Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Hey akkuma!

Akkuma stepped out of one of his voids and surveyed the area around him. It appeared the gates were still under repair from his battle with the shadow the other night, he chuckled and took out a smoke. Lighting it and inhaling a large breath he looked around at the pass, the air was still heavy with chakra and he had no doubt that the dark taint was still in the land too. People pointed and whispered about him, he could hear utters of demon, monster etc. "I guess at least I made an impression.." he would think with a large grin. Taking yet another puff of his smoke, he easily walked up the Gate and sat there. Surveying the area around him, with an audibly loud whistle he expressed his surprise and appreciation at the devastation before him. The damage that he and Yuuto had inflicted upon each other and the world, scaring the land around them.

"That was a great night...although I do have to admit that its a bit hard to remember all the details." he thought to himself with a large grin. Those blood red eyes lingering upon all those in his vicinity, the demon smiled that shark-like grin of his. Whilst he exhaled a large breath of smoke, the horned demon made for an unexpected sight at the Dragon Pass. Perhaps he would see those who had stopped him previously, or there could be someone new. One thing was sure the demon never had a dull day, so he couldn't wait to see what today would bring for him.

Meka ^-< Next post will be a bit better
(Dragon Pass is still rubble and what not due to Akkuma's battle with Yuuto)

Meka who was and average girl looked at her surroundings while hiding in a corner because she had no home. While she was hiding started to wonder about a few things, and took out a lolipop. "What does warmth feel like" but as she was thinking that another thing pop up in her mind " what is love." As she ate her lolipop she saw a strange figure and looked up and stared into the distance. "Who is that" while she was trying to hide.

Akkuma- I tried my best at it

Akkuma couldn't help but notice yet another Academy Student who was around the Gates this one watched him closely, the half-demon couldn't help but chuckle. 'To be an Academy Student again...there was so much wonder in the world...' with that thought he vanished from where he was moving with blinding speed he would appear in front of the girl that watched him. Those blood red eyes looking into hers as he bowed and introduced himself to the youth "Miroku Akkuma, Demon Sage of the Wastes....how can I help you little lady?" he said with that shark-like smile of his revealing his razor sharp teeth, his appearance was nightmarish and the aura that surrounded the man filled most with doubt and fair. But there was something that he exuded a feeling of warmth and kindness even in the midst of the despair that surrounded him. He was quite the interesting character those two horns that protruded from his forehead were sharp and black. Completing his horrifying image smiling he would stand, taking another puff of his smoke.

How would she react to the sudden appearance of the demon and his attempts to interact with her, the 6'2" tall half-demon stood before her and those around watched cautiously the interaction that was taking place. Why was the demon back at the Gates and what was he doing interacting with yet another student. What did the demon have planned, why did it involve the students? Only time would tell, but would it be too late to stop his plans before his goal was revealed? They would know soon enough the question was what would happen once the truth was found out.

MFT
Its cool!

Meka who was shaking with fear started to talk. "D.don't get any closer please don't" as the little girl say while the red eyes stared into her. As she tried moving away the man called akkuma kept staring into her eyes. "W.why are looking at me l.like that *tears start to fall.* but when she saw that shark-like smile she moved back even farther trying to avoid the staring red eyes.

Akkuma chuckled as the girl moved away from him in fear, stumbling over her words as tears began to fall down her face. The demon looked taken aback and looked around awkwardly he wasn't used to this or how to deal with it. Sighing he would raise his hands slowly "You have no reason to fear me..." his eyes had that glint to them that instilled fear in even the most courageous of foes. A dark void would open behind the girl and she would find herself transported with the demon to the top of the pass, stepping out of the void with the student he would chuckle. "Whats your name girl? And why is someone as young as yourself at these Gates? There can be much danger here..." he would say gesturing to the devastated scenery before, being sure to leave out the fact that he had done most of that damage.

Akkuma would sit down and look at the sun before them it made for a surprisingly beautiful landscape in a nightmarish way. Sighing he would lazily shift his gaze to the one beside him. "I'm leaving this place soon....I just cant help but feel like something has been left undone. Like you've forgotten something...do you ever get that feeling?" probably not she was a young shinobi but he was curious on her thoughts. That was if she wasn't having a panic attack from being taken through the demon realm. Ah the joys of being a half-demon and a sinister person.

