The Lightning Country Saga: Act 2 said:"]Shin's mouth remained shut but his eyes were busy as ever. He did not respond to his uncle but looked onward at the actions of his shinobi army. They all ignore his warning despite his pleads to recede their efforts. Shin could see the confidence in his men brewing like an overbearing steam from a kettle; he had no control with what was transpiring before him. He could make out Masao, his dear mentor, rush a squadron into the towers maneuver away from the disarray of explosions
"My father may have been a mad man but he is still my father and your brother. One thing is certain that my father taught me, despite his impudent failure, to adhere to him is that no shinobi should act on emotion." Shin paused. "I know your angry is merited Ojisan but doing this will not bring her back and even so she would not want this. At least, my mother and comrades have kept me from this insanity. If you and your men back down I will give you retribution but as Raikage I will honor my duty and end this." Shin said as his lifted his downcast disposition revealing a slip of paper sticking out of his mouth rested tightly against his teeth. His eyes changed into a dark red hue designed with an intricate swirls like the deepest supernova.
"Hatsugen Histori".
Immediately, the area around them began to change like the effects of paint dripping from a canvas after some half-wit dropped a bucket of water on top of it. The concrete floor began to sprout grass and various vegetation like unwarranted weeds and the smell of gunpowder was replaced by the cool breeze of a calm afternoon. Finally, large block hedges spanning nearly ten feet masked Shinrai, Kushin and Makorao's presence. Shin was no longer bounded but standing keeping his gaze at his surely shocked uncle. Where were they? If anyone knew it was Shin. He had played a gamble using this jutsu -- Hatsugen Histori. It was a jutsu that Shin crafted when he was special jounin and began to understand his father's work of chakra manipulation. The Uchiha are known for their prowess with manipulating genjutsu to near realism, especially noted by the notorious Tsukuyomi. This jutsu was not heavily required Mangekyō Sharingan but Shin sealed most of the chakra in a notebook to allow extensive and more pronounce result. They were all in a genjutsu, specifically in a labyrinth designed during his lessons crafted for the students. He was certain Makoro knew the layout but his henchmen didn't. It would give Kushin and Shinrai to escape the labyrinth while he distracted Makoro. The exit of the labyrinth were server as mental escape from the jutsu. However, there was a problem. The jutsu was not performed properly and the time he could hold the jutsu was substantially dropped let alone the fact that Makoro could very well figure out how to escape the technique. Normally, Shin would not take capricious risks but today was an exception.

Reformation said:Shin began to hear clicking noises, the struggles of a person flipping the chrome door nobs. A man emerged covered in blotches of blood. He sounded rather impatient but composed as he apologized for his lateness.
Sorry about this Shin, just returned from a mission, unfortunately no survivors but we think we've located the base of operations. he said while he cleaned the handle.
"I see..." Shin said with a sense of despair. He walked up toward the door evading the red mess on the floor; he took a moment to stare and analyze the door nob as he reached inside the confinement of his cloak. He removed a white cotton cloth and carefully brushed it against the door. On his off-hand he pressed the signal his eardrum activating the hidden headset.
"Hitomi, there has been an accident. Would you mind bringing sanitate here?." Shin said.
"Are you alright, Raikage-sama." She said rather alarmed as her voiced emanated from his ear.
"No, I am quite alright." Shin responded. He moved back toward the large conference table.
"About your question, Kushin. You will know once the rest show up." Shin said with a grin as he patted the young man on the shoulder.
It was only a matter of time until the rest arrived. The next two were the ANBU duo, Santaru Rin and Takaki Masao, and like Kushin were not completely ecstatic to be here. What could possible be the three be doing that the attention of the Raikage was unneeded? Regardless, they were all here except for Souseiki. He appeared in a puff of smoke completely filled with ennui or at least rather annoyed by his summon.
"Why have you called us here Shin. I was in the middle of something rather important." He said.
"<Father, I would be cautious of your surroundings. I cannot deduce who or what but there is a unwarranted presence among you.>" A soft voice said beside Shin. Of course, such a warning would only be heard by Shin to prevent anyone from being alarmed. "Most curious....." Shin said briefly rubbing his cheek. What could be possible be here besides the three people before him? Shin had made a capricious decision to orchestrate this meeting as such it would not
Shin lifted himself from his seat and presented his stature toward the small group. "Yes, the reason I brought you before me. As a historian, I have taken note that neither of the previous Raikage have paid attention to their subordinates. I suppose they did not feel the need to. How foolish of them." Shin said with a soft chuckle. "There are a few questions that I have for you all to answer and questions that I would like for you answer among yourself."
The door opened again and two white-robbed mednin entered. Their clothing flew like a white curtain underneath a cool breeze. They venerated themselves toward the sennin and the raikage as they delivered a small bow. "You summoned us, Raikage-sama"
"Ah, yes..." Shin said quickly. "I would like for you to retrieve a clean cloak for Kushin-senpai and clean the tracks he has made. Also, keep the blood stains on record." Shin said.
"Hai!" They said in unison. It was an odd request but Shin had his reasoning. One of them quickly went to work as his hands moved like lightning, a following rush of clean water rushed out from a heavy gourd on his back. Despite the impact of the water hitting the hard floor, it flowed across the floor like light creme on a hot tea smothering and consuming the bloody stains. Another mednin lifted his hands as the water ascended bringing the bloody marks with it toward the gourd.
"We will bring a suitable attire for you, Kushin-sama." They said as they left the scene. As they left the room they were not aware of a strange but familiar man juxtaposed against the wall readily waiting for something to happen. It was Souseki or rather it appeared to be him. What was going on?
"My first question: 'is there something about my status of raikage that bothers you that leads you to go astray against me and the village.' My second question: 'among the divisions, except your own, what bothers you the most." Shin asked as he took his seat in front of them.

