Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Hoshi walked towards what she presumed to be the 'gate' area for Kumo, and waited for Hanako to follow as well, while waiting for someone to let the two in, once Hanako arrived. She was fairly curious as to what people from cloud were like and wanted to experience what the culture was like as well. Smirking, she waited a bit with her arms crossed, and her passport in hand, which was the same one she had gotten back when she was a Jounin, before her demotion, which hadn't been updated to her new ranking. "Well, I guess I have finally have some sort of vacation for a while. Until this mission's done anyway. When this is all done, I just may be able to have my vacation after all."<i></i> She said, with a slight sigh before coughing a bit, in which she would soon regain her composure.

Hanako followed by the mednin escortee in tow. She was in a hurry to Catch up with Hoshi and get to whatever sort of gates this village might have, in fact as she started to make her way through the first part of the Dragon tooth path, as it seemed to be the only plausible way up the mountain, she was in awe as to how cool the architecture was and she couldn't help but wonder just how a village could have such wonderful things compared to Kirigakure only being noted for well its misty regions. Finally she was at what looked like it might be the gates in question but she wasn't really sure as she had never been here before. "Are.....are.....we In the right place?" Hanako asked Hoshi.

Karurosu gaped at the massive rock formations on either side of them. The geographic phenomena was nothing of the likes the Isaki was familiar with from the islands of Kirigakure -- or anything in Water country, for that matter! It seemed kind of embarrassing, this child-like emotions he had been showing ever since he had entered this new country. It was his first time out of the country; all of these experiences were new for him. The wonder and surprise was completely genuine for him.

Now that the three -- four, considering that insentient bull of a man that Hanako had been dragging around since they exited the Caverns of Kirigakure -- they could finally hand off these papers and do their business in the country. It shouldn't take too long, so Daiki would soon be promoted once again and the three would have new experiences to learn from.

"Its as good as any, I'd presume," the Isaki would speculate. He wasn't entirely sure, himself. If it wasn't then, still -- if the village was anything like their own -- someone should eventually come during one of their scans of the area. Would they, given how the rocks would prevent most from entering, anyways? It wouldn't be the first time a civilization slacked on security due to natural defenses, and it likely wouldn't be the last. Either way, if they waited enough, they'd either learn this was the wrong area or someone would come.

"Is there anyone there?" he'd shout out, his voice echoing off of the rocks. Would anyone hear?

On soft winds, a sand clone appeared before them, slowly turning into something of a convincing copy of myself.

"Passports, reason for coming to kumo, and length of visit." I said in a somewhat monotonous tone. Gate duty had been somewhat dull lately, at least after the years of service I had put into it.

I had pretty much seen it all, even the hoshikage had come to visit me once. Well not personally, but you get the point. Three rather timid looking visitors didn't seem like they were going to be overly fun.

"Oh, and any other documentation that may help speed this process along would be helpful." I added, as I always have.

Hoshi looked behind her as she saw Hanako soon arrive behind her and soon coughed before yawning slightly and hearing her speak. "Yeah, I'm pretty sure we're in the right spot."<i></i> She said, before seeing Karu soon in tow. "Yeah, it's as good as any. And I'd presume there is someone here."<i></i> She said, as she noticed a clone appear near them which would spoke.

"My passport. We're here to escort Mist's Medical Sennin here, and I'm to deliver two letters to two of your Shinobi, one of which is the Raikage. And I'm not sure how long it would be, it depends fully on how long I can deliver these letters and until Karurosu decides he wants to head home."<i></i> She said, noticing that it wasn't someone who was fully actually there.

She didn't really have any other documentation other than her passport which noted that her name was Daiki Koji and she was Jounin, in which she knew it hadn't been updated but she knew it had to be done. She didn't wanna speak for the other two, but she knew they could speak for themselves soon enough anyway.

”Al, ka ol zhah'na ussta d'anthe lotha dalninuk, doer ulu kyorl uns'aa?”

It was said he had a knack for appearing when it would be either the most convenient for himself or inconvenient for those he showed himself to. Which one this would be remained to be seen yet, but the man who stepped through the gates behind Zaku was none other than the older sibling of the mentioned medical sennin. His staff would tip-tap on the ground as he moved, and his black robes trimmed in silver would brush the ground behind him. Those golden eyes would be well familiar to two of the people present in the group, and yet most likely his appearance would elicit completely different emotions in each of them.

