While Jinzo had managed to reserve room in the Academy for a place to train and hone his cooking skills, the boy found himself musing over the upcoming shinobi exam that he had now found himself contemplating about. There, dressed in his chef whites and cooking utensils in hand, he found the simple act of prepping his station to be something that he just couldn't quite manage at the moment. Was he scared? No. Did he believe that he couldn't do it? No. While there were naturally many questions that came to the forefront of his mind about what he could do, what truly had him stumped was the fact that the exam wouldn't be one that he'd most likely be able to take on his own. Like so many before him and no doubt that would come after him, he was now a full fledged member of the Konoha shinobi force. Gone were the days at the academy when he could go about his whims without a care in the world as to if his actions would harm others or at some point, cause them to not achieve their goals. That being the case, the biggest thing that Jinzo now found himself thinking about was the fact that he had a newfound responsibility thrust upon him and it was a responsibility that he would take quite seriously. Prepping, he would get his equipment and his wares ready, because he had to be ready for anything and everything if it meant that the village of Konoha and its safety were on the line.
