Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

HIYA Leaf Village!!

The legendary Hidden Leaf Village. Humans call many things “legendary,” usually things that are simply average but old. What’s worse, the village wasn’t actually hidden. Why do they call these villages hidden if they aren’t actually hidden? It’s just sitting there at the base of a mountain. A mountain with human faces sculpted into it. They might as well sculpt an arrow pointing down saying, “not so hidden leaf village right here.”

Now, whether it was actually legendary was still under investigation. It’s as the humans say, the jury is still out. Probably taking lunch.

As I floated toward the village on my desert nimbus I detected something unexpected. A smell. A good one. The aroma of broth drifted into my nasal passages and triggered the human biological response known as “anticipation.” This was concerning. Broth, in my experience, usually means ramen. Ramen has always looked suspicious to me: noodles soaking in liquid the color of dirty dishwater. Yet somehow this smell suggested it might not be terrible. It was rich. Comforting. Almost… inviting. Like a trap, but a delicious one.

Perhaps this village’s greatest achievement was not its ninja, its history, or its unsettling enthusiasm for headbands—but the ability to make a bowl of wet noodles seem like a culinary miracle.

I would try this ramen. For research. And also because my stomach was making noises again. I don’t know if I would rule in favor of the not so hidden leaf village being “legendary,” but the broth had filed a very compelling opening argument.

The second the person went through it... Nao was already alarmed, he looked into the direction of the gates before leaving a heavy sigh. Not again. He hopped out of the window and made his way over. When he saw something up in the sky... he would growl a little. "Oi! Get down here and idenity yourself. I ain't in the mood for trouble! and I sure hope you ain't either." He would stand there proud with his Sennin gear and eyes to the target. If needed, he would try to burn it to ashes

Mitsuha had heard the alarms go off as well. She scowled to herself as she had to put off her personal project to deal with the issue at hand. Why now? Whilst she was making no progress on making an homunculus, this would surely set her back a while.

She had to set aside her own things to get to the gates as quickly as possible. Once she got there, she would see the Hokage had already intercepted the intruder. Looking up, it seemed the intruder had sunaku like powers, bbeing on a desert nimbus and all.

Ah. A guard. He was wearing fancy robes and held the facial expression of someone who had just eaten a bowl of sugar free oatmeal. That… or he was constipated. Either which way, since the robe man below was loudly demanding my attention, I decided to acknowledge him. My vibrant red coat fluttered behind me as I descended, billowing dramatically like the cloak of a very beautiful warlord. I practiced that landing. It is important to make an entrance. Humans respect entrances.

“It depends. Is trouble another word for ramen? Is that how hipster humans say ramen? I’ll take two bowls of trouble please. My name is Akira, short for Akira. I come in peace,” for now anyway. My eyes scanned the village entrance, taking in the smells of broth. “Oh, does this village have pie? My nose says that it’s this way.” I would continue forward past the two who were present. Time was of the essence and I was growing increasingly hungry.

Not a single mention, who they were, where they came from... Nothing could tell him anything. Lately... He didn't take too kindly to selfish people. (This is how he books you atm, sorry.) "Good afternoon, my name is Sazuki Nao, Kage of this village, and I will be handling your application."He held his arm up, so that the person couldn't just please their way into this village. "Please provide me with your passport and or documentation and reason for visiting." It was a most standard line of text someone could say, but the white-red-haired man wasn't interested in too much trouble.

He would wait a second while watching Mitsuha and look back towards the person in front of him. "Our village has a lot of things to eat, ramen, pie, and onigiris." He simply commented while waiting if the other had any documents needed. If they had or hadn't, he would wait for a good reason before continuing. "If you wish to set up a tent somewhere, please do so where you don't disturb the regular shinobi who live there. Also, be for flying in and around the place because of the electricity wires. We don't have them under the grounds everywhere. Most of it is still up in poles. IF you do something against Konoha, you will be responsible. If you agree with the following terms, no fighting leaf citizens, shinobi included, if you see any, you are responsible your own actions and reactions; failing to do so may end up in either banishment from the village or jail." If the other agreed, he would infuse some chakra in a stone that glowed with his chakra faintly. "Pour your chakra in this to seal the deal. After that, you can enter the village for free, just make sure to return the item... in a month, it needs to be recharged, so if you need to use it after a month, come seek me out. Either in the Byoin or the kage office." He commented.

[Access granted ONLY if they agree to the terms and conditions.]

This person was... unique to say the least. Risking peril to have just a bite to eat. This is to say at the very least, a bit on the crazy side. Even when she was a human, she can't find the logic behind doing a stunt like this. Frankly, she was still sorting through her own thoughts and feelings and was thankful for Nao being here to think fast to diffuse the situation. Hopefully the intruder would take the offer as that would be the best possible outcome.

(sorry for the wait, been sick past couple of days)
