His eyes widened as he read through it all.
This is some bad ass chick we're dealing with here, scary stuff.. he thought to himself as he still held the letter in hand in front of his face. As he lowered the piece of paper, he realized that the animal stood silently, expectantly. It would be assumed that a reply would be expected.. He looked around curiously, hoping to see anyone that had a piece of pen or paper..
Wait a second.. He looked to his side, his always present shoulder bag hang tight around his shoulders. He opened it up and looked through it, a pen was easy enough to find, being a doctor have a pen was always good to have with him, even though his signature handwriting was near impossible to read..
A piece of paper, just a little.. his hand was scrounging in between boxes of knives, scalpels bandages and other basic medical instruments and accessories. After about half of a minute Keiji managed to pull out a small empty scroll of light brown paper, he wasn't able to fill too much text on it, but it should do the trick. He sat down on the ground with the stone railing in front of him, his eyes looked across the ledge behind him, the many buildings stretching across the urban landscape. His eyes shifted at the still staring creature, it's tail swishing side to side in an almost hypnotizing trance.
His companion had halted her growling, but instead just sat in silence eyeing the creature back in the same manner, imitating the mannerisms with it's tail, while she seemed to grow a slight smirk.
"I like it.." The voice of his companion echoed in his mind.
"If you like it so much why don't you marry it.." he snarkingly replied as he began to pen his response onto the scroll.
"Maybe I should.." her lips began to curl as an even wider green appeared on the brown dog.
"You're awful.." He replied back as a small chuckle escaped his mouth.
In the letter he wrote short and concise, at least he thought so himself.
Even though he would admit that he might let it all go to his head.

Greetings Kono Haruka.
Kumogakure has heard nothing but rumors of the ongoings of Iwagakure.
We are pleased to hear that things are progressing towards a prosperous future for your village.
And are saddened by the news of your Tsuchikage bending towards war, a forced mutiny appears to be only choice in such affairs.
We are thankful for your dedication towards peace and we look forward to hear further from what you accomplish in your mission.
Our hearts and our faith is with you, Haruka-san, Raiden's speed be with you.
We ask though, what is your intention of doing afterwards? Who takes over? And is the one to take over of the same mindset as yourself?
So what are you wearing? Have any hobbies? Do you like long walks? Is there a Mr. Kono? Do you have any siblings? How old are you? When are you visiting Kumogak- (OOC: No more space on the paper except for room for the last signature)
With love and funny faces,
Suzaku Keiji
Medical Nin Chief (in name only) of Kumogakure
Harvester Division
He sealed the scroll with a piece of cloth from his sleeve which he teared off, it still smelled of his body odor not a too bad smell, he thought to himself as he forced his own chakra into the piece of cloth, if the receiver was a chakra senser she could easily identify it as being of a Kumo-nin, at least he hoped so.
He stood back up and leaned forward and place the scroll back under the collar. He said with a mellow tone
"I'm sorry for the discomfort, please tell your mistress to get you a harness where a scroll would rest inside or something.." He took a step back and admired his placement, he hoped it wouldn't be too uncomfortable for the little critter.
"I believe that concludes our business, little one." He said stretching his arms to his sides.
