Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Ranged: May naturally inflict Bleeding OR Suppression OR +3% chance for Called Shots.
Projectile: May naturally inflict Bleeding Or Suppression OR may use Handseals while armed with a Projectile Weapon.

If you change type to Projectile, your good to go or you can change the effect. But you can't have ranged and said effect. You should review some of the jutsu from both trees and see which you prefer.

From looking at the descriptions of the techniques it looks like Ranged is a bow skill and projectile is more for shurikens but since i have already bought and elected to master curve shot and since I cant find a projectile equivalent for the same power level I will just keep it ranged and change the ability

RP for ability:
Kurokawa was told by her guardians that she would be doing a small training session before going to class that day. They had prepared a pole with small swinging sandbags hanging from rope in different heights. They said it was defensive training so all she had to was dodge and block when they would come close. After Kurokawa had placed herself in range of the sandbags the pole started to spin causing the bags to move towards her so she had to hop, skip, dug and dodge to not get hit. Occationally she also had to punch the bags to get them out of her way with caused them to swing unpredictably the next time they came around. For that purpose she had received a pair of gloves so that she could use Taijutsu without injuring her hand. She spend an hour before breakfast dodging, blocking and defleting untill her Guardians were satisfied that she had gotten the hang of how to deflect attacks when focusing on that and not much else.

No high and one low should give 100 points to work on for chakra and HP
Called it Raw Focus partly because I am not sure what qualifies for a Class name and partly because i thought, hey its all basics other than sucking as puppeteer so it kinda focuses on the raw uncoloured part of the class with is the HP and CP

During the Taijutsu lesson earlier today she had noticed something odd about the other sparring pair. One of them seemed to use actions normally hidden from ones opponent. She didn't know about any Taijutsu that would benefit from being stealthy rather than effective. Sure the setup could be deceptive but the actual move had to be efficient. Genjutsu on the other hand used that signature. At the time she did not have time to intervene sadly as she was herself in the middle of a sparring match with Rina. Focusing on that oddity she had herself missed one of her Spinning Winds completely and taken some blows to the torso in return before the fight was over. Strangely the pain subsided much quicker than it should have. It was like her body had started healing the wounds faster than when she first started out. Could this be the result of training or something more. Whatever the case it would prove useful in the time to come.

Kurokawa had decided to head home after the match to relax and lick her wounds but now that there seemed not to be any she decided to get some training in. During the class they had to choose a weapon they were unfamiliar with and fight with it. She thought it a great asset to be able to use multiple weapons but also to be able to swap them out freely. Her guardians lend her a sword she could put in her weapon holster and the practiced swapping it for her shurikens and back to the sword. Over and over until putting away, and equipping weapons came natural to her.

Afterwards she was very tired but her Guardians had one last thing for her. A meditation technique designed to restore chakra faster in and out of combat. The technique taught Kurokawa many things including how to focus her chakra to stop internal three times faster than she could use a basic Taijutsu move. That could have been useful against Rinas Juuken style had she known it sooner, but since she did not she was just glad that now she did. Another useful aspect of the technique was that not only did it restore more chakra and health than a normal resting action but it allowed her enough awareness to still have the chance to dodge attacks, albeit a bit slower than before. Always better than nothing.

Now she would be able to heal faster both passively and actively while retaining awareness of her surroundings and swapping out weapons like childsplay.

Coming home one day something did not feel quite right. Kurokawa stepped into the hallway of her home but suddenly found herself off balance. Some sort of weird sound messing with her inner ear. He stumbles through the hall towards the living room only to find that she had in fact gone to the dojo area by going through the door. None of it made any sense. She tried to do a cancel as she had seen others do before her but she herself had never learned and so it failed. She knew it must be some kind of audio genjutsu messing with her perception of her surroundings. Making rooms seem bigger and items appearing on her sonar where none were.

After a while she got used to the weird sound almost as if her mind naturally responded to the chakra affecting her and counteracted it. It was not perfect but it was better than nothing. With the disturbance now gone she found that she was in fact in the dojo with some sort of obstacle course. She heard one of her guardians say something from the other side.

"Get to the other side of this course without getting hit once!"

The strange sound was now completely gone and Kurokawa focused her attention towards dodging swinging kunai and other stuff that was set up like trip wires and springable shuriken traps. It took all her concentration to dodge and she ended up trickering just about every trap in the room but she did not fall, get hit or otherwise fail the course so although a bit slow it was still a success. Afterwards her Guardians treated her to her favorite meal and told her they would repeat that training in the evening so she should try to remember it.

After a few repetitions she got the hang of it and felt stronger for it.

The next morning brought on yet another form of training. Sensory. Just like her already acquired ability to sense peoples presence by ways of sonar she now needed to learn to do so by chakra as well. He guardians had gotten identical masks and outfits to make the physical difference between them disappear. They would then jump out of Kurokawas field of sense and then come back in. the then had to tell them apart from their chakra alone. Already having grasped the basics of sensing it only took 4 tried to get a sense for their chakra differences and by the time they were done she had expanded her sensory field beyond her sonar field making this the most fruitful training yet. She just hoped that all these new tricks would stick as she felt she was forgetting her old ways of doing things
