Doi was also able to attend various different battle oriented classes during this time; doing so to prepare for his Chūnin examination. Through trial and error - as well as with the experience he'd earned from all these missions and classes - Doi was able to come up with ways to improve his overall efficiency in battle. The addition of Shakoo's power only served to further augment the teen's physical and Ninjutsu capabilities.
