His build is lanky yet muscular and he has several notable physical attributes. Among them would be his blue hair, uncommon in this region. The second would be the facial tattoo beneath his eye. Often it is hidden under make-up. His attire is often layers of clothes despite the arid desert climate. It is said that he 'always feels cold' which is the truth, he has a mutation of the Haku gene and because of this he has a difficult time regulating his body temperature. He is considered to be a danger to himself as well as others for as long as he is at large because he robs heat from those around him in order to survive. [lb][/lb] Type of Fighter: A Haku with a chill aura. Wherever he goes ice will precede him. [lb][/lb] Last Seen: Three Weeks Ago [lb][/lb] Charges: Considered to be a risk to himself and others; Involuntary Manslaughter.[lb][/lb] Description of Charges: Born into a branch house of the famed Haku family, he was a talented prodigy in terms of ice manipulation. While not publicly known, it is believed that he was sealed by the main house so that his powers could not be used to eclipse that of the main house. The seal was partially successful, he was incapable of using ice ninjutsu until a few months ago when he froze his girlfriend to death. There was no sign of struggle and it would appear that there was an attempt at resuscitation. We believe that his seal shattered and his mastery over the cold is uncontrollable. He fled the scene but we have seen a few scattered cases of hypothermia in the surface residential area in Sunagakure. We believe that he is hiding there. We would like him taken alive if it is at all possible. We feel that he would be an interesting specimen for study and that his condition is perhaps curable.

This is Considered to be a Self-Modded Solo Mission​ Important: Self-modded missions may be done twice in a week, however the second mission done yields half normal rewards. Players may also perform one mission with 2x the word count in order to gain the rewards of having completed two missions. This mission is considered to be B Rank, so if you are B Rank or above, you may do this mission. What are the rewards for Solo Missions? This is an B Rank Mission, for completing an B Rank Mission you will earn 6,000 Yen. What is the required word count for this mission? This is an B-Rank mission, the word-count requirement is 800 Words. Someone else has already caught this BINGO Book entry, what now? This entry is NOT considered to be a repetitive entry, meaning there is only ONE of him to catch. Once he is caught, there will not be another chance to catch him unless he is 'let' go. He is considered to be dangerous, you may use lethal force on him but if you do you must provide proof of his death to be provided mission rewards. If this entry has been killed or captured, notify a council person so that this entry may be removed and replaced with a new one. I have completed my mission, what now? While you are always welcome to join our community (and we do encourage it), leaving people out of the fun goes against the out of character spirit of this community. You can serve as a mercenary or a helpful foreigner and complete these missions as well, just keep it in character and drop your mission off at the office as listed above but re-linked HERE.
