Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Kenshin was summoned as he always was. He gathered his things and took off. His nerves were on edge with Frost looming down on them .He was decked out in his full regalia of black training clothes, sennin cape, and the gold waistband that signified his clan head status. He was gone form his office and heading towards the gate in seconds.

He made it there just in time to see the execution of Nitish. Kenshin's eyes became a steely grey almost dark.

"I am sorry Lord Hokage. I tried my best with him. It seems it was not enough." Kenshin would say his voice flat.

Yuki looked down at the lifeless corpse, watching as the blood pooled from the blow that finished him onto the sun baked ground under him. How disappointing you where, I was hoping for more of a challenge The voice inside her head echoed its last remnants before its cold presence slipped back into the abyss of her mind. She looked over at her husband she was probably one of the few people that could read his emotion and this wasn't one of victory it was defeat, he has just killed one of his own. Yuki knew better then to say anything to him her words wouldn't help mend the wound that this action would have opened she simply placed her hand on his shoulder and took the blade from his hand. The moment between them was brief before Kenshin arrived at the gates to see the aftermath.

"You are not to blame Kenshin, he was a bad seed be glad that he is gone before the war really starts,"
She looked toward the elderly man "Thank you for you services Hisao, I will make sure that your deeds here today are passed onto your branch," Yuki returned to her husband's side and sheathed Takeshi's blade.

Nitish wakes up and then he sees a black sword in Takeshi’s hand and then after seeing that sword and Hokage in front of him, mainly other peoples get panicked but Nitish wasn’t a normal person instead of panicking, He laughed as loud as he can and said to Takeshi “That’s right Takeshi, Kill me now.” And then while Nitish was laughing, Takeshi moved his sword into his heart at that matter of time Nitish was feeling so great, he wasn’t even regretting what he did and then he coughed some blood from his mouth and then falls on the ground but he was still laughing and then he raises his hand up to catch the sky with a laugh on his face covered in blood and then he thought “Wow, death is just so Awesome, I wish I had 5 hearts like Maru, then I could have died 5 times.” And then slowly Nitish’s eyes were closing but his laugh wasn’t leaving his face, Nitish knew that he was the biggest pyscho path in this shinobi world. And then he was dead, his eyes were closed, his breath was gone, and now he is no longer alive in this world but he was glad that he was no longer live in this world.

To say that things had been tense was an understatement. While the academy was buzzing with talk of the evacuation plans that had been made and excitement to be a part of aiding their village, stress and anxiety radiated from most of those of a higher rank. Reicheru had a feeling that she and her classmates were in for something much bigger and much harder than they were anticipating - and her mother still wasn't home.

The gate was a place the young girl typically liked to avoid, so it was ironic that she could be found lingering near it now that security levels were heightened. The looming fortification was supposed to stand as a symbol of the strength of Konoha and a warning to those who would enter (or exit) without permission. Yet for the young Nanjirou, it told of endless waiting and heartache. As one who was not yet a shinobi, she could only watch as those she loved left the safety of those gates in order to ensure the continued peace of their home and hope she would see them walk back through them again. So as the threat of Frost drew closer, Reicheru could not help but worry about her mother who was somewhere out in the great unknown, and found herself nearing the edge of the last row of buildings before the vast expanse that lay before the gates, hoping to be so fortunate as to meet her mother as she arrived home.

What she found instead was more devastating than she could have imagined. Though she dared not go past the last row of buildings and into the opening before the gate, she could see in the distance some familiar and unfamiliar figures standing near it. Kenshin-sama, Lord Hokage, and others she did not recognize stood circled around a body. With them crowded around it, she couldn't quite make out who it was. Was it a Frost shinobi? Had someone come early to scope out the village, spy on their defense preparations? Was it the first sign of an earlier attack than they had originally stated? Her mind and body going into hyperdrive, she assumed the village would soon be put on alert and began to turn to head to her station. But before she did, someone moved and she was able to see the face of the boy that lie dead on the ground and recognized it as Nitish. Not the enemy. Not a Frost spy. Her classmate. A Konoha shinobi in training.

It took a few moments for the realization of what must have transpired to settle in. Brows burrowed in confusion and disbelief, Reicheru looked toward Kenshin again, and words the Sennin himself had spoken during their manners class rang in her mind. "It may come of a surprise to you but I am willing to defend Leaf and by proxy you with my life at any given time should the need arise." She believed that. What could have gone so wrong? Tears welled in her eyes as it felt like her world came to a halt, thrown into limbo. While it may appear to an outsider that she was close with the boy, in truth she had only interacted with him a few times. Rather, the rush of emotion was brought on as the eleven-year old came face to face with the fact that her philosophy on life may be based on a faulty perspective. How it was addressed and the events that followed would be crucial in shaping the steps she would take next.

