Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Prerequisite: C Rank

Rank 1: Cast @ -2 Gen DC. Deals 220 Illusionary damage to one target. Target cannot remove or change their weapons. There is an 18% chance the target attacks themselves with their equipped weapon for every action they make.
Master: Cast @ -2 Gen DC. Deals 275 Illusionary damage to one target. Target cannot remove or change their weapons. There is a 21% chance the target attacks themselves with their equipped weapon for every action they make.

Special Action - Sepuku: By paying an additional 20% of the cost, the 21/28% chance to attack themselves can be changed to a 21/28% chance to Called Shot heart themselves.

Note:
- Upon using Sepuku, if the target commits sepuku, their attacks return to standard attacks on themselves.
- Every action has a chance for the target to automatically attack themselves with their currently equipped weapon. The target's buffs and augments are included.
- May only attack themselves 3 times per round.
- May be maintained up to 30 seconds.

Master Cost: 410 CP to initiate, 205 CP per round maintained

A gruesome genjutsu technique which causes a target to suddenly feel as if one of their limbs were smashed and broken instantly, causing great pain to the victim. A powerful technique, though this can only be performed on one limb at once..

Prerequisite: C Rank

Rank 1: Cast at -2 Gen DC dealing 330 per round. User picks one limb on the target, that limb's called shot level increases +1 for the duration of this genjutsu.
Master: Cast at -2 Gen DC dealing 410 per round. User picks one limb on the target, that limb's called shot level is increased to "Broken" for the duration of this genjutsu.

Special Action - Phantom Pain: For +20% CP cost, the Called Shot Status of the jutsu may persist for an additional 20 seconds after the jutsu expires.

Note:
- Once this jutsu is over, the target reverts back to the Called Shot level they were at prior to this technique.
- Cannot Target the Heart
- Phantom Pain persists even if this technique is Canceled.
- This technique may be maintained for up to 30 seconds.

Rank 1 Cost: 330 CP to initiate, 165 CP per round maintained.
Master Cost: 410 CP to initiate, 205 CP per round maintained.

Rank 1: Cast at -1 DC 285 Illusionary damage per round. The jutsu's user gains +1 Crit against this target. The target has a +5% chance to be auto-hit by the jutsu's user.
Master: Cast at normal DC 375 Illusionary damage per round. The jutsu's user gains +1 Crit against this target. The target has a +10% chance to be auto-hit by the jutsu's user.


Special Action - Harder!: For +20% CP cost, the target has an 18%/21% chance step in front of an attack made by the jutsu's user if they are targeting another target.

Note:
- Effects of the special action Harder! may only take place once per round.
- This Jutsu's effect is only between the user of the jutsu and the target.
- Lasts for 30 seconds.

Rank 1 Cost: 300 CP to initiate, 150 CP to maintain.
Master Cost: 375 CP to initiate, 190 CP to maintain.

Rank 1/2: Cast at normal DC dealing 300/375 Damage per round. The Target suffers -1/-2 Accuracy and Dodge when attacking with or defending against a Weapon Sub-Type of the user's choice. The target also has a 18%/21% chance to auto-fail matching Taijutsu Subtype techniques.

Special Action - Short Circuit: By spending +20% CP cost, the target is given a Gen check. If the target fails the check their are considered disarmed of their weapon.

  • The special action may only be used once per round.
  • This technique may be maintained for up to 20 seconds