MFT
Whoop whoop taken the scared little student to the top of the gates.

When Meka got transported through the demon realm she said "m.my name is Meka but please don't hurt me" as she said that she realized she was on top of the gates. "And the reason I'm at the gates because I have no home and why are talking to someone like me" and hides her face. As she hid her face the man called akkuma kept looking at her.

Akkuma smiled when she introduced herself asking him not to harm her, he couldn't blame her after all he was a sinister looking fellow. Upon her next words he sighed and this was a sigh filled with sympathy. "Well Meka you have no reason to fear me..I will not harm you." he paused before continuing his speech to better word what he was about to say. "That is disheartening so you have no where to go back to?" he would ask his heart going out to the youth, just like him she had no home even though her village was fine she still suffered. It was something that angered him, that someone so young could be forced to live in such a situation. "I am speaking to you, because you seemed to have a sense of curiosity. You have a great deal of growth yet, in regards to being a shinobi but with the right guidance you could be great." with those words his gaze would move to her concealed face.

"Why do you stay? If there is nothing here for you?" it was a serious question and one that if heard by the wrong people could get him in a lot of trouble but he needed to know. If there was no reason for her to stay in the village and she had no home perhaps they could come to arrangement. After all Akkuma was a very resourceful demon it just depended on how Meka reacted. Many people watched him with suspicion but he cared not for them he had other things on his mind right now. Like getting himself yet another asset within Kumogakure...he'd show all the doubters his power. Eventually, but for the mean time he would let them speculate on his plans.

"As a shinobi in training...are you prepared for the curse and temptation of the power you will acquire?" he asked from the sounds of it so far this girl was making herself a perfect specimen for the plans he had in motion. He just needed to work out if she had the right mentality for the task that the demon would need done, though he believed in the potential Meka had. He just needed her to be able to realize the potential she had as a kunoichi should she truly choose to go down that path.

Your turn ^-<

As Meka listened to akkuma she said "the reason why I'm going to be a shinobi is because I just want to because a little stronger that all" but as she said that akkuma kept looking at her. "And it's hard not having a home and and I don't want power I just want to be a little strong because I always get picked on" as she said with a sad but quiet voice. "And I'm guessing that your thinking why your talking to me and listening to me." While waiting for a response from akkuma.

Akkuma couldn't help feel his anger build up as she told him she only sought a little bit of power so she could defend herself from those that bullied her. That shark-like grin appeared on his face once more as the half-demon looked at her with a fire burning in his eyes. "Shall I go redefine their understanding of the definition of pain..." it was a serious question that much would be obvious. The demon hated those who sought to harm or torment those weaker then them, true strength came when you fought for others not for yourself. When she spoke her next words he smiled a grin that was filled with a devilish mischief "Correct...its not often my mind comes to a slow. There are a great many...'projects' that always require my constant attention." he said slowly trailing off and being quite vague about his 'projects'. Before continuing on his talk with Meka "How would you feel about joining my family Meka? The Miroku Clan is always willing to help those that need it...join us and you will not regret it. Everything you desire will be yours should you be prepared to do what is required." he would say casually those blood red eyes lingered on Meka as he awaited her response.

The eighteen year old wondered what she would think of his offer, perhaps she would think he was joking. Or maybe she would be too scared to accept, but he was not joking the offer was real. What would she make of his offer? He'd know soon enough he always enjoyed these moments he wondered how Meka felt right now.

As akkuma watched her she said "why should you even bother with me I'm just a stupid kid!" With sadness and anger in her voice. "And I don't need you help I can do things myself" pouting while akkuma listened and stared. "I mean I'm really useless so stop jocking with me because that's what everybody does to me" in the pouting voice she had. And she wondered what akkuma would say next.

