After allowing an extensive amount of time for the group to bond on their own, it was almost time for the teams first training session. Junko had received word that Ikko successfully completed his Genin exam and had been writing better, but Junko would have to see his writing for himself to believe that.
In no time, chuunin exams would be right around the corner and Junko’s team had to be ready. Now that they were all Genin, they were possibly ready for some of Junko’s training sessions. Honestly though, this particular bunch may have been a little soft compared to Junko’s previous students in the past. So, only time would tell if they were truly ready and today they had an opportunity to prove themselves while having some fun.
Being assigned a mission located in the outer village zone of lightning country, it was designed to be their last “easy” going time and proper evaluation before they endured Junko’s training brutality. The team marched through the harsh icy snow, bone freezing winds, and Forestry terrain of lightning Country until they reached their destination.
Coming through a forest, Junko’s team would come to a halt at a running stream that split the area in two. Pulling out the map, Junko studied it for a few moments. ”We’re here.” Junko said folding the crummy thing and putting it away. Looking at his team, Junko rose a brow. ”Have any of you played ninja freeze tag?” Junko asked curiously. Come to think of it, he sort of assumed they did without actually knowing because they were so young and when he was their age he played a lot. It was the best thing to focus on than the hunger that use to fill his belly. ”If not, ill explain things before our opponents arrive. Overall, this would also be a good time to possibly strategize.”
Little did the little ones know, they were being watched. Their agility, teamwork, and shinobi skills would all be analyzed to determine where they were and where they needed to be by the chuunin exams. All critical information Junko needed to know in order to properly prepare them.
