Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The echoing sound of his classroom door sliding open only stirred some emotions and a chill from deep within'. The room itself well generally well-kept by maintenance, but the lofted dust that lifted from some of the hidden areas suggested his time away had an impact on the care of the room. Drawing a smile on his face, a step forth into the room and closing the door behind him.
Taking a moment to capture his moment of return, teacher's notebook tucked underneath his armpit and his attire suggestive of a Chūnin. Of course, there was pride buried somewhere in the laid-back man's heart, but he would never dare show it. Not without great reason.

Approaching his pedestal, chair and desk he gently tossed the notebook towards the pedestal's top- It missed, and found he would leave the notebook on the floor where it awkwardly 'thumped'. After-all there were no students here yet. When they did arrive the last minute tidyings would occur.
He had ultimately arrived earlier than usual, even for him. Hours before in-fact, he wanted to re-read the documentation that detailed things that a student should be getting taught; it wasn't foreign to him. Things he had only recently experienced himself and a lot of it was common sense that was buried into his mind from his youth. Such is a shinobi way, they live, think and breathe the words, actions and thoughts of their mentors in some way shape or another. He was no exception.
Sometime had passed, an hour perhaps as he had prior retrieved his notebook and started jotting down notes. So his notebook only really had a few points, but it helped him keep his mind on the subject so he wasn't a complete train-wreck for the kids, after-all- He was here due to 'Punk-Ass' and her insistence. Beyond that, he never suspected he would have taught... Perhaps she saw something he didn't.
Either way, he tapped the eraser end of his pencil against the notebook, his eyes eventually drifted to the windows of the room; the sun was peeking through the mountains and into the room. He knew morning for the real-people of the world had started, or was about too. He figured he would be seeing students if any were actually assigned to him in the next hour or two.

"Here's to hoping I'm ready neh-- Bloody Yuii making me do this."

Akio was on his morning jog as was his routine at this point in his life, he was racing to the highest point he could find in order to catch an eye full of the sunrise. The soft chirp of birds waking up for a day full of hunting and foraging, a soft mist was upon the air as Akio continued his jog.

“This should clear up in no time.” He said to himself as he let out a small chuckle as he reached his destination and climbed up the side with much haste as the sun began to breach the horizon spreading its warming light upon the village in the clouds. The boy was so happy to see the sight as it was a good omen as he saw it that the start of his new year at the academy would be a good one. Running back home in full sprint the boy planned to shower and change into something more fitting for the classroom.

“Bye mom and dad! I love you!” He shouted gleefully but his words fell on deaf ears as no one was there to receive his cheerful speech. His parents were always quite busy with the life of a ninja that he rarely got to see them but that didn’t shake his belief that they loved him dearly. Since his mother always made it a point to leave a homemade lunch for the lad in the fridge just for him. He made it a point to get the meal and make haste for the academy.

Arriving at his class he barged in the door and looked around to notice the classroom was completely void of any other students and the only occupant was the sensei for today’s lesson. ‘Maybe I’m early, no I was so sure I was running late. I wonder where everyone is?’ Akio thought to himself as he slowly stepped into the classroom weary that it was some sort of trap.

The Anbu Trainee was dressed normally, he could be distinguished as a Genin in today's attire. He the boy had grown some, physically and mentally. Although, he was still ball of raw energy, ready to explode with emotion and passion. There was a fire in his pale white hues.

The boy was walking casually through the inner village, greeting those he knew and those he did not. He was heading to the Academy Pagoda, a place he would always come. Here was his place of study, Shouyu spent many minutes glued to several books gaining knowledge. He also had a near death experience in this said area.

He walked up the set of stairs, into the hallways. He heard of a class, and he never put these things beyond him to learn from anyone. He figured, why not? Hoshi walked into the classroom to find Akio, and an instructor he never met before, so he grinned lightly. He could only wonder what was to come, and the surprised intrigued him. He would take a seat and greet everyone, introducing himself to the new instructor.

"Hey Akio! It's good to see you in classes! Keep it up!"

Shouyu would turn his head to the instructor.

"Hoshi Shouyu, pleased to have this class with you Sensei!"

Shouyu would sit upright, hands crossed, not really saying much, or even showing too much facial expression rather than a light smile.

As the hands on the clock ticked away, the pitter of steps inevitably came into ear-shot, his attention gently drifted to the door. All the while, he was resting his head atop a hand, in which itself rested by the elbow on the desk. His free hand still wielded a pencil and plopped the eraser end on the notebook present afore him, repeatedly. It was rather obnoxious; which eventually as time passed came into sync with the hand on the clock. It helped him focus, sadly.