Akkuma's eyes flashed with dangerous intent as his right arm shot forwards grabbing Meka by the scruff of her shirt, as he held her there he spoke and his voice shook with with rage. "Do not insult yourself..." he paused and his grip loosened as he continued to speak "You must understand Meka you only holding yourself back by doubting yourself and refusing to accept help. This world...its a lot harder to go through the journey that is life alone. Why would you want to continue on by yourself?" he asked before letting go of her shirt and sitting back. "Sorry...I can't stand it when people are consumed by their doubt and insecurities." he inhaled once more before flicking away his smoke. Exhaling calmly he stood and stretched before looking down at Meka beside him, Akkuma ruffled her hair jokingly and their was a warm friendly smile upon his face.

"Your not useless...everyone has a purpose, maybe you've just yet to find yours." he would say quietly the eighteen year old had a presence that emanated power and authority. "Why do you think I'm joking?" he asked leaning closer to the girl as he whispered his next words "I mean everything I say...you can doubt me. Or you can choose to take a risk and join me. What say you Meka of Kumogakure?" he asked with that devilishly charming grin upon his face. A few people stirred when he grabbed Meka but none made to move towards him, the memory of his last encounter with a shadow still fresh in their minds. Anticipation made his heart race what would she think of the way he had reacted he couldn't help himself, sighing he would add one last sentence. "I believe in you Meka...even if you doubt yourself." he would say with a small smile those blood red eyes resting on the horizon before them. Why was he doing this? Plain and simply he knew what it was to be alone as a shinobi child, to have no home. But look where he had gotten to now, he hoped that she would understand he was trying to help her.

Meka tried to hold her tears back "I'm sorry if I'm making you mad" but the tears would not stop. "I know that I'm suppose to be a shinobi and I want to be stronger but...." As akkuma listened she said "fine I will go with you" but she had a scared look on her face. "And the reason I thought you were joking because everybody does it to me but the lack in social skills.... I never know what to do." As akkuma listened she wondered what he would say next.

Smiling that devilish grin once more he spoke his words kind and full of pride "See Meka you made it through your fear...you've taken a step into the unknown. I will teach you child." the half-demon turned to face his new clan member. "Meka do you swear to preserve the shinobi way of life? To live for the clan as they live for you? Do you pledge your life to the Miroku Clan?" he would ask if she answered yes to all three of his questions with a yes then she would be one of them. A member of the Miroku Clan, the cursed shinobi who's duty it was to protect and preserve the shinobi way of life. To live by the shinobi code and ensure that balance was maintained in the world.

If she agreed to his terms he would bow before her those blood red eyes looking to her eyes "Welcome to the family, Meka of the Miroku Clan. he would say before straightening up to his full height. Now would she be prepared to make the first sacrifice that their clan did, the first sign of their commitment to the cause. He waited eagerly arms behind his back waiting, Meka now had herself a family. One that would protect her with all their might so long as she stayed true to them. She would never be alone now, although it did put a bit of a hiccup in his plans he would need to speak to his brother but he was sure that Uziuke would understand.

As she started talking "yes for all three of them I will do them all I will not regret anything I will join the Miroku clan" and with eyes of no fear. "And if you are going to put a curse seal can it be the heaven seal?" As she waited a response from akkuma she said "as parts of the Miroku clan I will not hold regreing" and looks up at akkuma.

The half-demon was honestly surprised when she agreed to all of his questions, before making an inquiry about Curse Seals. Akkuma smiled either someone had informed her of his ability or she recognized the symbols upon his robe...'What kind of student is she?' he asked surprised as the dark chakra formed in his right hand blazing black chakra kanji forming on each fingertip. "Correct...it is a condition of my clan. A sacrifice we make, you shall receive the Heaven Seal as requested. Placing his left hand on her shoulder he grasped her so that he could support her weight should she faint from the pain "Persevere..." he would say lowly as he slammed his right hand into her stomach, cursed kanji spread across her body. Meka would fee the cursed chakra molding itself to her chakra system as it sealed itself into her flesh. The pain would be beyond anything she had experienced in her short life, but Akkuma was there and if she needed him he would support her.

He could here gasps from onlookers and one began to approach him, those blood red eyes slowly moved to rest upon the newcomer and they stopped in their tracks deciding against intervening. The dark chakra was visible as it was imbued into the youth finally once the seal had scribed itself upon her he would lift the no doubt exhausted and in pain student. "Come Meka let me introduce you to brother..." he would say supporting her small frame with ease, they had a new family member now. Officially the clan had just begun implementing its first plans for infiltration. None of the great nations would be able to keep them out, so long as their were shinobi there would be those who sought power. A void would open before them and Akkuma would step forward into it with Meka "You'll like brother he is a good man...' he would say with a devilish grin as the two would vanish from the Gates. Where would the demon take her?