The last he had seen Hoshi was when he had demoted her for testing his patience and power. There was no good blood between them, indeed from the offset it had been a rough thing; the second Mizukage found her to be a malconent with no good sides. She responded to orders from above as if they were suggestions, and she was as subordinate as anyone he'd ever met. Hoshikata could normally put up with anyone to get his way, but the times he had come close to slapping this woman were equal to the times he had met her before now.

Karurosu, meanwhile, was the younger sibling who had grown up in Hoshikata's shadow. And Hoshikata knew that his brother would be far from happy to see him, though he doubted he would be upset or angry about it. Karu was been ignored by their parents and tortured by Hoshikata, but this had done nothing more than make the boy grow up strong. He had been strong enough not to follow the clan when they left Mist, and that was something they would need to speak about indeed.

He did not know their escort, but he remembered the man letting them in well enough. ”Good sir, I present Isaki Karurosu, cousin to your own Isaki Kushin, Mednin Sennin of Kirigakure and heir to the Isaki clan behind myself. I can vouch for his identity, as well as that of the vision of elg`caress who is speaking.” He wouldn't bother translating the word, let her think what she would, and the look he gave his sibling would curdle milk, letting him know to say nothing of it for now.

Letters, she said. Hoshikata would be interested in these letters, but he doubted Masa would be so foolish as to send them in common. Likely in Mizu or whatever language these barbarians spoke in this land. His eyes roam over the group for a moment, his face a mask of nothingness for the nonce. He needed to speak with one of them, indeed. And he doubted the second of this group would let him do so alone.

”Karu, rena dos kyorl whol l'ventash'ma d'nindolen etulas, udos ssrig'luin ulu telanth.”

Hanako quickly pulled out the piece of paper that had been presented to her before leaving. "Ummm I was told this would suffice" she said slowly holding up the paper to let the guy look at it hoping that the man Rozan had not messed up anything that would keep her from getting into the village. Suddenly behind the guy in front of them she saw another person appear, though he seemed slightly weird to her and she was sure he was a guy but he seemed to be wearing a females clothes, but as he had said nothing to her or even acknowledge her she decided to say to hell with him and just ignore his presence for the time being.

As the form appeared, the Isaki locked his sight hard onto it. It was the first of the Kumo natives -- or whom one could presume to be, it could have been anyone, really -- the Sennin's guard and he had met on their relatively short journey. His demands for the information seemed basic protocol; they were questions he had asked when on gate duty as a medic, before.

"I am Isaki Ka--" the Isaki froze upon hearing the words of the old tongue. Hoshikata. Come to see him? Karurosu could afford to show surprise, or anything, here. Not yet. The Sennin's face would be that of a blank slate, showing what he believed to be apathy, even as Hoshikata called Daiki an elg'caress. "It is as my brother says, I am Isaki Karurosu, Medical Sennin of Kirigakure, and acting as a diplomat for the Mizukage. The two with me are my guard; whatever they might within the country, I will take responsibility for. Our stay should last no longer than three days, unless some situation arises. This was meant to be made as a brief visit. Anything else?" he'd throw the question. Obviously, Karurosu was ready to enter the village and learn some things. If those who left during the exodus came here, what was their purpose taking refuge under the Raikage? Was their allegiance to Kumo or did they remain unbranded by a village now? There were things to discuss.

After addressing the matter, Karurosu's glare would snap back to his brother. The old language only the two of them knew would flow from his tongue. "Ol zhahus ap'za, dalninuk. Usstan zhaunau naut vel'klar dos inbalus zet ulu. Usstan daewl ulu Wuzul klezn xuil dos. Maristo. Vel'klar zhal Usstan thalra dos?" It seemed as though this trip might become a bit more interesting. One would not simply find Hoshikata in the village as a matter of circumstance; no, Hoshikata knew to be here. Whether that was a blessing or a curse for the Karurosu, he wasn't quite so sure.

"Well you two are free to go in." I said after checking their passport lazily. The third one had still not handed his over, simply announced their mission.

"Once you hand me your passport, you can get finished with your job and head on home." I said in a sympathetic manner. Only the best liked the live in Kumogakure. Harsh climate, low atmosphere, and pretty shitty scenery generated the best shinobi in the world. Squishy outsiders didn't know how to make it up here in the north.

