood was not her cup of tea after all. If he had blood on his hands after that mess that is, she wouldn't be surprised if he did. Once she was out of the water she grabbed her clothing and got dressed.

Akumi watched Tango as he cleaned the 'mess', soon he was done. Didn't take him long to find a place for what was left of the body. Well hidden. "Lettuce be off then." She commented before exiting out of the door before him. Tonight would be a well remembered night for her.
