It is unlikely that she is a fighter but she does appear to be naturally skilled in manipulating ice. It is theorized that this is in part why she streaks (she is too warm).

This morning. She is usually found running through the streets lacking clothes somewhere but she is too fast for the average civilian to catch.

Not know as a violent offender of any sort, Mai simply cannot keep her clothes on. She has been found multiple times in the past running through the streets with barely a stitch of cloth. Please just make the young woman cover up, we have children on these streets.
Akamaro walked down the street glancing into his hands at the mission he had received. He was excited to finally have his first mission. Now the boy could prove himself worthy to the Academy and all of Suna. Akamaro also battled butterflies in his stomach. On one hand he was nervous for his first mission, but mostly he was nervous because of who he was chasing... A streaker named Mai. Akamaro looked at the photo of the girl he was chasing. She's seems to love taking her clothes off... Akamaro was a young boy after all so to chase a girl who likes the get naked... well it made Akamaro a bit flustered. Making his way down the street Akamaro was sure to keep his eyes peeled for any signs on the girl. One of the reports was made by a local shop keeper who Akamaro figured he could ask for advice on where to start looking. The boy made his way to the owner of a restaurant. This was one of the people who complained about Mai's weird habits. "Excuse me, Sir. I'm looking for this woman." Akamaro held up a picture of Mai. "I believe you've complained about her lack of wearing clothing?" The man was sweeping the front of his restaurant and nodded. "Ah yes, Mai." He said while still sweeping. "She is constantly running around here without any clothes. Normally I wouldn't mind looking at a young lady without her clothes on but she's scaring away my customers!" He shook his head. "It doesn't even seem like a prank... she just doesn't wear clothes." Akamaro laughed, a little bit of red color coming to his face as the older man talked about the naked woman. "Have you seen her today? I'm looking for a lead so I can catch her and have her answer for her streaking." The restaurant owner shook his head. "Haven't seen her yet today. But she comes around this area at some point just about every day. I'll tell you what, I'll cook you up something nice at half off and you can wait for her here." Akamaro considered the offer. He had no other leads really and eating some food and resting seemed like a better alternative to walking around aimlessly all day. So he agreed. "That sounds good, thank you sir."
A little over an hour had passed and Akamaro was playing with the last bit of food on his plate. He was starting to wonder if he should start walking around looking for the girl. Besides what kind of Shinobi just relaxes at a restaurant waiting for his target? Just as the boy called over the owner to pay he saw something outside the shop. A pale skinned woman made her way down the street. Every person she passed turned their heads to stare. Why were they staring? This woman was wearing a light, thin, white top which barely covered her chest and absolutely nothing below her waist. Looking at the girl and then to his mission Akamaro noted the similarities. Short, check. Long teal hair. Check. No clothes... CHECK. Scrambling to get up Akamaro's heart began to race. This is it. I found her! That's Mai!</I><i></i> Akamaro put a little money on the table and waved to the restaurant owner. "Thank you Sir!" The man waved back. "Make sure you get that girl to wear some damn clothes!" The shop owner yelled back to the boy. But the man had yelled too loud. Mai stopped walking and looked at the shop owner and then gazed at Akamaro. The boy stood frozen as the two locked eyes. Finally he mustered up something to say. "H-Hey! You need to come with me Mai. You're wanted for streaking!" For a moment time stood still for Akamaro as he waited for her response. Mai simply giggled and smiled. She gave Akamaro a wave and with that she bolted off running. Shoot! Now I have to chase her! Akamaro quickly sprinted as fast as he could after the half naked girl.
Weaving their way through the streets and alleyways Akamaro made sure to keep close to the girl. The boy found it hard to think as he chased Mai. After all he was staring directly at her bare butt the entire chase. Think, think. I need to do something to catch her.<i></i> A few ideas ran through his head but he finally stuck with one. Hopefully it would work as he planned. Akamaro quickly performed a few hand signs and then concentrated his chakra to his palm. Moisture filled his hand and then quickly Akamaro released his chakra shooting a stream of water at the girl in front of him. The girl was soaked now and Akamaro smiled as he watched the girl begin to slip as she ran. The plan was working. She would fall soon and Akamaro could easily apprehend her. But just as she began to slip Akamaro watched as the water started to glisten more than usual. <I>The water... it's... it's freezing! Akamaro cursed at himself. He had forgotten her ability at manipulating ice! The water froze beneath Mai's feet and Akamaro watched as she held a pose and simply slid away from Akamaro. Not only that... but as the water froze so too did her now soaked shirt. Within seconds the white shirt cracked and broke off of her body. Now Mai wasn't simply half naked... she was completely naked! Akamaro slid and stumbled on the now icy ground. No more messing around... Time to act like shinobi!
Focusing his chakra to his feet Akamaro was able to steady himself as he ran across the ice. The boy then jumped high into the air attempting to leap over Mai. As he flew over the naked girl he performed some new hand signs. Inhaling deeply Akamaro focused his chakra in his lungs and then released a mist that covered the area making it hard to see. As Akamaro landed he grabbed a towel that was drying off on a nearby clothesline and then grabbed the entire clothesline itself. Lunging forward Akamaro wrapped the towel around the girl and then secured her arms in with the clothesline. Akamaro noticed something as he tied the clothesline. The girl was hardly moving. Not only that but the mist that had previously made it hard to see was now a light snow fall. Mai and Akamaro stood in the glistening snow with Akamaros arms around the girl as he finished tying off the clothesline. "This snow... so beautiful... so... COLD!" Akamaro could see Mai seemed to be excited. The boy then noticed just how warm Mai's body was. The mission report was right... she seems to do this because she's simply warm... Akamaro finished tying the knot and looked to the older girl. She smiled down at him. "You know little one... we're a really good match me and you. You could help me stay cold anytime you want." She giggled and smiled at Akamaro. The boy now noticed Mai wasn't the only warm one. Akamaro felt intense heat rush to his face as it turned a bright cherry red from blushing. "I... we... you... I need to bring you in." Akamaro held Mai's hands together tightly to make sure the clothesline would hold.
He blushed and smiled triumphantly as he made his way to turn Mai in. Akamaro had completed his first ever mission for Sunagakure. Not only that but... Akamaro just may have gotten his first crush as well!