The void would open up and they would arrive at the brothers campsite "Brother...would you like to meet our new sister?" he would ask with a devilish grin holding Meka in his arms. He hoped that the Curse would not place too much strain upon her body, he could only hope she would have the strength to persevere through this trial.

Heaven Seal placed upon Meka

Meka tried to prepare herself taking deep breaths to try and calm her nerves as she felt a dark energy build up. "I can do it and I will not regret." Akkuma told her that he would place the Heaven Seal upon her and she couldn't help but whimper in fear as he placed his hand upon her shoulder. The demonic shinobi leaned towards her and whispered persevere to her as he slammed his hand into her torso. Agony was the most apt word to describe what she felt, her entire body felt as if it was on fire. She screamed a sound of pure agony as the dark chakra altered her body, her legs began to shake as her vision started to darken. The pain finally overcame her willpower and her body went limp, before she lost consciousness she felt Akkuma pick her up and hold her.

Vaguely she heard some mention of brother but couldn't remember who he was meant to be. The devil who she now owed her allegiance to, now took her through a realm of nightmares, in her brief moments between unconsciousness and consciousness she saw monstrous aberrations. As the light of day hit her face once more she stirred back into consciousness, taking in the scene around her. Meka could feel the warmth of the sun upon her skin, the sound of a fire burning nearby. However her eyes were still adjusting, in truth her entire body was adjusting and attempting to adapt to the seal. The stress it placed upon her system was phenomenal.

The demon spoke to his..her new brother, though her eyes still attempted to take in any newcomers the sun shined brightly upon her face. Wincing in pain Meka tried to sit up in Akkuma's arms but her muscles were still in too much pain to move properly, tears streamed down her face as she vocalized her pain. "It hurts..." was all she managed to say through the whimpers of pain the dark chakra still fresh. " *thinking* I can't move why can't I move it really hurts if I try to move. Shuddering in sobs of pain that once they began kept on flowing how would the two react to her now? She hoped they would not regret letting her become a member of their family.

Heaven seal: The Heaven seal is the strongest Cursed Seal known to exist, enhancing the user's strength and skill in all aspects rather than just a single one. This makes it highly valued as no matter what changes the shinobi might go through during their lifespan, this cursed seal will always aid them.

[Just in case there are any issues:

The pass is stated that its watched by guards at the gates, which is allowed. Hence why he knows about a student being here, unguarded/escorted. Also, this is the dragon tooth pass. Therefore your camp is located within the dragontooth pass. Which means it's literally a camp of people outside our gates, in essense. Which means your campsite is known, because it would have been allowed to be established in the pass that leads directly to the village.

If you have any issues or questions with my entry, by all means, please pm me and we can discuss it. If not, let's enjoy the roleplay.]

A change in the weather preceded his appearance, though the sky itself did not change. The air became.. thicker. Colder. Clinging to the skin of those who paid attention to their surroundings in a way anything above subconsciously. There was an.. oily quality to that clingy, cloying thickness as if the atmosphere itself had become something alive. Sentient. And utterly perverse in that presence, uncomfortable in its inescapable closeness. It steadily increased however as the proximity closed. A raising of the hairs at the back of the neck alerting to a sudden wrongness in the area, a roiling of the stomach in discomfiting alarm. The reactions varied among those that received it, but with the strength of the being that approached, the only guarantee was that there would be a reaction. A lack of reaction might even be more disturbing in its hint at a persons detachment from their own senses. Things a ninja needs.

Rat-ta-tck. Rat-ta-tck. Rat-ta-tck.

