There was only one good thing that came out of the chakra overflow. It had put her working functions in overtime. This being said, it made her thrusters on her feet go at speeds that she is not even used to. More pieces would fall off of her puppet body as she would soar through the sky.
She took note that there has been a long line of civilians from Leaf Village that are making their way to Crater City. Thank the gods that someone had heard the headset call and acted. The right side of her face, eye too would fall off into the dark abyss below as she would fly, urging her to push the thrusters to the limits to make it to the Tinkerer's Workshop.
There would be the only person that would be able to both save her from this along with a previous ailment that has plagued her more than just this night. Eventually, after what felt like an eternity even with the speeds that she was going, she would crash land right at the door to the Tinkerer's workshop and struggle to get up. Looking down with her one eye, she would see that both legs are now fried and broken beyond any repairs.
Mitsuha would struggle to open the door before she would finally open it and speak. Her voice box being damaged made it hard to speak and came out distorted with much static, "Otami!.... Help!..... No time.... Leaf in.... Need body....."
The red glow that surrounded her dress would dull to grey along with her one working eye. There were still a vast amount of chakra that was still in the puppet body that was still eating away at destroying more and more of her body. The original plan was that they would prepare a body that would take about a month. But only a few weeks have passed since their conversation about it. Otami most likely isn't ready, but there is no time for perfection.
Mitsuha knows very well that rushing something like this could bring complications themselves, no telling what will happen with the new body, but they aren't given the chance to wonder about the consequences of rushing an operation like this. "Hu...y" Dammit, now her voice box is starting to give out. She just hopes that Otami can understand the urgency of what is going on to put two and two together.
