Maru placed a windup key within the back of his head, then he began to wind himself up. Crank. Crank. Crank. Maru had enough energy for today, shuffling from his bed, he walked over his weapons scrolls reaching for his Kawaii puppet’s scroll he grabbed her. Summoning her right infront of him with a pink cloud of smoke and confetti saying her usual line “WELL HELLO THERE HE-HE-HE ARE YOU READY FOR PLAYTIME?” Maru smirked a bit, setting her on the work table he decided that he needed to fix her up a bit. First he took her dress down a bit, removing her chest so he can see the mechanism within her. He removed an old scroll that was supposed to have senbon needles inside, replacing it with a new scroll with fresh needles to attack people with. Next he pulled out the empty propane tank from her core to install a new one within the middle of her chest. Then he took out the other scroll that had millions of gallons of water and placed a new one in its place.
For hours on end Maru tinkered with his beloved puppet Kawaii. Placing a trap here, more weapons there, sharpening a tool there to installing new features that Maru has yet to use in an actual battle but he would save it on a special occasion…. My how he enjoyed his job.
