Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

So his scrolls were packed. His shinobi were busy and he'd left someone behind to negotiate the current issue that the medical branch had in Lightning Country. His wishes had been made clear in regards to everything which was happening, but he also had high hopes for the commanders he'd placed amongst the squads. There were many there who he trusted, many who he felt were stronger than they let on, and many who he thought had bright futures.

His passport was signed by himself for himself. He'd entered into the passport office that he was heading to Leaf. He'd informed the Raikage, whether they'd discussed the matter or not that was all he felt the Raikage needed. If the man was busy then Kushin wouldn't disturb him.

There was a man he wanted to speak to in Leaf, and so he would go there to do so.

“You know, I’ve heard of shinobi who go around trying to raise angry armies of the dead to do their bidding. They travel all over the place, ransacking graveyards and battlefields and the like, and all for naught. They don’t realize that all they needed to do was take a shovel and dig right here,” said Takaki Masao as he leaned against the cool stones of the inner arch of the main gates. He inhaled a drag from a cigarette held between his fingers, and slowly exhaled, smoke wafting up to the sky.

“My Gate Captain tells me that you fragged one of your own who was trying to go missing.” said the sennin, as he dropped the smoldering butt of a cigarette to the dusty ground and crushed it with the heel of his leather boot. “He and I know you’re too smart to actually think a fragile little git like that could withstand a full-force sack from the likes of you, so he reported it to the Raikage, as is his duty. There may be repercussions when you get back. Shin-san is like that - always giving the missing nin 'death by lobster dinner,'” he said, sardonically. “Anyway, I can’t officially condone what you did, but I understand. Stay safe."

With that, Masao turned and left Kushin to his own devices.

It was Masao who would meet him at the gate today. He had something to say about raising armies of the dead, Kushin listened, often there was a message behind the message with this man. In this case the message was obvious. Chances were what he was seeking for could be found in Cloud. The issue was that Kushin had been digging here, and he'd found nothing. It was time to seek a new site.

The next message however was more direct. Kushin didn't bat an eyelid at the statement. Kushin shrugged. All I knew was that he was Kitsune's trainee. I've seen shinobi of weaker stature provide greater resistance. If there is something to face when I return I'll face it then. Until I return rest easy knowing there's one less shinobi who might cause issue within the village.

In the end that's what it came down to. Killing the boy in the open, in front of so many was not Kushin's usual style, but in this case he felt that this was the only method, especially with the amount of time Kushin was giving himself in the village.

Walking off the two sennin walked in different directions. Just as they walked different paths, both aware that the others path did not lack its merit.