Demon in the Clouds said:The small child was bold at best standing firm between Shin and the demon before him. Her words were sincere but questionable. How could she not see her doubtful actions. Those large eyes plastered on her face glimmered against the bright white that surrounded the small area around them. She could see the frustration in his stance given her actions were a matter of supererogation to keep himself from doing his duty. What would this child gain by allowing such a wild beast to run rampant in this village and to expect that young child will be its handler was inane to state it bluntly. Shin looked back toward the man who confessed his reasons by his unnatural obsession with Kahako. The disturbing shrills and laughter that accommodate his anecdote was enough to interest Shin. The catalyst of Satou's demonic influence was dependent on memories of his lost daughter. It was elementary to see that great emotional strain could cause Satou to loose control, especially if Kahako would to be in danger. At the same time, the emotional strain was keeping his sanity. "Hmm, an interesting state of balance." Shin thought.
Momentarily, his thoughts were broken once the man began to step forward. He demonstrated the futility of Shin's efforts as his index finger pressed against Shin's open palm. His finger quickly deflagrated like oil on a hot plate. He retreated explaining the noted observation.
"Your not entirely in control, Sataou-san. However, I am interesting to study your behavior.....contentiously." Shin said. "For the time being, Kahako can do what she pleases -- for now." The light hue drew into palm like a vacuum leaving nothing but darkness. He knelt down near the young girl pressed his hand against her shoulder unbeknownst of the small seal that he placed on her. "Even if you fail and if it not be me the village will not forsake you or Sataou."
Sataou wobbled his gaze over to Higa-Chan. "OI! Why ain't you in bed yet?" He turned back to the Raikage. "You see this? It's bloody late and this little rooster is still up. This is punishment enough eh? " He swung back to Higa. " Your moms gonna be pissed Higa-chan. Go home and get some rest. I'll see you tomorrow at class." He waved her away, standing now before the Raikage. Taking a side step as he stood in line of the Raikage.
Shin gave a slight nod agreeing with the man's exhortation. Near the side of the road the sound of clattering wood hit the hard gravel surface, an elderly man with a spread of flowing white beard emerged from the darkness showing discontent. He was rather abrasive when he approached Sataou but he gave a sense of a genuine friendship.
"Kotsurugi-senpai, it is a pleasure to see you again?" Shin turned his gaze at the distinct wraps on the man's hand. "Where did you get that wound?"

As a child Shin had gone through a lot mostly due to his own pragmatic opinions that would get him into trouble. Most of the time he would get into fights with people much menacing than him. It was remarkable that only a few words would award Shin with a fist in his jaw. There were time when he would get into battles that nearly cost his life and he would always account with his battle with the main branch sennin Ringo. Of course, the battle was more a skirmish with the great sennin and Shin's own peers but he could never forget facing death in the face after nearly getting burnt alive by a fire jutsu. Over the years he would slowly develop a skill to harnesh his chakra to heal his frail body. Now as one of the great shinobi of his village physically and mentally such abilities have become second nature