Shaking her head, reality hit her that she did would not want to be found standing around so close. She doubted those present would be softened by her explanation given what they had just gone through. As quietly as she could, she turned on her heels to head back to an empty home.

Ziren had heard the blood flow stop. Had felt the spirit leaving the body. Please no! Let it not be the Frost now! Let the kid be alright!

But he knew that the kid wasn't alright, he could hear a lot of other blood flows in the area. None of them moved, save one. A girl ran past him. Tears in her eyes.

Upon looking closer, he has seen the body of Nitish. He could bring the kid back to life. But even so, how would he even sustain the injuries the kid had? And the soul has left the body for quite some time now.

He had thought the kid was doing great. Finally changed. But here he lies, dead. Ziren let a tear fall for someone who he had once knew. But for now, he will have to see if the girl is okay. Console with her.

Takeshi allowed himself to check that the sword was secure on his back before he turned his attention to Kenshin, it was clear that he still wanted to have a word around the Sennin and also address the issue at hand. His eyes slowly started to shift as he looked at the teenager, the form of the Mangekyo Sharingan came into sight as he glanced down. Black flames erupted from the boy slowly burning away the body, making sure that nothing was left of what used to be a Shinobi of the village. It was clear that he wanted to achieve the end of this matter quickly.

“Kenshin, I want double the gate guards. Make sure that this never happen again, I want to know that these gates are secure at all times. Consider Yuki achieving her quote once more, I would discuss the options with her on the future. Nitish’s ashes will scatter to the wind, let them be that way, I have a battle to prepare a village for and this was a distraction I could do without. A sad moment in the day I must admit but it was something that was needed.”

With that Takeshi allowed himself to turn on his heels as he slowly walked back inside of the village, looking up at the gates he knew full well that this was a day that he would not forget. He knew full well that this was not a victory for anyone but a defeat instead. As he allowed himself to take leave of the group.

The fight was over before it had even really began. Hisao shook his head, such a waste of a young life, he should not have run. The agony from the curse seal surrounding his heart was only just bearable, the makeshift seals he created to divert his chakra to make it usable was holding, if only battle tested a few times.

Bowing to both the Hokage and Yuki, he sheathed his weapon, and left the Hokage to deal with the young uchiha’s corpse, as it was his clan’s duty to do. Continuing to shake his head at the foolish youngling, he walked back to the village. Perhaps it was time to go see his daughter before she knew he had been out so late.

Kenshin would nod towards Takeshi. He would however make nte of the student and Ziren who appeared and quickly left.

"You two, come to my office when able. We have some things to talk about." Kenshin would say letting them go after the quick word.

Kesnhin would then turn to leave. It was time for him to be gone. Things will have to change but he could do little with such an external threat approaching. It was going to be hard but he knew they could overcome. If only this one had survived. He hoped this was going to turn into something better. It could not get much worse but Kenshin kept that thought hidden away. It could always get worse.

A familiar voice stopped Reicheru in her tracks; she'd been spotted, but not ripped a new one for being at the gate at a time like this. At least, not yet. As Kenshin requested she and another come to his office, she finally took notice of the man behind her. In her emotional state, she hadn't even noticed Ziren. How could she have missed him? Even under duress, no shinobi should be so blind to their surroundings. Another reminder of how far she had to go. Turning back to Kenshin just as he walked away, Reicheru nodded anyway with a bow to acknowledge his order, but said nothing. Her neck and jaw were tight as she fought back the mixture of anger and sadness and confusion that was growing inside of her. Looking off in the direction of the Hokage Mansion, her fist clenched as she considered the words of the man who held its highest office, words that she had only barely heard in her attempted departure. 'A sad moment… something that was needed…' The words tumbled over and over in her head, like river rocks turning over and over again in the tide. It went against everything she had ever believed about her village, to say that the life of one of their brothers was dispensable. It sent a message that her father died for nothing, that Kaede ought to have been disposed of. Reicheru's head began to throb as she considered the implications of what had happened here today, and even more so as she saw how casually it was treated. Yes, Kenshin was right, they certainly did have some things to talk about.
