Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The weather condition was favorable, sunny sky, few puffy clouds floating along, the temperature was comfortable enough to wear either a T-shirt or even a thin jacket. The Uchiha was wearing a black short sleeved hoodie unzipped to reveal the solid grey long sleeve shirt he wore underneath. On the back of the hoodie was an enlarged graphic of the Uchiha crest. Going along with the top Arata wore a black pair of shorts with black sandals.

Normally Arata wouldn't be out here however he was on a mission. A rather simple one really, escorting a merchant. While normally this would be more dangerous, the merchant was shipping from kumogakure to one of the small villages on the outskirts. His cargo? A few swords, some basic medicine, a few boxes of clothing, and other random things however he wanted to hire a shinobi just in case something did go wrong, whether violent or some sort of natural disaster sort of problem like a tree falling down into the road and blocking the path.

This made the mission rather low in rank and something within Arata's range to take by himself. The caravan itself was rather small. Two horses pulling two wagons with a man on each horse then two more horses with somebody on each of them that wasn't pulling anything. The trip itself is only supposed to take a few hours so by them setting out in the morning Arata estimated he would make it home by lunch time.

The first hour of the trip was small talk every once in a while but was mainly quiet. Often times Arata caught himself staring at the clouds in a sort of daze until the man who hired him spoke. "So, what brings one of the prestigious Uchiha here to take on such a low rank mission?" Arata kept staring at the clouds for a moment before turning his gaze to the man. "Somebody has to do the small jobs. Besides, I've wanted to get out of the village for a bit anyway. This just gives me an excuse to do so. It's a nice change of scenery I guess."

The man chuckled at his response before tossing Arata a container filled with water. "Here, it's on me. Least I can do for you doing all these odd jobs for me." The boy caught it and eyed it for a moment before putting the container to his lips and taking a drink of it. By odd jobs the man meant Arata loading the wagons with the merchandise, getting the horses ready to go, and just a half hour ago destroying a decent sized rock that had somehow found itself onto the path. It wasn't much but small tasks.

"We should be coming up soon, what was it, Arata right?" He nodded towards the man. "Yeah. Did you want me to unload the wagons for you when we get there as well?" The man thought for a moment before smiling and nodding towards Arata. "Yeah, that'd be nice. After that you'll be good to go. I've asked enough of ya for this trip." Arata nodded once more to the man as he looked ahead of them, buildings coming into view as they soon got closer to them.

Arata stuffed his hands into his pockets as they began passing by buildings. His gaze shifted around and took note of everything in case he would be coming here again in the future. It looked like a rather nice place to hole up, however their destination was the center of the village. This part of the village was hustling and bustling a bit more as this was the center of trade in the village. It ranges from food to clothing to weapons to even jewelry. That explained the wide assortment of merchandise they were delivering.

The wagons stopped by multiple shops where Arata would then unload the proper supplies before going on to the next shop. In only about an hour they were able to completely empty the wagons, thus completing the mission. Arata gave the man a wave before the man spoke once more. "You did a fine job kid, thanks for taking this mission. Next time I have something I'll request you for it. Until next time."

The man dismissed Arata which meant it was time for Arata to leave. He made his way towards the entrance of the village and would merely retrace his steps back towards Kumogakure. This was a rather productive day wasn't it?
