Introduction
With the recent formal removal of the Merchant Class from the Noble and Lesser Courts of Sunagakure, the village's social and political identity now rests entirely with its Shinobi Clans. To reflect this shift in both governance and daily life, the village has established dedicated Clan Districts within the existing Residential Zones—one for each official clan, dynamically added or retired as the official clan list evolves.
These districts are not intended to grant sovereignty, privileges, or authority. Rather, they function as cultural and communal anchors, giving each clan a defined space to express traditions, internal dynamics, and relationships with other clans. By providing player-led ownership of these forum spaces, we invite the community to shape and evolve the village's story organically.
This system encourages immersive, ongoing roleplay, makes each clan's presence tangible, and ensures that as new members join or clans grow in prominence, their stories have a home that grows with them. Clan Districts give players safe, coherent spaces to RP their heritage and relationships, fostering continuity, engagement, and investment in the village's ever-changing history.