When the door swung open to reveal Goku-Junior (Akio), the pencil stopped atop the notebook and didn't continue tapping. His spent a solid moment just watching Akio as he appeared confused by the significant lack of students present. Reality given, he was somewhat early. But Shieo also had figured underlying everything, that the class was going to be relatively small from his time away from the Academy. After he let the scene sink a bit into the young-boys mind he spoke aloud. Giving a suggestive hint of his sort of character, as Shieo was rather drawl, monotone and carried little inflection to suggest how he felt or was thinking. "While you daze, perhaps a seat may help you focus... I suspect this will be a smaller class today, so huzzah to you." He spent a few minutes tidying up his mess of a desk and stood up, tossing the pencil in the air and catching it while he waited. Whistling a weird tune.

His attention was once more drawn by a somewhat older pupil that walked in, one with peculiar eyes. While not entirely foreign to the teacher, it wasn't commonplace either.

"Hoshi Shouyu, pleased to have this class with you Sensei!"

Arching a brow, he'd have a book held in one hand opened and notes jotted about on it. "Greetings Hoshi-kun, seems we'll be having a smaller session today.." As he made the claim he had glanced ever so slightly upwards to see the clock, affirming his decision. From here the two could fairly easily discern that Shieo wasn't fully there his eyes were half-lidded and he carried himself with some slack in everything he did. "My name is Shieo, I'll be the instructor for today's lesson. Which may not come as traditional in comparison to other learning material." He had sniffed, wandering over to the door and slid it shut. Wandering with a casual stride to the front of the class. "No harm though, less students more room to practice I s'pose." He then with his free hand pointed downwards. As if suggesting them to look down. "Below you, under your seats will be supplies. These will be necessary for a lab today, something along the lines of sabotage. Or playful experimentation." The lot would find that there was an assortment of otherwise miscellaneous things; other things questionably found in an Academy. Namely things like rubber, metallic canisters, fuses, jelly, fuel and other oddities.

Closing the book in hand and tucking it underneath his armpit. He blinked for the first time during the whole speech. "Questions before we get started?"

Sensei introduced himself as, Shieo, definitely a new face for the young 11 year old boy. Sensei seemed rather casual, calm in his physical and speaking demeanor. Hoshi nodded, usually he was accustomed to smaller classes, so he did not mind at all. Shieo spoke of supplies underneath the desk, of which Hoshi immediately reacted to and snatched up, bringing to him atop his learning center. Shieo walked to the door while Shouyu rummaged through the items perplexed. He spoke of a playful experiment of which, caused Shouyu to think this lesson could be more than interesting.

Although the items the young boy would find would confuse him, leaving him wandering what could they possibly do with these given materials. Shieo sensei closed his book, tucking it, and asked if they were any questions. He could Shouyu lowering his head, stiffening his lips on the left side, brows furrowing together in thought. He would give a solid look at Shieo, then back at his materials, over to Akio all within a quick few seconds. Shouyu exhaled, straightened up and spoke.

"Well, Sensei, what exactly are we doing here? Not that I am questioning any methods, but, I'm just confused on what has been given to me."

The kid spoke sincerely, he wasn't too much of handy kid, so the items given truly discombobulated the child and it could be most prevalent through his facial expressions at the bag and to Shieo. He wondered if Akio had any knowledge of these items so he would look his way and then back at the teacher, before reclining a slight bit within his seat.

Akio listened into what the sensei had to say as he bowed before he introduced himself to his new sensei. Hoping that this would be one of the last times he would have to study under someone before reaching the status of genin finally.

“Hello sir, my name is Hiroshi Akio and it is my pleasure to be under your tutelage today.” He said happily as he rose from the bow and walked over towards his seat. It hadn’t been a few minutes before the silence was broken once more by the arrival of Hoshi. This was followed up by the sensei giving himself a proper introduction before introducing them to the subject of their first lesson together. Having gone through the academy multiple times and failing each and every time the boy was no longer surprised by what he could be tasked with, at least that is how he felt. Little did he know that the subject of the lesson would be quite explosive.

“Sensei what does any of this stuff have to do with our lesson?” He questioned as he looked towards the young man that was his sensei. ‘Is he planning for us to make something out of this stuff? I figured as a first time lesson we would have been doing something simple like thrown shuriken.’ Akio thought to himself as he turned towards Hoshi he seemed to also be in a stupor over what their task was to be. To be fair though not knowing what exactly was being asked made him quite excited seeing as he was about to learn something new instead of do a review on something he had been taught many times before.
