Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Mei's mad dash around the village took Rina (on foot) and Ashura (by semi-unwilling psudo-flight) in somewhat scattered circles around the village, finally stopping in a relatively unremarkable street populated by many small peddler booths and a few larger buildings. Mei led her party to one of the buildings (and finally released Ashura from his impromptu role as human kite) and with a somewhat over-dramatic flick of the wrist pushed the simple wooden double doors open.

The air of the restaurant was warm, and the unmistakable scent of fresh food filled the air. The interior was rather well kept; the white, painted walls and the wooden flooring seemed almost spotless. An assortment of tables and side-booths allowed for a rather large amount of people to be seated comfortably in the building; more than seemed possible judging from the building's outer appearance. The dining area was rather busy today, but the group still had it's choice of seating despite the crowds.

A smile and a wave was exchanged between Mei and a waitress who was standing by the door. It only took a quick scan for Mei to find a booth that wasn't occupied, she quickly darted over to it and casually flopped into the first available seat before adjusting herself into a slightly more proper sitting position.

Rina followed behind Mei and Ashura, despite having to keep a rather active pace to do so she didn't seem to wear out very much. She was a lot sturdier than she seemed. It helped that Rina had a general idea of where Mei was probably headed, and therefore managed to take a few shortcuts that Mei, in her enthusiasm, had rushed by.

Rina kept quiet as her sister made her usual, mildly over-the-top entrance (it was a somewhat tame day for her, no blaring trumpets or anything like that). The place seemed rather crowded today, but Mei still managed to home in on a seat, and Rina followed close behind.

Oh, now it was time to have some fun.

Rina sat opposite to her sister; a deliberate choice, of course. Ashura would have to choose which sister to sit next to, or else he'd have to ask one of them to move. Rina's face wasn't betraying anything more than a simple, somewhat generic smile. But inside? She was giggling. Ashura had proven quite interesting up to this point, and now she was curious....

... and curiosity plus Rina equals very strange things.

In general, Ashura had racked up plenty of Frequent Flier miles in the village; be they accumulating from his own idiocy, from his sister's mean pitching arm, from his sister's mean golf swing, her mean line drive with a bokken. Being used as a kite though? That was something entirely new, he wasn't sure which way was up or down, but rather he was all around flapping in the backdraft Mei created while dragging him.

Was kinda fun.

The youth was set loose though as they apparently reached their destination and did a sort of spiraling flop that landed him in a tangled heap with a slight grunt. He was glad that he'd landed worse, this was rather comfortable compared to the times he'd taken out trash bins with his FACE! After a moment and the sound of the doors opening and shutting, twice, the eccentric youth hopped up, dusted off his bright outfit, and attempted to power slide in on Rina's heels; though it probably would have been better if the door wasn't already on the way to closing; instead it clipped him and he went through a slightly vertical tumble that spun him on his forehead.

Seemed today was just destined to not go right. Gyahahahaha! Ow.” Peeling his floorburnt forehead off said offending floor, the youth stood up rather creepily, not moving much aside from his torso, creating a wave effect with his entire body. Creep-o-licious.

Disregarding the blatant looks of having something wrong with him, he danced his way over to the sisters, grinning brightly to himself despite being a collection of the day's injuries and noticed something. They were sitting on opposite sides instead of together. It took him a moment, but the he got it! The meaning taking full effect in his brain case and he did what he knew he had to do!

Ashura grabbed a free chair from one of the nearby tables and plopped it at the end of the booth, giving both sisters all of their free space they apparently wanted. The actual meaning behind the sisters sitting separately probably died somewhere inside the space his brain should have been. ”Neat place, come here often or on the occasions when someone jumps off the lift?” Grinning and rocking the chair back and forth rapidly as though it were nearly impossible for him to sit still, his dark onyx eyes flickered between the two of them beaming. So what if the meal was on him? Not that big a deal, it was always more worth while to have cohorts around for antics than to do them alone anyway! Which was probably why he hadn't actually bothered with training...or missions...or silly boring things like that...
