Normally Yomi would not travel without her children, but, it would take to much time out if they all traveled together so she sent Asuka with the kids to Umashi. Even more abnormal was the fact that she was travelling alone, with 3 children and no Besito. It was not the best of things to do, but, Yomi wagered that no one would harm Asuka and the kids as long as Asuka kept to herself as normal. Yomi needed to go to Fire Country alone.
Michiko was particularly cranky outside of Yomi's presence. To Asuka's credit, Michi was always cranky unless she was with Umashi, but, eventually she grew to be less angry with Yomi around. With both parents not around however, the girl was just unhappy and nothing Asuka seemed to do could soothe her. Though the woman was patient and would not let a baby best her....she hoped.
They all just needed to get to where they were going safely. So far so good.
