Akane had picked up a mission, she looked at it and read it over.
"Man I do this every day... Should be quick." She stated to herself, then she sighed as she wished she could take on a more awesome mission. ut everyone starts out somewhere right?
Soon enough, Akane headed to the Seki district. She arrived at the house of the old lady.
"Well here we go." She stated, then she walked up the stars, and knocked three times on the door. She waited a few seconds, and no answer. "Hello??" Akane called out, a little impatient.
Creaking noises from an old wood floor could be heard, as the woman slowly approached the door, and opened it. Akane did not know what was taking so long, but maybe she was just extremely slow?
Finally! The old lady opened the door, slowly, the creaking noise echoing through any ears near by.
"Why hello there." The woman said, speaking as slow as she moved.
"Hello, I am Tsukino Akane, I am here to fulfill your request for help." Akane stated with a nod, and then a smile to follow.
"Oh! Call me Kima. You cam just in time, I was making brunch." The lady said. "Come in, come in!" She stated and then walked away from the door, leaving it open for Akane.
Akane fallowed her in, shocked at the site. It was a cluttered mess inside, no wonder she need help. The entrance was a tiny room, that had a hallway leading to a back door and a few rooms. Two arch ways were on either side of the entrance, the left side leading to the kitchen and dining room, and the right side lead o the living room. Dust covered the place in a thick layer, and small pieces of trash could be found all around.
"You see, I am too weak to get up and clean some times. So it has built up." Kima explained as she walked into the kitchen. Akane followed her.
"Well no need to worry, I will have this place perfect, and in alignment in not time. Point out the cleaning supplies, and I will start!" Akane stated, she was starting to feel anxiety from being in such a dirty place. It didn't help she saw some crooked paintings, and unorganized book shelf.
"Why dont you eat first! A young girl like you needs to eat." The lady said, already putting rice balls on a plate for her.
"No offense, but I'd like to get started." Akane stated, but before she knew it Kima had put the plate with rice balls on it in Akane's hands.
"Eat first. Then work." Kima stated as she served herself.
Akane sighed, and sat at the table with Kima. She then took a huge bite out of the rice ball, and pretty much didn't chew. She wanted to hurry up after all.
"Oi! Eat slowly. Dont be rude." Kima knocked on Akane's head.
Akane rubbed her head. "The faster I eat the faster I can get done!"
"If you always rush to get to the next step, then you will miss out." Kima stated. "Now eat slow, and enjoy the food I made!" Another knock on the head.
Akane sighed again, and took another bite, this time a smaller bite, and she chewed it. It tasted really good! She was glad the old lady told her to take it slower. Still Akane was anxious to get started!
After the meal, akane stood. "Alright, I am ready to get started!" She stated with a smile.
Kima nodded and pointed to the broom closet. "All my cleaning supplies are in there. "
Akane nodded. It was time to get this place in perfect alignment. She went into the closet, and pulled out a bucket, and a sponge. She then grabbed a pair of yellow gloves and a dusk mask. This lady had a ton of cleaning supplies, probably because she never used them.
Akane decided to start in the entrance room/hallway. There were a few book cases in there. she started by putting everything that was on the book case off to the side out of the way. She cleaned the shelves with soap and water. Getting rid of all the dirt. She then but all the books back, perfectly even on each shelf. She put the little decorations on the shelf, making sure they fit in with where they were. Akane then took a trash bag and threw all the trash she picked up off of the shelves. Akane straightened the paintings that were hanging, then she scrubbed the floor. The front entrance was pretty much sparkling.
Now, Akane decided to work on the living room. It was a bit bigger than the entrance. It had two coaches, a few shelves, a rug, and more book shelves. The coaches didn't have a dirt layer on them, they seemed to be pretty clean.
Akane once again started with moving all the small objects/books off of the book shelves, and shelves. She scrubbed the dirt off, then put everything back neatly, and perfectly straight. She then threw away all of the trash, and made sure to check under the couches. She scrubbed the floors to make them spotless. Now that she was done with the living room, she cleaned the bucket she was using in a facet before moving on. She also rinsed the sponge until it looked new again.
It was time for the kitchen. Akane started by collecting the dirty dishes, then she rinsed them, and stacked them to the side. She filled the sink with soapy water and started cleaning the dishes. Soon she had all the dishes on the drying rack. Akane started picking up all the trash off of the table, and counter. She wiped the counters down, and then the table. Finally Akane swept and mopped the floor. To finish the kitchen Akane put away the dishes neatly where they belonged.
Finally the last part of the house Kima wanted done, the back room.
The back room was a storage space. Akane walked in, and saw the boxes were stacked to the ceiling. This would take the longest. Akane started moving boxes into the hallway, against the wall. Once there was room, akane started to rearrange the boxes to make more room. Organizing them she they can be easily reached. Before she put the other boxes back in, Akane dusted the place, and scrubbed the floor. She the put the other boxes back into the room.
She was now done.
Akane found Kima outside sitting on a chair, reading a book. It had been about four hours since Akane started.
"I am all done now." AKane said with a nod, and a thumbs up.
Kima smiled, and nodded. "Thank you very much. I really did need the help." She said, "You can go now." She stated then waved her hand.
Akane noded. "You are welcome. Bye bye Kima!" She stated then she left.
