Description: A common style of hand positioning used by Hyuuga, the forward arm extends ahead of Torachi whilst her fingers point toward her target since her weapons purpose is to hit them precisely and sharply with the tips of her fingers. The pose is often called the cobra because of the looks, speed and deadliness a single strike can visit upon someone.
Damage Type: Unarmed - May use handseals
Accuracy Modifier: +2
Damage Modifier: -10%

But you can keep them there because they are approved aside from one issue. But first the official approvals!

Now for the one clarification. Shinobi 101 has changed since before (I'm not sure if you are aware since you came back from inactivity only a short while ago) and now works in that you may choose one sub-type and use it with a different accuracy (Ex: I have Tomo use Lightning Jutsu with Ranged Accuracy). Your class has you with High Melee accuracy, with the others in Mid and Low, so unless you want to do worse in a fight by making it use a different accuracy, you might want to rethink it. What you would want to do is either choose a Genjutsu type or Ninjutsu type and use it with your Melee Accuracy. (Perhaps Fire since you're majoring in it? Or maybe a certain Genjutsu type if you decide to get one, because it's in Low?) When you've made a decision, just repost with your desire. (Formatted something like "Shinobi 101 - Using Fire with Melee Accuracy")

[Note: If what you were wanting was the old version of being able to use two different weapon types together (like Unarmed and Piercing), you would have to buy the Trick Weapon augment and place it on a weapon (or all your weapons)]
