Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Harupia let out a soft sigh, enjoying the hustle and bustle of Soon Haven. A merchant city through and through, perhaps even more busy then before. With the news of the events that transpired within his village reaching ears further into the world, many seemed to be coming to try and gain profit form he situation. Selling material and food to the village, trying to see if anyone was willing to sell valuables...and for some more shady reasons as well. Still, he would worry about that when the time arises. Now he was here on a business matter. He heard word of some mysterious anomalies causing some have through the village. Nothing overtly destructive, but people wanted to get to the bottom of it. And he was willing to help. Right now he was waiting at a designated spot at the market for anyone else who would wish to assist in the investigation. It was an open mission, and given how big the Oasis was, a few extra hands on deck would surely help.

"You do realize how serious this is. People making out in the streets? This is unheard of! Bad for business when everyone is all about make love not war."

"It is exceptional. I will do what I can to figure out what this is all about."</B><i></i>

"Who are you? You never said. You just ... came at summons."

"The Steward of Sungakure."<i></i>

The jaw of the female merchant dropped. Yes. Her call had been answered by the Steward of Sungakure. Sousuke left the woman in her dumbstruck state. That was for the best. Considering how rude she had been to him earlier. With Sousuke was his husky Kitchy and the Lyronress Zero. Presumably with how absent Sousuke had been, the pride of the pack being Maximus had sent his consort to travel with him. Maximus was not going to lose his one and only male rival. The Lyron was far too proud. He would not suffer his rival being defeated by another. Granted from time to time Sousuke and him clashed, it was not a major upset. Maximus didn't listen to Sousuke. Sousuke would then go so far as to ask nicely, and plead, and should Maximus not listen? Maximus found himself being lifted up by the significant smaller life form and put in his place.

The odd trio made their rounds towards the Tear Drop Oasis. The red metallic lion was not in the way of things, but kept things quiet. People seemed to panic when they saw the odd company of a metallic man, a husky, and a metallic lion. The female Lyron let out a low growl as they made their way away from them. It was going to be another day of investigation. With the rumor of pink smoke and odd behavior, the Steward suited up in an emerald green armour. The Mk V he referred to it as. The multi-purpose violent environment suit he referred to it as. Benebeath the helmet, Sousuke grinned as he found a familiar face. "Good to see you old friend."<i></i> He spoke to Haru from a short distance. The jounin was his senior by a few years, and his friendship with him was ... well ... their fathers were friends, and their father's fathers were friends, and so history repeated itself here and now. <B>"Yes. It is very good to see you. Zero this is my good friend Harupia of House Sunaku. You may or may not have met the ... new Kichenzilla. Less metal, more flesh and fur now." The husky kitchy did a sort of doggy cursite, and the female Lyron Zero did nothing but stare at him. So this was one of Sousuke's friends? Neat.

Haru let out a soft sigh, closing his eyes and enjoying the sunlight on his face...it was good to be on the surface after all the choice. And now it seemed they would have to figure out some way to stay on it even sooner...though he wouldn’t be able to appreciate it fully until the village was safely settled in...however that could be achieved. So much work to do. His musing was interrupted as he heard a voice calling out to him...an all to familiar voice. Opening his eyes and turning to the voice, he was greeted by quite the gathering. One large hound and a large lyron...but what was most surprising was the men in the middle. And it wasn’t the fact he was facing a men in emerald armor made of steel.

Sousuke...he went missing during the attack...many things were said. But here he was now, clad in a new suit...of course, it was hard to recognize him from the visage, but he didn’t knew many people who could craft something like this...and the voice was still there. He stared dumbfounded for a few seconds, before finally standing up, embracing the men. It was a firm hold, and somewhat brief, but heartfelt. He pulled back after a second, his hands on the other men’s shoulders as he said "Stew...Sousuke. Your alive...safe and sound before me! And I only learn just now! I should I have found you sooner...But with everything going on...I heard rumors that you...Bah...I’m glad to see you friend" he finally concluded, as he felt his eyes tear up gently. It was mostly due to the surprise and relief. His friend, their leader, was safe and sound after all this. Letting go of him, gently rubbing his eyes he said "And I see you have friends with you. Well met Zero... and It’s good to see you again Kichenzilla. Your new looks suits you well" he conclude, moving his hand to gently run it across the canines fur. last time he saw her she was a machine...and now she was flesh and blood. Amazing...this whole moment just felt surreal for Harupia. But in contrast to many times in the past few days, it was a welcomed oddity.

The hug was ... quite a surprise. He didn't expect it. Sousuke stood there in his armour just ... shocked really. He had been patted on the back, and sometimes knocked over. [color-orange]"Death has not become me yet."[/color] Sousuke paused for a moment. Was Harupia crying a little? His eyes seemed to be leaking, or it seemed to that is. "Locating myself would be a bit difficult. I've been locked out on the surface... until I fought my way back in."<i></i> He paused for a moment. "I trust your parents ... are well?"<i></i> He inquired next. Lord Shiego was his father's good, if not best friend. While Sousuke's parents weren't as familiar with his mother, it would still stand if something had happen to her, it would not be well received.

At the mention of the new suit, Kitchy wagged her tail. Yes. It was different being a canine instead of being made of an oven. Food tasted differently. Drinking water was ... refreshing. Zero merely titled her head from side to side. She was forming an opinion of this 'friend' of Sousuke. Like most human males she had met he was ... not covered in fur, he had a coat that was probably detachable. Kitchy head butted Zero in the leg. The feline didn't seem to notice it until the third one. The canine pointed her paw at Harupia. The feline merely waved her off. Her tail waved slightly.

Sousuke gestured to the tear-drop oasis. "If I were to bet, not that I am a betting man, but you've heard word of the pink gas coming out of the oasis? Secondly, I would suspect you were dispatched to have a look at it?"<i></i> He inquired as he looked to the west. There was a pink haze that hung over the area. It was slightly distressing... and quite the oddity to be hold. "Let's go investigate it, and we'll catch up along the way. I suspect there is a story or two to go over."<i></i>

Haru simply nodded as Sousuke spoke. So he was on the surface...and survived. That was reassuring to some degree. He still wished he could have done more to help him...but he was in good shape now. That’s mattered the most. As he heard the question he said "Yes, yes, they are doing well. Father is exhausted after coordinating the defense of the Ares near our compound, and worrying about my mother vanishing during the whole debacle...but they’re in good health. Not all of our clan had the same luck... Were still trying to ensure which of them are missing and which are...not among us still" he concluded with a sigh. There was still so much to do... but there was much to do in the Oasis as well it seemed.

As Sousuke pointed at it, he nodded saying "Indeed, I've come to investigate that. I was wondering if some other people would join...but I guess we can start scouting ahead can’t we now? he chuckled a bit before continue "There is a lot to catch up on...and maybe we should try and hit a casino sometime? After the last few days, I feel quite lucky to best standing here..." he concluded, ready to take on the mission. And glad he could do it with a friend.

(Exiting along with Sousuke)
