Ninpocho Chronicles
Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.
Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.
Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.
The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

If you'll take a look at the Weapon Creation Rules you'll see, under "Damage Type" that each damage type has an option of two special effects. For example, unarmed has the options: "May naturally inflict Suppression OR may use Handseals while armed with an Unarmed Weapon."
You need to choose one of these when creating your weapon. Other than that it's correct, so just post a correction and it can be approved.

Psychopaths, Surgeons, Werewolf wannabies...Surgeons...something about these people just draws them to the sight of blood; they can't get enough of it! Someone with this dark skill is able to draw out much more of that precious lifeforce from their targets, almost as if the very blood they seeked was seeking them as well...

Stalker
With peak agility and dexterity, the user is a master in the arts of stealth, whether it be used for assassination of a kage or simply to get a juicy peak inside the female Hot springs. Whichever the goal, one cannot deny the finesse of one able to sneak past Ninjas undetected.

Effect: Once every other round, the user may perform a Sneak Attack without being dropped out of stealth. When making a stealth check, Terrain and Visibility modifiers are treated one level higher in the users favor.
Notes:
- This only applies when the user is making a stealth check; not when they are making an awareness check to detect someone.
- Binds and A-Rank Techniques may not be used with Stalker.

I assume you're trying to learn these abilities. To do so you must write a 100 RP here about how your character learns the skill/ability for each that you want to activate, then have us approve it.
Well this is quite a bloody mess. Haru heard himself say as he examined the heaping pile of massacred dead bodies. There was blood on the floor that was spreading, engulfing the entire room. Haru laughed maniacally as he flipped a kunai in his hand and twirled it through his fingers. This is how life is supposed to be, Haru added with satisfaction all those who refuse to bow down before shall end in a pile of their own blood.
Haru’s eyes suddenly opened and he was in his bed alone. Blood was trickling from his nose into his mouth. He savored the taste. Blood is a good thing.

Flipping, cartwheels, and other athletic maneuvers are all fluid and effortless to these shinobi. in battle they move graceful and skillfully, and can avoid all but the most precise techniques with little to no notice. Landing hits against these dexterous ninja can prove near impossible.

Haru liked to consider himself fairly in shape and acrobatic. In face since his entrance to the Academy he has gotten very agile and it allows him to doge most projectiles or attacks that are coming for him, he’ll sometimes throw in flashy cartwheels or flips instead of just moving out of the way. Once he learned his flips he decided to throw them into him battles to be flashier and hopefully intimidate his enemy. How would I feel if someone just flipped out of the way of my kunai, I’d be pretty mother fuckin’ intimidated. Haru laughed, just how he liked to make people.
