Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Stalker
Enzeru had grown up hunting with bow and arrow, spear and club. Hunting in the wild required skill in many areas. Stealth was one of them. You had to learn how to hide in the bushes outside of their house, or hide in the bushes outside of their job, or hide in the bushes outside of MistDonalds. You had to jump out butt naked with a chicken mask on. Wait, wrong way to say it. You had to learn how to hide. A true hunter did not work at it, he did not try to. He simply melts into the scenery, becomes the shadow as easily as he breathes. This is a trick few can master, and Enzeru did so as a child. There are not many capable of matching him at the talent of hiding away but those who can never divulge their secrets.

Bloody Mess
To make one die, you must make them bleed. This simple fact was one every hunter knew well, even the children learning how to do the task. If you did not cause blood to flow, then the hunted is becoming the hunter, and you the prey. So Enzeru learned to make his shots count, learned to sharpen his arrows so that every hit would count. He knew how to aim at the right spots, how to bring out the worst in his blows. A true master of the craft of death, he could bring one about slowly, or quickly. To bring one too slowly would ruin the purpose of a true hunt, but too fast would ruin those personal hunts he often went on.

Poison Mastery
You handle a lot of dangerous things in the ANBU. You learn about them, learn that a drop of this can paralyze someone, that a pinch of that can cause cardiac arrest leading to a painful death. These things were never just lying around, but one interested in them could certainly get hold to them and learn their potencies. Enzeru had a hand up there, for he also knew of things in the wilds to mix in and make them far more powerful. He knew of a frog that secreted a powerful neurotoxin, of a flower that exuded a sickening liquid. The hunter knew how to use these chemicals, also. He knew how to make them hurt.

Weapony Mastery - Ranged
There is no secret that Enzeru has a special connection to his bow. He has had it since he was a child, a powerful weapon crafted by his father using the most redumentary of tools in their village, it outshone anything the weapon makers of Kirigakure could do for many years. But one day Enzeru himself crafted one better. This bow was his pride and joy, and he spent hours upon hours balancing it, tweaking the draw and strength, shaping the horns to give the best power to each shot. His aim, always above par, was now well past the norm as this bow allowed him to hit farther away and punch through objects in his way. He had truly become a master of his craft.

Called Shot
There are many ways to win in war. The quickest is to simply overwhelm your foe with superior power and destroy them utterly. Enzeru did not always have superior power, so he would take the road of a slower but more efficient victory. You removed your opponent's ability to fight back entirely, and victory would become yours. His training would shift, targetting the different parts of the body needed to fight effectively. An arrow in the joint of the knee would cause movement issues, one in the elbow would put an end to many taijutsu. His eyes were sharp, and his aim was true. His prowess as a hunter would grow also as he learned the more lethal techniques of the bow.

Duelist
Patience, a calm and confident ability to wait. Sometimes patience was hard to come by, but to the hunter it was necessary. His entire method of fighting relied on it, but patience is not easy to get when attacking several people or being attacked in turn by them. Enzeru's entire method of fighting was one on one, requiring the delicate balance of knowing his foe and knowing what they would do before they themselves did. When he was in a fight with several, he could not get into their head. He could not take the time to learn their behaviors and reactions, and this was a dangerous spot for him to be in. Hunting, a solo fight. He lived for this.

Human Anatomy
Many ANBU took some medical classes to learn how to better bring down a living being and make them stop being such. Enzeru was no exception. He took classes geared solely to dealing in death, learning the vital organs and weak points in the human skeleton in order to better make one stop living. He studied on murder, on dealing death to other human beings. His job required it, and his calling demanded it. To Enzeru, it was not a sin to kill one in defense of another, or of the village. The sin was the other person forcing his hand in the matter.

Hunter
He was the hunter. Enzeru's entire life before becoming a shinobi of Mist was learning to hunt prey, learning to stalk them and trap them and in the moment when they realized the bait was false, kill them. Since becoming a member of ANBU, he did not drop this purpose in life, merely he changed what prey he sought out. Those who broke the law of the village, those who fled from Kirigakure's warm embrace. Enzeru would find them. Enzeru would stalk them. Enzeru would trap them and kill them. He was the hunter still. And all of the missing ninja of his village were his prey.

Ranged - Physical Style
From afar he fought, from the shadows and out of reach. Many called it cowardly, but to Enzeru it was efficient and safe. He would bring someone to their knees and never be seen, he would snipe from the rooftops if need be, raining death below. To Enzeru, the distance was only a trivial matter. The farther the shot the more pride he took in it. He learned to shoot quickly, to avoid being seen by distance. He taught himself to pull farther to get more range, taught himself to aim high and bring the arrow down over defenses. The longer the shot, the more gratifying the kill to the hunter.

Deadeye
Sometimes you had to get close. So close it was scary to a sniper. Enzeru did his best to avoid those situations, but when they arose he had learned ot use a small bag of throwing daggers to even the odds up a bit. One quick toss at close range with a group of those could cause extreme pain and often debilitating injuries. His hand eye coordination was, by necessity of his trade, very good. Learning to use thrown weapons did not take much more effort than he had put into learning to shoot his bow. His ability to pinpoint and hit multiple targets with one throw, however, was uncanny.