The hard leather sole of his white, crocodile leather wing-tip shoes clicked against the cobblestone in a matching rhythmic beat to the tapping of his cane's end. His three piece suit was of a midnight blue, the color complemented by the charcoal grey vest, tie and fedora had he wore. Black, fingerless gloves adorned his hands, a wedding ring of white gold and onyx on his ring finger, a simple silver band on his opposite hand scribed with a design reminiscent to that of a Celtic sort. His face was cast in a deep shadow due to the rim of his hat, however even from a distance those glowing, starburst eyes of his could be seen, locked on the student who was here in the pass, alone but for the shinobi who was, for the most part, a stranger to this village.

The closer he came, the more intense the onslaught of that ever-present demonic aura would become, battering their senses in a way that would explicitly state one, simple thing.

The Veteran Sennin was anything but pleased.

The dragons of flames danced around in the clouds of the sky. Uziuke continued to expert his chakra and remain focused. Oooo's and awwww's came from the group that surrounded the rather large campfire. The white haired Uchiha's face exhibited the concentration that he put into the technique. Suddenly the flaming dragons exploded, causing embers that fell like confetti to rain down towards the ground. The embers fell in a neat formation, creating a large figure made of fire to float before Uzi.

The smiles and applause after this caught the boy off guard. He turned around, a bit surprised to see the crowd behind him.

The young Uchiha was left at the campsite after Akkuma went to the village's gates. He figured he'd keep himself occupied by training until he got back. The boy turned around noticing a familiar demonic chakra. 'Akkuma!' Who else could it be? A dark void opened, revealing the boy's older brother as he stepped out. He wasn't alone however. He carried in his arms. Uziuke moved closer to the two, leaving the figure of flames behind to juggle fireballs to keep the group entertained.

'Who is this?' The boy thought to himself before Akkuma answered his question."Sister?" The boy looked to Meka, immediately noticing his sister's chakra being manipulated with his clan's infamous dojutsu, the sharingan. Though her chakra was small, it began to grow and turn darker by the second "She lived through the process?" Uzi asked curiously with a smile on his face. As she sobbed and mentioned that it hurt he spoke up. "Don't worry, you'll feel better in no time." The boy wasn't a medic, but from his own experience with the seals he spoke without a doubt in his mind that she'd be ok.

Though, upon recognizing yet another demonic chakra the boy was sidetracked. He looked in the direction of the Cloud's gates. "Looks like we have a bit of trouble." Uzi said aloud, watching as a figure came in their direction.

OOC: No problem at all ^-^ look forward to roleplaying with you
Akkuma stared at his brother with a small grin "I see you've been entertaining everyone...she did us proud." he said before gently placing her down by the fire so she could be warm. When he felt another demonic presence battled his own and he turned his head slowly those blood red eyes resting on a newcomer in the distance. But his own demonic aura was special it contained the spiritual essence of all the souls he'd devoured those demons had fueled his presence. Easily his own aura swept over the campsite his smile changing to that shark-like grin of his. "Perhaps your right Uzi...lets find out..." the half-demon would say before turning to fully face the newcomer he could feel the very weather itself changing.

'Perfect...' he thought with a feeling of excitement what was behind that malevolent aura of hate that could be compared to his own. White robes billowed in the wind his scrolls sitting upon his back and waist. The Miroku Clan symbol upon his back cracking his neck the demon stepped forward "Who are you? And what are your intentions?" called the demon to the wind his body language sending the clear message he wanted an answer. Those two large horns that protruded from his forehead held a dangerous store of tainted chakra within them. The very air seemed palpable with the dark chakra when one was close enough to the demon. Here it seemed Akkuma had stumbled upon yet another demon of Kumo, he wondered what would come of this encounter. The eighteen year old stood so that he was in front of Meka and the crowd behind them.

The demons right hand moved to his pocket as he withdrew a smoke, lighting it with a basic fire jutsu he inhaled a deep breath. Breathing out he spoke once more "Right now our sister must rest...if your here with the right intentions you may join our little party." the demons words came out on a silvery charming tone but he still wore that shark-like grin. Those blood red eyes held a focused gaze upon the man a mix of curiosity and mischief within his eyes. Standing there his aura held a strong sense of authority and power within the maelstrom of despair that it forced upon one. How tremendous it was to meet another of his kind such potential this place had he just needed to give it a push in the right direction. Positively charged with chakra the air around them only increased the sense of seriousness. Some of the onlookers backed away others moved closer to each other murmurs ensuing.