But look at me, I'm rambling for word count. Tally ho!

After she had spoken, she had waited for either Hanako, Karurosu, or the man letting them in, to speak. Though what came next was something that wasn't what she expected nor would she particularly liked. She had heard a voice that she wasn't particularly fond of in which she heard him reference. She stopped in which she didn't move a muscle as Hanako had spoken to the man. Karurosu had soon spoken though she didn't focus on what he had said, as well as the man who had arrived to let them in, though all she got was that Karurosu hadn't shown him his passport. "Karurosu, show him your passport and let's get going."<i></i> She said, forcing herself to stay a bit calmer than she would prefer, even if she was having trouble keeping her curse seal from activating to its first stage.

She didn't want to really acknowledge that Hoshikata had arrived and decided not to really interact with him until he had done so with her. Hoshi's black dress had blown throughout a light breeze that passed through the area, also blowing her white hair gently. She had made her sharingan into its Mangekyou form just as a precaution, should Hoshikata try to do something that would need her to react in such a way. She didn't want to fight, especially when she was so close to having Jounin back in her reach after such a delay. Whatever happened next, she would not know, and nor did she want to know, should it involve any violence.

Hanako wasnt completely sure what she should do in this situation, she was already given access to enter the village but it seems that the guy who had appeared was wanting to talk to the person whom they were to be escorting, would the guy try to kill him, would they all end up fighting him to get away, should she go inside and hope for the best?, Hanako wasnt going to take any chances so she wasn't going to go into the village until all three of them were allowed to go in.

Obviously the captain of the gates was somewhat flustered, as he was mentalizing archaic dwarven battle cries. What ho chap! But Hoshikata paid no mind to that as he couldn't read minds. Note to self, read minds. Moving on, however, he would let a smile grow on his face as Karu spoke, and his fingers would tap against the shaft of his weapon as he mulled over the response. Many words were followed by few, it seemed. Finally he shrugs, mentally mind you, and looks his brother in the eyes.

”Gaer zhah natha taur wun l'fle'nruiden d'nindol che'el. Thalra uns'aa gaer, maristo vel'drav l'drathir zhah olath. Sila l'elg'caress. Usstan inbal folbol ulu telanth ulu ilta, jhal dos lu'Usstanz'klaen telanth. “ He finally breaks his eyes away from Karu to look over at Hoshi, the smile widening as he sees her readiness for battle. ”Hoshi, my dear. I extend to you the same invitation as my brother. But do get rid of that silly little mentality of a fight. If I wished to cause you harm, I would not have shown myself before you as I have. I bring no harm to you or your charge.” He looks to the final member of their group and reaches into his robes.

His hand comes out with a peanut-butter and chocolate candy which he tosses to her. ”Greetings, small one. Make sure you keep my brother safe, okay?” He turns on heel and his staff once more tip-taps along the ground as he heads off.

"Certainly," the Isaki would agree, pulling the writ given to him by the one who had just walked off, the former second Mizukage. Hell, Karurosu wasn't sure if it was valid or not anymore, even if it was technically assigned to him by the state. If it wasn't valid, he'd have to improvise, but getting in there was vital, now for even more reasons.

"If there's nothing else, might we be escorted in?"

Hoshi listened to Hoshikata as he spoke, in which she would then wait for Karu to let her know what the hell Hoshikata had said. She would then calm down slightly and deactivate her curse seal and had walked into the village before even speaking again. "Come on Hanako. Karu, we'll wait on you a little farther in."<i></i> She said, before walking in and admiring the whole scene of the general entrance of the village.

With a final check, and nothing what so ever to base this upon, I handed the writ back to the final mist native who needed entrance. "Looks legit. Head on in." I smiled.

Moving back over to the books, I entered the names and general descriptions of those who went inside. "Private Jenkins can escort you." I called after his question, motioning for the young genin at my side to assist them. With a frown, the tiny fish moved to their side and was ready to assist in whatever way possible.

Hanako smiled a little bit as she was handed a peanut butter cup, she didn't trust it enough to eat it, so placing it in her pocket she would walk past... " Wait......this guy has a strange chakra" She shrugged a little bit and continued to walk past. "Ok hurry up and go inside magical Mednin-chan!" Hanako said as she ran inside.
